- Opis:
- The article contains findings of the studies on state and degree of use of one of the most important factors of production such as fixed assets. The studies encompassed enterprises executing tasks in the sphere of socialized, multi-family housing construction. These were five construction combines, which have been implementing 97-99% of tasks in this sphere in the Łodź administrative province in recent years. The analysis covered the years 1978 and 1985. The findings of the studies revealed that in the mid-eighties (in comparison with 1978) productivity and, thus, also degree of use of fixed as sets in the enterprises under study were considerably lower and that not only in absolute numbers but also against the background of average effects obtained by socialized construction-assembly enterprises in Poland.
