modelowanie 3D - Opis:
- This article describes simulation problems of hibrit excitation generator. As an example a conceptual prototype machine is build with two parts. One part of the machine is typical permanent magnets generator (with sphere magnets on rotor). The second part of the machine has rotor with rotating-armature excitation. Both parts are integrated. Rotors are seated on common shaft and stator is common (the same) on whole lenght of both rotors. Article shows problems of teoretical solving electromagnetic circuit of this type machines. Main problem is regulating of excitation flux what gives directly problem with valuation of inducted voltage and power factor. There are two different methods used by authors in examine prototype of hybrid generator. The most efficient method is FEM based on 3D model made by Ansoft Maxwell program. In this article autors present modeled generator with pictures of intersections in different planes. Authors compare solutions received from the two methods with results of laboratory tests which were made on real model.
