    Opis:
    The issue of justification of Mary and her merits has been distinguishing the Christians for ages. Both issues are serious difficulty in driving for achievement of visible unity of Christ’s disciples. History of the Church shows that dogmas defined at the Councils were rather starting point than an end of interpretation of Revelation in the Church. In the patristic period of time not only the theologians but the whole Church as well was taking part in arriving to proper interpreta- tion of the faith. Mary needed God’s mercy and has granted to this mercy in more perfect way, not ordinary as a rest of Eve’s children. She has granted to the justification beforehand, not subsequently. She was protected against the original sin, and not relieved from it. The justification of Mary is of preventive character. The Christ is, in relation to her, more perfect Mediator, because keeps her from the sin, instead – like in a case of the other Adam’s descendants – to clear of the sin.

    Opis:
    The role and place of the Church in the Christ’s redemptive work and ecclesial mediation on grace are an everlasting moot point for Lutherans and Catholics. Neither of the parties negates this reality of the Church, the difference, however, regards the meaning of those expressions. At the end of the second stage of the Catholic-Lutheran dialogue and during the third one a statement on the existence of fundamental discrepancy (Grunddifferenz, Fundamentaldissens) appeared, which is at the core of the division between both denominations. The existence of that discrepancy has been evident first of all in the issue of the role of the Church in the event of redemption, in the understanding of sacramentality and instrumental role of the Church and human co-operation in the redemption event. Signed ecumenical documents, in particular Joint declaration on the doctrine of justification, must involve dogmatic implications also in the area of ecclesiology, so as to avoid complaints that the dialogue between the Churches and signed document on the justification have actually changed nothing. Hence, drawing theological-dogmatic conclusions from the already signed documents, it is worth rethinking and expressing criticism of those proposal in order to fully replace a concept of “sacrament” regarding to redeemed instrumentalization of the Church and use the terms “sign” and “tool” instead or to develop a different theological language which will be devoid of ambiguity. Such an attitude to the above mentioned issue would allow us to emphasize the consent of both parties in such an important discipline as ecclesiology. Both parties of the dialogue agree that the relationship of Christ and the Church cannot be presented in the way which would cover inequality of this relationship. Both the Catholics and the Lutherans agree that in the New Testament the relationship between Christ and the Church is based at the same time on unity and distinctness, excluding, thus, any identity. The Church, in the light of the doctrine on justification, is first of all the redeemed and gifted Church, which exclusively due to Christ through the Word and Sacrament is the place of effective salvation. There is also a consent that neither people nor the Church can be perpetrators of salvation, nor can they administer it. The salvation is always a gift.

    The truth about existing angels is dogma of faith. Existing of spiritual beings that are called angels by us is truth which is testified both by the Holy Scripture and unanimity of tradition. Angelology of the pope Shenouda III shows richness of the theologian’s thoughts and points to the high level of theological reflection on angelic world in the Coptic Orthodox Church. Numerous works of the Custodian of the tomb of St. Mark show an intensive interest in teaching on the angels and broad point of view on analysed issue. The Coptic pope his views on the angelic world built upon the Holy Scripture and tradition. He does it however without taking into consideration exegetical achievements what is critical remark. The angelology of the pope Shenouda III is an original work and in main points is identified with the Catholic theology. Shenouda III has avoided of the mistakes made by theologians dealing with angelology and connected the angelic world with the Christ. Regrettably, he made it too gently.
    Prawda o istnieniu aniołów jest dogmatem wiary. Istnienie istot duchowych, które nazywamy aniołami, jest prawdą, o której świadectwo daje zarówno Pismo Święte, jak i Tradycja. Angelologia Szenudy III ukazuje bogactwo myśli egipskiego teologa oraz wskazuje na wysoki poziom teologicznej refleksji o świecie anielskim w Ortodoksyjnym Kościele Koptyjskim. Liczne dzieła koptyjskiego Papieża ukazują zainteresowanie nauką o aniołach oraz szerokie spojrzenie na analizowany temat. Koptyjski papież swoje poglądy dotyczące świata anielskiego opiera na Piśmie Świętym i Tradycji. Angelologia Szenudy III jest dziełem oryginalnym i w głównych punktach tożsamym z teologią katolicką. Kustosz relikwii św. Marka przekonująco usystematyzował refleksję nad teologicznymi podstawami angelologii. W sposób jasny i przystępnym językiem dokonał refleksji nad tajemnicą bytów anielskich. W efekcie mamy do czynienia z oryginalną i ciekawą refleksją nad nauką o aniołach. Szenuda III uniknął częstego błędu popełnianego przez teologów zajmujących się angelologią i powiązał świat anielski z Chrystusem. Niestety uczynił to zbyt delikatnie.
