In the article some forms of damage to raceway of slewing bearings for single-row ball bearing slewing ring with four-point contact and their causes were shown. Changes of the contact angle and its influence on the geometry for contact zone of the rolling elements raceway were analyzed. An identification of changes for contact angle of individual balls for different parameters of the contact was received. It was showed that contact angles of some rolling elements were increasing. It can cause damage to the raceway by spalling or rolling out of edge of the bearing ring. Ways of avoiding too early damage to the raceway at the stage of the design and the selection of coronary bearings were suggested.

Opis:
The article analyzes the safety aspects related to the construction and operation of a mobile crane. The load-bearing capacity of the boom sub-assembly rotation node was tested in a mobile crane. When identifying the load, the uneven compliance of the supporting components was taken into account. The considerations are illustrated with an example of a mobile crane slewing bearing with a lifting capacity of 50 tons. The basic problems of building the computational model are discussed and the results of the load bearing capacity of the slewing ring bearing for different positions of the load-bearing component of the tested machine are presented. An analysis of the load of the rolling elements in a slewing ring bearing was carried out and the reasons for changes in the load capacity in relation to the methods of calculating the load capacity, assuming non-deformability of the bearing rings, were indicated. It has been shown that deformations of the supporting frames are so large that they significantly change the distribution of forces transmitted by individual bearing rollers.

Opis:
The proper organization of work is to set the workflow to the slightest effort of man and machine operation to obtain maximum results. The article presents the problem of the allocation of personnel that occurs in a real company. The mathematical model for this issue was formulated. An algorithm solving the problem of personnel allocation is presented. The proposed analysis is a starting point for determining the production capacity and load of each workstation, which is particularly important when using multi-station work and balancing the production line.

In the paper the problem of personnel allocation under threat was presented. The possibilities of undertaking optimization measures in the process of workers’ health and safety and expenses incurred were emphasized. A mathematical model for this issue has been formulated. An algorithm solving the problem of staff allocation was presented. The evaluation criterion for this assignment was the minimization of worker safety risks. Simultaneous optimization of expenses incurred in the implementation of production tasks was taken into account. The productivity of the staff and all existing jobs with the skills of the employees also was considered. This problem was solved using GNU Octave. The example presented in the paper shows that in case of the most unfavorable allocation of tasks to employees, it will lead to a significant reduction in profits and may increase the risk of undesirable situations. The proposed analysis is the starting point for determining the risk in case of multi-position work.
