- Motivating is a highly important aspect that gives meaning to the existence of each employee; it affects the intensity and durability of efforts to achieve the goals of an organization. The ability to use various factors in order to attract new staff, then to retain them for a long time and trigger them to perform useful activities and behaviour is a condition of an effective functioning of a company. Therefore, it is understood that a given company should create appropriate conditions whereby people: • would want to belong to it and remain within it; • they would be willing to pursue the goals of the organization or even would go beyond them in terms of quality and quantity; • they would be ready to engage in innovative and creative activities.
