Cosmos can be viewed from the perspective of the most advanced program, cyber and information systems and laws. Digital language Cosmos has a myriad of constants and variables, matrices, functions, vectors and determinants, which are coded information about the creation and functioning of our physical world in which we live. These are: Planetary orbits, Orbital Motion, Orbital planes, Orbital period Specifying orbits, Orbital perturbations, astrodynamics, Earth orbits, etc. The heavenly bodies move along a particular path. They have their own Perihelion and Aphelion. They have to move much on that path because the cosmic laws of the digital language does not allow them to move along another path. There is no dilemma and can not be. Evidence that follow testify and confirm that there is indeed a universal language for an exact description of which can be used systems theory and cybernetics.

This paper discusses cyberinformation studies of the chemical elements composition in nature, in particular the identification of scientific terminology that could describe this phenomenon, ie, the study of biochemical information, as well as the relationship between the digital language of chemical elements and theoretical aspects of this elements and cybernetics. In digital pictures of biochemistry, physical and chemical parameters are in a strict submission to programmed, cyber and information rules. In some examples, chemical elements are connected through the discrete code 931, which is transformed into 32 31 30 code.

The subject of the research we are discussing in this text is the cyber-information access to the research of the harmonic dynamics of comet Halley. Cosmic mechanics has been always a perfect example of the regular, deterministic, motion which allows a prediction to a fairly high accuracy. The analysis of these data allowed us to conclude that the motion of Halley's comet is harmonious.

This paper discusses cyberinformation studies of the Solar System, in particular the identification of scientific terminology that could describe this phenomenon, that is, the study of Solar System, as well as the relationship between the astronomical language of Solar System and theoretical aspect of this system and cybernetics. The result of this research show that there is a matrix code for Solar System. It also shows that the coding system within the planetary language gives detailed information, not only on the planetary “record“, but also on its structure, configuration and its various shapes. The issue of the existence of a planetary code and coding of the individual structural planets of this system are discussed. Is the planetary information characterized only by physical, or also by cyberinformation principles? The potential effects of physical and Orbital characteristics, as well as cybernetic and information principles, on the atronomical basis of Solar System are also investigated. This paper discusses new methods for developing astronomy technologies, in particular more advanced digital technology based on programming, cybernetics, and informational laws and systems, and how this new technology could be useful in astronomy, bioinformatics and other natural sciences.

Digital image of the world is an image in which biochemistry is converted to mathematics. Actually, we convert it to numbers. As soon as we convert to numbers we'll get digital image of the world. In that digital image, there is some very significant scientific information. Those are information in which is given explanation of that reality. That digital image of the world will enable current science to significantly advance it's scientific-research work and to develop top digital technologies in those sciences in a very short time.

The subjects of our research are program lawfulness, cybernetic lawfulness, and informational lawfulness in molecule sequence in the nature. In the science, one question has been present for a long time, that is, if there is one unique common connection that links all phenomena in the cosmos. The doubt is, if the periodical in the biochemical process is only a physical-chemical matter of objective material relationship or maybe a matter of numbers and mathematics. With the goal to find the answers on some of those questions, we have made a decision to do a research on, if in the nature exists such one unique mathematical array and one mathematical lawfulness which could be valid for all phenomena in chemistry and physics.

The subject of this thesis is a digital approach to the investigation of the digital basis of digital Periodic Table – periods 4 and 5. A period 4 element is one of the chemical elements in the fourth row (or period) of the periodic table of the elements. The fourth period contains 18 elements, beginning with potassium and ending with krypton. As a rule, period 4 elements fill their 4s shells first, then their 3d and 4p shells, in that order, however there are exceptions, such as chromium. A period 5 element is one of the chemical elements in the fifth row (or period) of the periodic table of the elements. The fifth period contains 18 elements, beginning with rubidium and ending with xenon. As a rule, period 5 elements fill their 5s shells first, then their 4d, and 5p shells, in that order, however there are exceptions, such as rhodium. The digital mechanism of those periods have been analyzed by the application of cybernetic methods, information theory and system theory, respectively. This paper is to report that we discovered new methods for development of the new technologies in chemistry.
