    Podstawową potrzebą człowieka jest poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Współpraca z podmiotami zewnętrznymi ma ogromny wpływ na realizację ustawowych zadań Sił Policyjnych w zakresie zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa i porządku publicznego państwa. Obecnie Policja kładzie większy nacisk na znaczenie społeczeństwa w zapobieganiu i zwalczaniu przestępczości. Przykładem roli społeczeństwa jest interaktywne narzędzie Krajowej Mapy Zagrożenia Bezpieczeństwa, w którym mieszkańcy mogą anonimowo zgłaszać informacje o zagrożeniach pojawiających się w ich sąsiedztwie, zmuszając odpowiednie służby do reagowania jako radykalna zmiana pracy konstabla, przybliżając go obywatelom. Artykuł poświęcony jest pedagogicznej i edukacyjnej roli Krajowej Mapy Zagrożeń dla Bezpieczeństwa Słowa kluczowe: Bezpieczeństwo, Krajowa Mapa Zagrożeń Bezpieczeństwa, przestępczość, zagrożenia, rola pedagogiczna, rola edukacyjna, komunikacja, funkcja wychowawcza i społeczność lokalna.
    Basic need of a human being is the sense of security. Co-operation with external entities have an enormous influence on implementation of the statutory tasks of the Police Forces in the field of ensuring security and public order of the State At present, Polish Police has noticed the importance of society in preventing and fighting crime. The example is a National Safety Risk Map interactive tool where inhabitants can anonymously report information about threats appearing in their neighbourhood forcing appropriate service to react as also radical change of a constable’s work by bringing it closer to citizens. The article is devotedto pedagogical and educational role of the National Safety Threats Map. Key words: Security, National Safety Threats Map, crime, threats, pedagogical role, educational role.

    Artykuł dotyczy jednego z aspektów lingwistyki kryminalistycznej, tj. ustalania autorstwa kwestionowanych wypowiedzi. Odbywa się to przy współpracy lingwisty – tworzącego profil lingwistyczny autora tekstów – i psychologa – który tworzy profil psychologiczny. Współpraca specjalistów może być wykorzystana na płaszczyźnie opiniowania wykorzystywanego dla celów śledczych oraz sądowych. Ekspertyzy z zakresu lingwistyki kryminalistycznej (forensic linguistics, niem. forensische Linguistik) obejmują: ustalanie autorstwa/wykonawstwa wypowiedzi na podstawie treści mówionej lub pisanej (np. listów pożegnalnych, listów z pogróżkami, żądań okupu), możliwość ustalania autorstwa anonimowych tekstów w Internecie, ustalenie cech językowych stalkerów i cyberstalkerów, które mogą zidentyfikować nadawcę komunikatu ze względu na kraj pochodzenia, konstruowanie profilu językowego autora anonimów, profilu lingwistycznego autora znanego tekstu. Dodać należy, iż analiza zawartości treściowo-językowej dokumentów zawiera składnik emocjonalny, co wiąże się z posiadaną wiedzą na temat językowych uwarunkowań wyrażania emocji, zarówno negatywnych, jak i pozytywnych. Istotnym elementem tekstu jest kwestia portretu psychologicznego nadawcy (autora i/lub wykonawcy) tekstu na podstawie zidentyfikowanych cech językowych.
    The article concerns one aspect of forensic linguistics, which concerns determination by the challenged statements. This is done in collaboration with linguist – creating a profile linguistic songwriter – and a psychologist – that creates a psychological profile. The cooperation of specialists can be used at the level of assessment, which is used for the purposes of investigation and legal proceedings. Expertise in the field of forensic linguistics (forensic linguistics, German. Forensische Linguistik) include setting by/performance of speech based on the content of spoken or written (eg. The farewell letters, threatening letters, ransom demands); the possibility of setting texts by anonymous on the Internet, to determine the characteristics of linguistic stalkers and cyberstalkerów that can identify the sender of the message sender identification of the origin country, constructing linguistic profile anonymous author, the linguistic profile of the author of the well-known text. It should be added that the analysis of the content in content-language document contains emotional component, which is related to our knowledge about the determinants of language to express emotions, both negative and positive. An important element of the text is a matter of psychological portrait of the sender (author and / or performer) of the text based on the identified linguistic features.

    W artykule autorki poszukują odpowiedzi na postawione pytania w ramach realizowanego przez siebie ogólnopolskiego projektu. Projekt realizowany był w dwóch edycjach (w 2017 i 2019 r.). Badania były przeprowadzane dwukrotnie na całej populacji dzielnicowych w Polsce. Projekt był elementem kampanii prowadzonej pod patronatem MSWiA pt. „Dzielnicowy bliżej Nas” i zakładał promocję nowej formuły pełnienia służby dzielnicowych. Autorki promują koncepcję dzielnicowego streetworkera. W artykule odpowiadają między innymi na pytania czy rolą dzielnicowego powinno być realizowanie zadań w zakresie profilaktyki społecznej oraz jakie czynniki utrudniają dzielnicowym pracę w zakresie profilaktyki społecznej.
    In this article, the authors search for an answer to the question as part of a nationwide project which is being implemented. The project was introduced in two editions (2017 and 2019 years). The research was carried out on the entire population of districts in Poland. The project was part of the campaign conducted under the patronage of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration, entitled “Dzielnicowy bliżej Nas”. It assumed the promotion of a new formula of performing district service. The authors promote the concept of a district street worker. In the article, they answer, among others, whether the role of the district head should be to carry out tasks in the field of social prevention and what factors make it difficult for district workers to work in the area of social prevention.

    The article is devoted to the discussion of selected results of the nationwide community police officers research conducted by the authors in January 2017. This research is a part of the ongoing project of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration „Community police officer closer to us”. The analysis was based on the answers provided by 5,400 respondents from all over the country to the following questions: Should the role of community police officers be to carry out social prevention tasks? Are community police officers satisfied with their job as community police officers? How do they assess their interpersonal communication skills? Do they think they have prestige in the local community? Do they participate in meetings with the local community and how do they characterize the police mission? The results will be processed in 17 reports from the national community police officers research. The application of conclusions from the results of qualitative and quantitative research conducted all over Poland in 17 garrisons will have a significant impact on the dialogue between the authorities and community police officers, determining the expectations of first contact officers, their problems, strengths and weaknesses. The research carried out will increase the effectiveness of the “Community police officer closer to us” programme, one of the basic programmes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration implemented in order to build trust between the authorities and a citizen. The research also resulted in two monographs on the functioning of the district division in Poland. The authors’research focuses on the partnership of community police officers services with the local community for internal security, taking into account the role of community police officers social and educational activities, and on drawing a professional portrait of the community police officer who is closer to people, solves problems of local communities and carries out activities in the social and educational area.

    W artykule opisano funkcjonowanie Krajowej Mapy Zagrożeń Bezpieczeństwa – ważnego elementu procesu zarządzania bezpieczeństwem publicznym przez polską Policję, wskazano funkcjonowanie tego narzędzia oraz omówiono wyniki własnych badań dotyczących oceny Mapy Zagrożeń Bezpieczeństwa przez mieszkańców Katowic. Wyniki te porównano z wynikami badań krajowych. Mapa jest jednym z kanałów komunikacji na linii Policja–społeczeństwo nazywanym przez autorki „fenomenem komunikacji”, z uwagi na liczbę osób korzystających z Mapy i jej funkcjonalność.
    The article describes the functioning of the National Safety Risk Map – an important element of the process of public safety management by the Polish Police, indicates the functioning of this tool and discusses the results of own research on the evaluation of the Safety Risk Map by the residents of Katowice. The results were compared with national studies. The Map is one of the channels of communication between the Police and the society, called by the author “the phenomenon of communication” because of the number of people using the Map and its functionality.
