    Many eminent experts emphasize the unprecedented scale of current social transformations, which is why such terms as „Great shock” – Fukuyama, „Future shock” – Toffler, „Endangered humanity, anthropological regression” – Szmyd appear. Zbyszko Melosik emphasizes the huge scale of culture transformation, in virtually every dimension of individual and social life. The dynamics of change, however, is primarily new media, which Marshall McLuhan made the force that makes nothing remain unchanged. At the same time, however, man remains a being in great need of genuine closeness, warmth, kindness, all good things and what we call social capital. That is why, however, care for social capital is so important in the climate of great shock, mediation and a huge scale of transformation. Personalist media pedagogy is a concern for man – a person in the space of new media, so that the media can multiply the priceless real social capital.

    Wprowadzenie: Dydaktyka to subdyscyplina pedagogiczna, a także ciągłe poszukiwanie konstruktywniejszego i skuteczniejszego procesu nauczania – uczenia się, aby lepiej i skuteczniej prowadzić siebie nawzajem – nauczyciel ucznia i równocześnie uczeń nauczyciela. Aktualna sytuacja popandemiczna i zarazem potężna ekspansja nowych mediów, w tym także edukacyjnych, mobilizuje do koniecznych poszukiwań, jak konstruktywnie korzystać z mediów w dydaktyce, aby to była konstruktywna koegzystencja. Widzimy, że nowe media odegrały bardzo pozytywną rolę w trakcie pandemii, bo gdyby ich nie było, to pewnie dydaktyka stałaby się tylko autoedukacją albo brakiem edukacji, ale równocześnie jeszcze bardziej poczuliśmy bezcenną wartość realnych kontaktów i realnej edukacji. Cel badań: Dla prawdziwie skutecznej dydaktyki XXI wieku konieczny jest bezcenny kontakt interpersonalny, to najważniejsze dla motywacji, dla pragnienia wspólnego skutecznego uczenia się, ale też ten proces będzie wspierany medialnie, bo mediatyzacja to aktualnie jeden z najmocniejszych procesów i poszukiwanie konstruktywnej koherencji personalizmu i mediatyzacji jest głównym problemem badawczym i celem badań. Stan wiedzy: Badania w tym obszarze prowadzone są przez wielu wybitnych badaczy (Carr, Pinker, Spitzer, Dijk, Fukuyama, Gergen, Melosik, Baron-Polańczyk, Morbitzer), ale wymagają ciągłego prowadzenie i intensyfikacji, bo czasy są niezwykle ekspansywne i dynamiczne. Podsumowanie: Konieczne jest ciągłe i ekspansywne modelowanie dydaktyczne, aby koherencja personalistyczno-zmediatyzowana była jak najowocniejsza dla człowieka i społeczeństwa, do czego potrzeba wielkiego wysiłku badawczego i dydaktycznego.
    Introduction: Didactics is a pedagogical subdiscipline as well as the constant search for a more constructive and effective teaching process - learning in order to better and more effectively guide each other - teacher - student and at the same time student - teacher. The current popandemic situation and, at the same time, a powerful expansion of new media, including educational media, mobilize for the necessary research, how to constructively use the media in didactics to make it a constructive coexistence. We can see that the new media played a very positive role during the pandemic, because if they did not exist, teaching would probably only become self-education or a lack of education, but at the same time we felt even more the priceless value of real contacts and real education. Research Aim: For truly effective 21st century didactics, invaluable interpersonal contact is necessary, this is the most important for motivation, for the desire to learn effectively together, but this process will also be supported by the media, because mediatization is currently one of the strongest processes and the search for constructive coherence of personalism and mediatization this is the main research problem and research goal. Evidence-based Facts: Research in this area is carried out by many eminent researchers (Carr, Pinker, Spitzer, Dijk, Fukuyama, Gergen, Melosik, Baron-Polańczyk, Morbitzer), but they require constant guidance and intensification, because the times are extremely expansive and dynamic. Summary: To sum up, it should be stated that there is a need for continuous and even more expansive didactic modeling so that this personalistic-mediatized coherence would be as fruitful as possible for man and society, and here a great research and didactic effort is needed.

    Philosophy suggests to pedagogy eternal and unusually up-to-date truth that upbringing concept depends on concepts of the man, society, the world and God. We have witnessed devaluation of many systems, including marxism and extreme liberalism which both have tried to construct their own upbringing systems. The first stated the man was nobody and he could become somebody in the society. In the other the man didn't really need the society to become somebody, he could build his own world that could turn out to be rich but at the same time very lonely. The man is an ever-searching creature and today the world that he is greatly immeresed in is the world of media therefore there are questions whether the man is becoming or not homo mediens. To some degree probably yes, but it does not change the truth that above all the man wants to be the man, complete man who is so much above the material world because he is a Person that is an unusual phenomenon, still a mystery, aiming towards the Absolute because he is a religious creature. The aim of this article is to promote system personalism as a basis for a complete, integral upbringing of the man who is ho mediens but, above all, is a Person.

    Opis:
    Multidimensional transformation of the man, the society, economy, politics, science, education – and many others – is taking place practically everywhere and is affecting virtually everybody and everything, both directly and indirectly. The extent of this transformation is unprecedented and baffling almost as much as the information that Cyprus known as tax haven may go bankrupt. These powerful transformations, whether we wish it or not, have influence over the school. It often seems there are no wise heads here, as the scale of education, or rather pseudo education outside the rightful education system e.g. via Facebook, may be shocking for many parents who after some time are completely taken by surprise when they find out how their children get educated. I am certain, however, that we are responsible for our children’s education and for the condition of the future society. It will be certainly a slightly different society and a slightly different man but, in fact, our goal is to make them better not worse. Therefore we definitely have to undertake challenges, examine the situation and constantly look for a better school and didactics model. The Year of Janusz Korczak has ended. We have commemorated the Man who left his career to explore the world of children to build better contact with them, to create better didactics, to aid human growth. The whole concept of Janusz Korczak, PhD, is still fresh and inspiring. Certainly many great parents, teachers, thinkers ad children as well, in the depth of their hearts want a modern, multimedia-aided, and ethically better school. They want a better man an society where personalism will be the strength of the man and interpersonal communication will become the development dynamics. “Follow the living, reach the new life…” (A. Asnyk).
