Opis:
In our paper, we approach legal responsibilities in nursing practice. Right now almost any human activity is regulated and the area of human health care is no exception. Thanks to the development of medicine and nursing, care for the sick is becoming increasingly sophisticated, but also more risky. The intention is to provide a brief overview of the issue of legal responsibility of the nurse, both from the point of view of law, ethics, and especially from the perspective of sister practice. Because the nurse is the one who is closest to the pacifier (client) of the sparse medical presontal. Our goal is to clarify some legal concepts and to describe some areas of nursing care provided by legislative standards. And not only from the law of healthcare, but also from other branches of law related to this profession. Because this issue is very extensive, we would like to focus primarily on the actions and legislative norms that relate to the work of the general nurse at the bed and in the outpa- tient clinic. We will also point out the activities that the nurse performs daily. They define the law as „a set of generally binding rules of conduct and conduct of the members of society.“ Laws are the result of consciousness and will; in relation to legal standards it can be described as legal action. According to the Civil Code, a legal action means a behavior that is capable of producing legal consequences. The unlawful conduct is inconsistent with the law, we call it unlawful. The result is an illegal state and the legal order imposes an obligation to correct or eliminate the situation. In practice, nursing is perceived as nursing care, which takes place at a certain time. It is targeted at a person in a state of health and the environment. Nursing care is fairly clearly defined by Act No. 372/2011 as a set of activities and measures taken to determine the level of health, prevention and treatment of diseases and disorders, to improve and maintain health, and to alleviate suffering, including reproductive and parturition, by healthcare professionals. Confidentiality is one of the basic rules of medical ethics. The conclusion of the article is devoted to the legal responsibility of healthcare workers and the fact that the responsibility of healthcare workers is generally considered to be large, has its roots in perceiving health as one of the highest values of a person.

Ethics earmark for Ethics Cod. It is the sum of the rules of behavior in a given society - these are the basic rules of conduct decent, as they are in every other profession, varies depending on career and code of ethics, too. It is a social phenomenon which interferes with prompt bizzare areas of life. Without ethics, respect for human beings and respect for the fundamental rights can not be expected to succeed in life. Morality can be characterized as social phenomenon that reflects human relationships and human activities in terms of good and evil. The moral problem is wherever a person in a daily struggle for existence is responsible for their actions. Therefore, one necessarily expects total remuneration for their morally good, free volitiona, decision, reward, whose impact extends beyond its currently. What are the key values and principles in nursing? Choosing values that are generally and most experts considered crucial, is quite complex and depends of multiple factors. We are talking about autonomy, utility, fairness, trustworthiness, truthfulness, and harmlessness. The aim of the European Charter of Patients' Rights to ensure a high level of human health. Authors pay attention in this allowance to shame, because the hospital is not the time to respect the sick. Embarrassment or shame or a sense of shame is (negative) feeling, knowing error, bad faith or any other personal deficiency.

Nursing care is limited not only to fulfil biological needs of a patient, but also to fulfil psychological, social and spiritual needs of the dying patient. It is necessary to get, at least for a while, to a certain resonance with the patient, which can carry their mutual commu- nication. Psychological approach to the patient has to include respect and natural reverence, regardless of his (her) age, status or profession. At each stage of dying patient behaves differently and a nurse has to accept his (her) behavior. The nurse can provide a psychosocial support by a permanent contact of a significant person with the patient.

Here, thanks to everyday work with peole, must everything work for the benefit of morality. Code of Ethics sets and modifies certain rules in spe- cific fields. They determine or recommend certain patterns of behaviour. For nurses indicate the direction the International Council of Nurses. Here it is described that the nurse has a duty to care for the health, alleviate suffering, prevent disease and restore health. Emergency medicine is in these modern times pushing the boundaries of therapy. From this point of view implies not only respect to the rights of critically ill patient and their implementation in intensive care. This is happening despite the efforts and need for constant professionalism and conditions of available methods and procedures. Provi- sion of acute care medicine is today very complex.
