Opis:
Francis`s Exhortation “Amoris laetitia” caused interest because of new pastoral approach to people who are divorced and those who have remarried. It also led to doubts and questions concerning the continuity of the Church`s teaching about marriage and family. Basing on the characteristics of the new Catholic paradigm presented by Cardinal B. Cupich, the study discusses the question of one of the possible forms of practising the approach indicated by Francis. The author tries to read Amoris laetitia by means of lectio divina and points to it as an appropriate way leading to recognition of the situation of people who got divorced or remarried and the possibility of receiving communion by them.
Adhortacja Franciszka Amoris laetitia wzbudziła znaczne zainteresowanie z powodu nowego podejścia duszpasterskiego do osób rozwiedzionych i żyjących w powtórnych związkach. Doprowadziła również do wątpliwości i pytań dotyczących ciągłości nauczania Kościoła o małżeństwie i rodzinie. W oparciu o charakterystykę nowego katolickiego paradygmatu, która została zaprezentowana przez kard. B. Cupich’a, została podjęta w opracowaniu kwestia jednej z możliwych form realizacji podejścia wskazanego przez Franciszka. Autor proponuje czytać Amoris laetitia w kluczu lectio divina oraz wskazuje na nią jako odpowiednią drogę wiodącą do rozpoznania sytuacji osób rozwiedzionych i żyjących w nowych związkach oraz możliwości przystępowania przez nich do komunii świętej.

Nowadays, unprecedented amounts of heterogeneous data collections are stored, processed and transmitted via the Internet. In data analysis one of the most important problems is to verify whether data observed or/and collected in time are genuine and stationary, i.e. the information sources did not change their characteristics. There is a variety of data types: texts, images, audio or video files or streams, metadata descriptions, thereby ordinary numbers. All of them changes in many ways. If the change happens the next question is what is the essence of this change and when and where the change has occurred. The main focus of this paper is detection of change and classification of its type. Many algorithms have been proposed to detect abnormalities and deviations in the data. In this paper we propose a new approach for abrupt changes detection based on the Parzen kernel estimation of the partial derivatives of the multivariate regression functions in presence of probabilistic noise. The proposed change detection algorithm is applied to oneand two-dimensional patterns to detect the abrupt changes.

In the paper we develop an algorithm based on the Parzen kernel estimate for detection of sudden changes in 3-dimensional shapes which happen along the edge curves. Such problems commonly arise in various areas of computer vision, e.g., in edge detection, bioinformatics and processing of satellite imagery. In many engineering problems abrupt change detection may help in fault protection e.g. the jump detection in functions describing the static and dynamic properties of the objects in mechanical systems. We developed an algorithm for detecting abrupt changes which is nonparametric in nature and utilizes Parzen regression estimates of multivariate functions and their derivatives. In tests we apply this method, particularly but not exclusively, to the functions of two variables.

The reference point for deliberations is constituted by two documents: the Apostolic Constitution of Francis Episcopalis communio and the final document of XV General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops dedicated to the problems of young people Young People, the Faith, and Vocational Discernment. The synodal document presented the issues which were not discussed during the synodal sessions and concern the synodal path of the Church. The author reflects on common elements of both documents and interprets each of them in the light of the other one. He highlights the element of discernment of gifts, charisms, and conscience, which determine the position of the faithful in the ecclesial community and influence the bonds between them and the pastors of the Church. Extending the area of implementation of the synodal character of the Church allows the author to ask the question about the model of the presence of the Church in the world. The author points out similarities between the synodal way and the methodology of ecumenical dialogue, which may affect summoning of the Synod dedicated to ecumenical issues.

Punktem odniesienia dla przeprowadzonych rozważań są określenia prawa kanonicznego, które zostały zawarte w czterech polskich publikacjach o charakterze encyklopedycznym. Trzy z nich dotyczą prawa kanonicznego, a jedna została poświęcona prawu. W niej również zostało zawarte hasło „prawo kanoniczne”. Autor prezentuje poszczególne omówienia zagadnienia prawa kanonicznego koncentrując swoją uwagę wokół rozumienia i określania prawa kanonicznego. Wskazuje na różnice w podejściu do zagadnienia pomiędzy prawnikami a kanonistami, w ujęciu których prawo kanoniczne posiada swoje teologiczne implikacje. Dostrzega również istniejące różnice w określeniu prawa kanonicznego, na które znaczny wpływ posiadają orientacje uprawiania kanonistyki przez autorów poszczególnych opracowań. Wysuwa wniosek, że wieloaspektowe podejście do badań nad prawem kanonicznym powinno w punkcie wyjścia mieć jasno określony przedmiot naukowych badań i rozstrzygnięć. W tym kontekście zastanawia się nad możliwością podania definicji prawa kanonicznego w jej klasycznym rozumieniu. Skłania się ku stwierdzeniu takiej niemożliwości. W zamian zwraca uwagę na konieczność wyodrębnienia tych elementów kościelnej struktury i stosunków społecznych, dzięki którym istnieje możliwość określenia prawa kanonicznego.
The point of reference for the considerations are the definitions of canon law, which were included in four Polish encyclopedic publications. Three of them concern canon law and one is focused on law. It also contained the formulation “canon law.” The author presents individual discussions on the issues of canon law, focusing his attention on understanding and defining it. He points to the differences in the approach to the issue between lawyers and canonists, from whose point of view canon law has its theological implications. He also notices the existing differences in the definition of canon law, which are significantly influenced by the orientation in which the authors of individual studies practice canon studies. He concludes that a multifaceted approach to the study of canon law should, as a starting point, measure a clearly defined subject of scientific research and solutions. In this context, he considers the possibility of giving a definition of canon law in its classic sense. He is inclined to assert such an impossibility. Instead, it draws attention to the need to distinguish those elements of the church structure and social relations, thanks to which it is possible to define canon law.

Il pluralismo ecclesiologico nella teologia cattolica influisce sulle soluzioni giuridiche della Chiesa cattolica, anche in materia dell’ecumenismo. Qui osserviamo una grande differenza tra i due codici del diritto canonico della Chiesa Latina. L’autore dell’articolo presenta dunque la dimensione ecclesiologica della teologia postconciliare, sottolinea il pluralismo teologico ed ecumenico esistente nella Chiesa cattolica e nelle altre Chiese ed Comunità ecclesiastiche. Di conseguenza analizza la dipendenza tra l’ecclesiologia, lo stato dell’azione ecumenica e il diritto della Chiesa cattolica.
