- The personality of a teacher is one of the most meaningful factors of forming youth evolution consciousness. For understanding clearly and deciding qualitatively educational tasks the future, the teacher has to know well what is the essence of its work and what kind of citizen is needed by society. The axiological constituent of preparation directs a teacher towards the qualitative planning and the effectiveness of the work. The purpose of the research is to expose the axiological constituent that meaningfulness of teachers’ preparation in their self identification should lead to the increase of the general level of educational services which are done to the society. Methods of the research – theoretical and empirical: supervision, teachers and students’ questionnaires, conversations and discussions, analysis of lessons’ plans and lessons, studying and generalization of pedagogical experience and pedagogical experiments. The motivational-value (axiological) component of preparation contains motives, goals, values, interest in the profession. The article determines the factors influencing on the students' motivation to learn. Training of a future teacher is to develop the student clear ideas about human, national, educational, ethical, personal values, values of literature and methods of teaching. The article contains a simulation algorithm of the lesson's axiosphere. Results. Axiological competence of the teacher – the result of purposeful training system, combining traditional psycho-pedagogical and axiological foundations of education.
