    Analiza na potrzeby niniejszej pracy została przeprowadzona na dwóch typach auditów certyfikowanego systemu zarządzania jakością w kontekście pozyskania i przetworzenia informacji dotyczących rozwoju. Wskazano cele i etapy szeroko rozumianego procesu auditowania oraz wymieniono czynniki wpływające na wskazania rozwojowe system. Określono również wpływ organizacji na poszczególne etapy procesu auditowania. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono typom informacji dotyczących rozwoju, które są pozyskiwane w obu typach auditów. Wskazano również centra odpowiedzialności za pozyskanie i użycie informacji. Podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, dotyczące źródeł problemów i przyczyn ich występowania.

    W artykule zaprezentowano dane dotyczące ilości certyfikowanych systemów zarządzania na świecie, w Europie i w Polsce. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na zmianę ilości certyfikatów zgodnych z wymaganiami normy ISO 9001. Podjęto próbę opisania trendów w rozwoju certyfikacji na świecie i w Polsce. Przedstawiono także możliwe przyczyny występowania wahań w ilościach nadawanych certyfikatów według ISO 9001. W ostatniej części opracowania przedstawiono porównanie zachodzących zmian oraz opis trendów.
    The article presents data on the quantities certificated management systems in the world, Europe and Poland. Special attention was paid to the change in the number of certificates complying with the requirements of ISO 9001. Attempt was made to describe the trend in the development of certification of the world and in Poland. Presented are also possibilities causes of fluctuations in the quantity certification according to ISO 9001. In the last part of the paper presents a comparison of change and a description of trends.

    The quality management systems compliant with the ISO 9001:2009 have been thoroughly researched and described in detail in the world literature. The accredited management systems used in the testing laboratories and compliant with the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 have been mainly described in terms of the system design and implementation. They have also been investigated from the analytical point of view. Unfortunately, a low number of studies concerned the management system functioning in the accredited testing laboratories. The aim of following study was to assess the management system functioning in the accredited testing laboratories in Poland. On 8 October 2015, 1,213 accredited testing laboratories were present in Poland. They investigated various scientific areas and substances/objects. There are more and more such laboratories that have various problems and different long-term experience when it comes to the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the management systems. The article describes the results of the conducted expert assessment (survey) carried out to examine the conditions for the functioning of a management system in an accredited laboratory. It also focuses on the characteristics of the accredited research laboratories in Poland. The authors discuss the selection of the external and internal conditions that may affect the accredited management system. They show how the experts assessing the selected conditions were chosen. The survey results are also presented.

    In the work there is an innovative methodology of problem analysis presented in the quality management system with the use of systems approach. The methodology serves for determination of action mechanism of unfavorable phenomena occurring in the systems and for explaining their causes. There are assumptions of the elaborated methodology described. For the first time there are the rules of systems thinking used for the analysis of unfavorable phenomena and the system archetypes were applied. Special attention is paid to appropriate presentation of the examined situation in a perspective of systems thinking as well as correct selection of systems archetype. There is a need emphasized concerning examining the situation with the inclusion of numerous variables and necessity to reach to the primary causes of the analyzed phenomena. The elaborated methodology was proceeded to validation on the basis of two threats described by different systems archetypes. There are schemes presented which feature the action mechanism of unfavorable phenomena. The confirmation of methodology in practice proved its application possibilities. Finally, the elaborated methodology was subject to analysis. The discussion of its possibilities and limitation was also conducted.

    In the work the proposals of quality management systems in organizations are determined, according to the opinion of quality management representatives. The analysis of these systems’ functions is presented among the organizations that took part in the Polish Quality Award contest. The remarks concerning the process of system creation, maintenance and development were subject to analysis. Special attention was paid to the problems occurring at particular stages. Considerations were made on the basis of a survey conducted on a group of representatives from the enterprises submitted to the Polish Quality Award contest. The results were supplemented with the authors’ ideas and experiences.

    This paper tries to identify the role of the leaders in shaping the quality within an organization. It describes the area as well as the range of the influence of leaders in organizations. The relationship between leadership strategy and other strategies adopted in the companies was indicated. Moreover, an attempt was made to determine the influence of the leaders on particular stages of implementation as well as functioning of the quality management system in the enterprise. It also presents the role of leadership according to the Polish Quality Award criteria. An analysis indicating the areas of leaders’ influence was conducted on the basis of a survey and interviews carried out in a group of participants of one of the trainings on the preparation of self-assessment for the Polish Quality Award competition.
    W opracowaniu starano się przedstawić rolę jaką spełniają liderzy w kształtowaniu jakości w organizacji. Zobrazowano obszar wpływu i zasięg oddziaływania liderów w przedsiębiorstwach. Wskazano relacje zachodzące pomiędzy strategią przywództwa a pozostałymi strategiami przyjętymi w organizacjach. Podjęto próbę określenia wpływu liderów na poszczególne etapy wdrażania i funkcjonowania systemu zarządzania jakością w przedsiębiorstwie. Przedstawiono również rolę przywództwa według kryteriów Polskiej Nagrody Jakości. Analizy wskazującej obszary oddziaływania liderów, dokonano na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań ankietowych, uzupełnionych o wywiady na grupie uczestników jednego ze szkoleń z zakresu przygotowywania wniosków samooceny, do udziału w konkursie Polskiej Nagrody Jakości.

    That article checked possibility of a research tool drawn up in MS Excel. As part of the implementation were shown assumption in which that tool has been built and were discussed the characteristics of its construction. In the conclusion were presented possibilities of that project and possibilities of his development.

    In the article there is a role, range of influence and significance of the enterprises from SME sector presented in the contemporary economy. The influence of quality management systems on building and maintaining the competitive advantage of enterprises on the market is determined. There is also an attempt made to analyze the range of influence of quality management systems on the processes connected with a direct customer service. The analysis, along with indication of the factors affecting customer choices, was carried out on the basis of own research conducted with participation of the organizations that constitute product recipients from the water supply and sewage disposal industry.

Stwierdza, że to organizacja ponosi ostateczną odpowiedzialność za wynik procesu budowy systemu.
    The author of the work examines the role of external advisor in shaping the quality management system. There is his activity range and tasks to be done determined. The research results are presented that concern perception of the advisor, his assessment from a perspective of a quality representative. There is a way of advisor’s selection indicated as well as assessment of his effects. The analysis is conducted on factors and conditions, both external and internal ones, that affect the quality of consulting services. There is the organization’s significance emphasized, especially in regards to its management, in the process of system building. The author analyzes why disturbances occur during the system creation and attempts to determine their causes. In conclusions the attention is paid to the need of involvement and cooperation of both parties taking part in system building. It is stated that the organization takes the final responsibility for the effect of the system building process.

    Artykuł opisuje koncepcję badania uwarunkowań funkcjonowania akredytowanego systemu zarządzania jakością w akredytowanym laboratorium badawczym. W Polsce jednostką udzielającą akredytacji jest Polskie Centrum Akredytacji. Do tej pory analizowane były m.in. procesy badawcze i proces akredytacji. Nie prowadzono badań dotyczących funkcjonowania akredytowanego systemu zarządzania jakością w laboratoriach badawczych. Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia sposób wyboru grupy badawczej oraz etapy prowadzenia badań. Praca w dalszej części zmierza do zbadania uwarunkowań funkcjonowania akredytowanego systemu zarządzania jakością oraz określenia obszarów systemu zarządzania jakością, które stwarzają laboratoriom najwięcej problemów.
    The work describes the concept of investigation conditions of accreditation quality management system in a research laboratory. In Poland, the institution that granting accreditation is Polish Centre for Accreditation. Until now, theresearch processes and the accreditation process have been analyzed, but there were no studies on the functioning of the quality management system in accredited testing laboratories. This article shows how will be selected the research group and the stages taking under research. The work aims to investigate the conditions functioning of an accredited quality management system and identify areas of quality management system, which create laboratories most problems.
