    W artykule wyłoniono katalog uprawnień kontrolnych strony w ramach sprawowanej przez nią kontroli społecznej. W następstwie przeprowadzonych analiz omówiono dwa główne aspekty problematyczne – wpływ skorzystania z uprawnień na akt administracyjny wydany w postępowaniu administracyjnym oraz ich charakter w zakresie rzeczywistych czynności, jakie może wykonywać strona, i wynikających z tego ograniczeń.
    The article presents a catalog of the party’s control permissions as part of its social control. As a result of the analyzes, two main problematic aspects were discussed - the impact of exercising the powers on the administrative act issued in administrative proceedings and their nature in terms of actual activities that a party may perform and the resulting restrictions.

    W tekście wyłoniono z ogólnych zasad postępowania administracyjnego najistotniejsze reguły stanowiące dobre praktyki administracyjne. Skonfrontowano je z postanowieniami wynikającymi z Europejskiego Kodeksu Dobrej Praktyki Administracyjnej, a następnie zestawiono z konstytucyjną regułą równości. W następstwie przeprowadzonych analiz wyodrębnione zostały ramy zastosowania zasady równości wobec prawa przy rozstrzyganiu spraw indywidualnych w postępowaniu administracyjnym.
    The most important rules constituting good administrative practices have been selected from the general principles of administrative procedure. They were confronted with the resulting provisions from the European Code of Good Administrative Behavior, and then compiled with the constitutional rule of equality. As a result of the analyzes carried out, a framework for the application of the principle of equality before the law was resolved in the resolution of individual cases in administrative proceedings.

    In this article, the author merely indicates the selected results of the work on the edition of Diariusz legationis JWJMci Pana Strażnika Wielkiego Koronnego odprawionej roku 1732 (The diary of the 1732 diplomatic journey of Crown Great Guard) kept in the archives of Adam Mickiewicz University Library in Poznań. The research carried out in order to prepare the editorial work presented in this article was focused on the authenticity, source and the author of the text. The analysed diary is a late-eighteenthor early-nineteenth-century copy of an earlier version made between 1744 and 1826 – which is when it was acquired for the library of Czerniejewo-Radomice owned by the Skórzewski Counts. It was dated as a result of research that covered such issues as the paper it was written on, the watermarks in it and the entries describing its origin. The copy was made in a manor, most likely in Waplewo Wielkie owned by the Sierakowski family of the Ogończyk coat of arms. It has been determined that apart from the copy kept in the University Library in Poznań and a related record of the diplomatic journey published in Kuryer Polski (Polish Courier) from 1732 to 1733, there were at least two versions of the text: a diary included in the collection of Waplewo library and the original it was a copy of, which could be both the diary and additional documents and letters related to the diplomatic journey.

    Dolphin-Assisted Therapy (DAT) is a form of combined therapy – aquatic therapy and animal-assisted therapy, where the patient is in close contact with the dolphin. In such therapy the dolphin is a partner, a motivator and a kind of reward for the child. It must be noted, however, that the basis of its effectiveness is the intensive child’s cooperation with the therapist. During the course of professional dolphin therapy, in addition to in-water session, there are also classroom activities, where motivation and skills gained during training with the animal are used, consolidated and expanded. With such planned therapy, effects may relate to the physical as well as emotional and cognitive sphere, depending on the planned activity, which the therapist is focused on.
