Il diritto di associazione dei fedeli riconosciuto con il Concilio Vaticano II e tradotto giuridicamente nel Codice di diritto canonico del 1983 riguarda anche i chierici, che possono dunque associarsi per perseguire interessi legati al loro ministero. Questo diritto richiede un chiarimento sulle caratteristiche di queste associazioni, che non dovranno mai essere un sindacato dei chierici, in contrasto con l’autorità, né una copia dell’organismo di rappresentanza già previsto dal CIC nella diocesi, il Consiglio presbiterale. Questa riflessione circa il rapporto tra presbiterio e associazioni clericali rappresenta così un aspetto centrale per comprendere la natura e la funzione del ministero presbiterale e il corretto rapporto con il Vescovo nella Chiesa particolare.
Believers' right of association recognized through the second Vatican Council and translated in the Canon Law in 1983 concerns clerics as well. The letter may thus pursue interests buond to their ministry. This right needs to clarify the features of these associations which may neither be a kind of clerics'trade Union, in constrast with the authorities, nor a copy of the representative body, already provided by the CIC of the diocese, t.i., the presbyteral council. The present meditation on the relationship between presbytery and clerical associations represents a seminal aspect in order to understand both nature and function of the presbyteral ministry and the right relationship with the bishop within the particular church. - Źródło:
