    Opis:
    A novel multi-objective discrete particle swarm optimization with elitist perturbation strategy (EPSMODPSO) is proposed and applied to solve the reconfiguration problem of shipboard power system(SPS). The new algorithm uses the velocity to decide each particle to move one step toward positive or negative direction to update the position. An elitist perturbation strategy is proposed to improve the local search ability of the algorithm. Reconfiguration model of SPS is established with multiple objectives, and an inherent homogeneity index is adopted as the auxiliary estimating index. Test results of examples show that the proposed EPSMODPSO performs excellent in terms of diversity and convergence of the obtained Pareto optimal front. It is competent to solve network reconfiguration of shipboard power system and other multi-objective discrete optimization problems.

    Opis:
    Little was known about biological activities of compounds from the medicinal mushroom of the genus Pholiota. A lectin from the Pholiota adiposa has now been isolated and its properties tested. The isolation procedure included ion exchange chromatography on DEAE-cellulose and CM-cellulose, and fast protein liquid chromatography-gel filtration (FPLC) on Superdex 75. The lectin was composed of two identical subunits, each with a molecular mass of 16 kDa. Its N-terminal amino-acid sequence showed little similarity to sequences of other Agaricales lectins. The hemagglutinating activity of the lectin was stable at temperatures up to 50°C, and in NaOH and HCl solutions with concentrations less than 25 mM. It was inhibited by inulin (12.5-200 mM), but enhanced by Cu2+ (6.25-25 mM), Fe2+ (12.5-25 mM), and Al3+ (6.25-25 mM) ions. The lectin showed antiproliferative activity toward hepatoma Hep G2 cells and breast cancer MCF7 cells with an IC50 of 2.1 µM and approximately 3.2 µM, respectively. It exhibited HIV-1 reverse transcriptase inhibitory activity with an IC50 of 1.9 µM. When compared with P. aurivella lectin, the only Pholiota lectin published to date, P. adiposa lectin differs in chromatographic behavior, molecular mass, N-terminal sequence, and effect of cations on hemagglutinating activity. In the case of the lectin from P. aurivella, its antifungal, antiproliferative, and HIV-1 reverse transcriptase inhibitory activities have not been determined.

    A novel type of coaxial vircator with 3 anodes is proposed. The advantages on high power microwave generation is tested by particle-in-cell simulation and theoretical analysis model is set up as well. The tri-anode coaxial vircator behaves a very stable frequency in the pulse duration. In the tri-anode coaxial vircator, the injecting electron beam is well premodulated in the first anode cavity and forms an inerratic bunch-dispersion mechanism in the second anode cavity; the energy-loss electrons penetrate through the third anode and absorbed by the dumping cavity locates in the centre electrode, which helps keeping the bunch-dispersion cycle undisturbed. A 3.8 GHz tri-anode coaxial vircator is theoretically designed and optimized by particle-in-cell simulation, which gives beam-wave conversion efficiency of over 20% with a stable predominant frequency, in accordance with the particle-in-cell simulation and analytic model.

    Opis:
    Background: Adaptive digitalization and networking of machines, working parts, employees and other entities on the plant floor are core of realizing industry 4.0, so that information and instruction will be available everywhere and all the time in the production process. Thus, smart devices, especially smart wearables, will play a very important role to help workers being integrated in the in the future manufacturing environment, as information need to be transferred faster and with the right level of detailing with respect to the individual need of workers, factory managers etc. Methods: The implementation of an indoor localization system using Bluetooth beacons in the shop floor as part of an enterprise IoT platform was introduced. This sensor network is aimed to implement tracing and tracking of workers and working parts in the future smart factory, as well as the to the networking of the smart wearables with existing manufacturing machines. The investigated problem was the inaccuracy and the instability of the sensor signals by such Bluetooth sensor networks. To solve the problem, various algorithms were investigated. Results and conclusions: The possible solution of given problem was solved by finding an algorithm improving the communication between devices. Together with the location information from Beacon network and orientation information from the compass sensor, it is able to determine the machine in the near, which the employee with the Smart Glasses is currently pointing to.
    Wstęp: Zastosowanie sieciowych rozwiązań dla urządzeń i ich części, jak również jako wspomożenie dla pracowników na poziomie hali produkcyjnej jest podstawowym elementem wdrożenia Industry 4.0., dzięki czemu w każdym momencie i w każdym miejsce zapewnia się dostępność do potrzebnej informacji. W związku z tym, urządzenia mobilne typu smart będą odgrywały ważną rolę w integrowaniu pracowników w środowisko produkcyjne w przyszłości, informacja będzie mogła być przekazywana szybciej i z większą szczegółowością w odniesieniu do poszczególnych pracowników czy kadry zarządzającej. Metody: Zastosowanie wewnętrznej lokalizacji przy użyciu Bluetooth beaconów na poziomie hali produkcyjnej jako fragmentu zakładowej platformy Internetu rzeczy zostało wdrożone. Sieć sensorów ma na celu śledzenie pracowników oraz urządzeń w przyszłościowym zakładzie produkcyjnym, jak również ma być połączeniem z istniejącym parkiem urządzeń produkcyjnych. Badany problem polegał na nietrafności i niestabilności sygnałów sensorów używanych w tej sieci. W celu rozwiązania problemu poddano analizie różne algorytmy możliwych rozwiązań. Wyniki i wnioski: Znaleziono możliwe rozwiązanie analizowanego problem poprzez określenie odpowiedniego algorytmu poprawiającego komunikację pomiędzy urządzeniami. W połączeniu z lokalizacją informacji przy zastosowania sieci beaconów oraz zorientowaniu informacji pochodzących z sensorów, można było zlokalizować urządzenie znajdujące się w pobliżu danego pracownika przy użyciu okularów Smart Glasses.

    In this study, the irreversible expansion of TATB cylinder is investigated. No evident variation of the lattice parameters is observed on TATB crystal. The density of TATB powder decreases by only about 0.02% after it suffered from thermal cycling process at the range from -54 C to 74 C, while the density of TATB cylinder decreases by about 1.0%. It is suggested that the density variation of TATB powder has little contribution to the density decrease of TATB cylinder. Therefore, the increasing interstices between TATB powder originated from the thermal cycling should be responsible to the irreversible expansion of TATB cylinder.
