Opis:
The subject of the paper is an attempt of investigation the idea of sustainable development as an instantiation the principle of justice. Occurring global threads at the and of twenty century as consequences of rapid waste of natural resources, growth of impurity of environment, increase of human population, unsatisfied basic needs of people and global destabilization of natural and socio-economical systems made different environments seek for rational solutions of those problems. Finally as a result of notified by international comities propositions the idea of sustainable development came into existence. Great impact on arising the idea of sustainable development came from so called Brundtland Rapport in 1987. In the document it was stated that one of the conditions of sustaining development in the World requires such development which would satisfy needs of present gen-erations without depriving future generations abilities and satisfactions of their needs. In reference to the idea of sustainable development two-fold purposes were undertaken: (1) instantiation of distributive justice criteria, and (2) explaining validity of future generation justice.

Opis:
The aim of the article is an attempt of presentation the relation between intergenerational justice and the idea of sustainable development. Definitions which are related to Brundtland Report explain sustainable development as development that satisfies needs of present generations without depriving the needs of future generations. So it is clearly defined there is no mean of a short time satisfaction, but rather of a wider context – just distribution of goods and obligations (natural and financial) between generations. Thus the political decisions should concern present problems in such a way that would guaranty material as well as social foundations for further development.

Opis:
One of the main concerns of Tony Blair’s policy and his New Labour Party agenda was focused on the values which always played a fundamental role within the British labour tradition. According to Blair, the policy is a matter of values, among which he points to social justice, international solidarity, democracy and freedom. All of them have always sketched the moral stricture of the traditional program of social democracy. The list of those values he completes with the following new ones: a civil society, equal value of all people, equal chances, patriotism and well-being. Blair’s political project, called the third way, was planned to bring about the country’s modernization in the face of rapid global changes. The basic purpose of the article is to present the place of the value system within the program of the British New Labour Party. New Labour axiology was supposed to play a fundamental role not only within the concept of society, but also infiltrate all spheres of political and economical life.

Opis:
Purpose: The paper aims to assess difficulties in ensuring justice in temporary teams. Three research questions were asked: do managers think that ensuring justice in temporary teams is difficult?; which determinants of a sense of justice in temporary teams do managers consider the most difficult/easiest?; is the degree of difficulty associated with ensuring each of the four types of justice in the work of the temporary team the same? Design/methodology/approach: The survey was carried out in June and July of 2021. The non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test was used to assess the statistical significance of differences in the difficulty level in ensuring justice in temporary teams. Findings: Managers ranked distributive justice as the most difficult to provide, followed by procedural justice, informational justice and interpersonal justice, respectively. Respondents ranked 4 factors as the most difficult to provide: the information needed for the work of the temporary team is provided just in time; each member of the temporary team is appreciated (tangibly and intangibly) according to their contribution to the team, the task team (as a whole) is appreciated, tangibly and intangibly, according to the effort put into the task and a temporary team leader will customize communication to suit the individual needs of members of the temporary team. Research limitations/implications: The first limitation is related to the research sample. Entities from a few selected industries were included. The second limitation is related to the fact that temporary teams differ, and sometimes these differences are significant. Another limitation is the composition of the research group. It included managers. In order to fully recognize the situation, it would be necessary to know the opinions of other employees. Practical implications: The results of the research may be helpful for managers in various types of organizations. They allow for a better understanding of temporary teams' regulations. In addition, they indicate those issues that should be given special attention in order to manage such teams reasonably. Originality/value: Although the topic of teamwork appears in academic publications, only a few relate justice in temporary work teams. This paper deals with this topic and focuses on difficulties with fair team management.
