    Opis:
    In development of road transport, particular attention should be paid to services that integrate cooperating and automated vehicles, in which there is a visible potential for reducing energy consumption and exhaust emissions. There is also a need to create a unified architecture which will facilitate the data flow between new components in ITS. The article proposes new functional areas in the FRAME architecture focused on the interoperability of ITS services, including the progressive autonomy and electrification of transport means. The available literature on the subject was reviewed at the national and global level, and legislative changes regarding electromobility or legal framework relating to autonomous vehicles were taken into account.

    Opis:
    The automatic surveillance ADS - B is a low cost-monitoring system that provides periodic transmission of the aircraft parameters (identification, position) through the data link transmission mode. Information from ADS - B is transmitted, regardless of which user will receive it (another aircraft, air traffic controller), and without waiting for an answer to the user. Nevertheless, it is required that the information was made available in areas of surveillance by air traffic control. Each user, both in the sky and in the ground station can choose how to use the system: receiving, processing and displaying information.
    System automatycznego dozorowania ADS – B jest nisko kosztowym systemem dozorowania, który zapewnia okresowe transmitowanie parametrów statku powietrznego (identyfikacja, położenie) poprzez tryb transmisji łącza danych. Informacja z ADS – B jest nadawana bez względu na to, który z użytkowników będzie ją odbierał (inny statek powietrzny, kontroler ruchu lotniczego) i bez oczekiwania na odpowiedź tego użytkownika. Niemniej jednak, wymagane jest, aby informacja była udostępniana na obszarach objętych dozorowaniem przez służby kontroli ruchu lotniczego. Każdy użytkownik, zarówno w przestrzeni powietrznej, jak i w stacji naziemnej może wybrać sposób użytkowania systemu: otrzymywanie, przetwarzanie lub wyświetlanie informacji.

Nowadays, in civil aviation, there is a focus mainly on satellite systems which are often called the future of navigation. Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) is not able to operationally work without any support system. One of them is EGNOS (European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service).

    W artykule przedstawiono funkcjonalne, fizyczne oraz komunikacyjne aspekty wdrażania usług inteligentnych systemów transportowych. Przedstawiono charakterystykę poziomów wybranej usługi, technologie umożliwiające ich świadczenie oraz rozkład przepływu danych. Wyróżniono sposoby realizacji usługi oraz opis jej funkcjonowania. Artykuł ma na celu przedstawienie możliwości wykorzystania Inteligentnych Systemów Transportowych do poprawy płynności ruchu i wzrostu efektywności transportu drogowego. W ramach projektowanej koncepcji ITS przedstawiono architekturę logiczną systemu oraz sprecyzowano pełnione funkcje, które mają być realizowane. Ogólna koncepcja systemu została uszczegółowiona poprzez opracowanie przepływu danych pomiędzy poszczególnymi podsystemami. Referat przygotowano w oparciu o istniejące normy oraz regulacje prawne oraz dostępną literaturę przedmiotu. Publikacja została przygotowana w ramach realizacji projektu Rozwój Innowacji Drogowych finansowanego przez Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju oraz Generalną Dyrekcję Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad (Umowa nr DZP/RID-I-41/7/NCBR/2016).
    The article presents the functional, physical, and communication aspects of the service implementation in intelligent transport systems. The characteristic levels of selected services and technologies enables the provision and distribution of data flow. The article is aimed to appear possible use of Intelligent Transport Systems to improve traffic flow and increase efficiency of road transport. As part of the planned concept of ITS service Authors present a logical architecture of the system and a clarification of its functions, which are going to be implemented. The overall concept of the system has been further elaborated by developing a data flow between the subsystems. The paper was prepared on the basis of the existing norms and regulations and available literature. The publication has been prepared within the framework of the project Road Innovations Development funded by the National Centre of Research and Science and the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (Contract No. DZP/RID-I-41/7/NCBR/2016).

    Safety level analysis is included in the paper in context of SWIM system in air traffic management. The example is given. It examines the limitations and drawbacks of current ICT systems used for air traffic management. Analyzing the development of communication systems for the management of general air traffic, it can be concluded that the development of the terrestrial segment of the exchange of information between the parties relating to the air traffic will fluctuate towards a solution based on a service-oriented architecture SOA. This architecture will be the basis for the implementation of the concept of an information exchange system SWIM.
