Opis:: Condition diagnostic of turn-to-turn insulation, using the method of fuzzy wave is based on breaking the passage of current in the circuit with tested coil or winding what generate a voltage wave. This voltage is exactly the same on each turn. The frequency of generated voltage depends solely on the parameters of the winding, not on the supply and parameters of insulation, what is described in [1] and [3]. Described method is a supplement of diagnostic method of main insulation with DC voltage, named method of prof. Glinka.

Opis:: This article describes test of turn to turn insulation. Shows new diagnostic method to determinate condition of this insulation. Suggested method can be used in any kind of induction machine and it is easy to use. This method is based on breaking passage of current in the circuit with tested coil or winding. Break 10% of nominal current generate voltage on the terminals of the winding. This voltage is registered by digital scope. The frequency of this voltage determinate condition of turn to turn insulation.

Opis:: Results of dc voltage diagnostic tests of electric machines' insulation (Fig.1) enable the evaluation of insulation's of degradation in accordance with established marking system. The paper presents marking system set from 5 to 1 - see Table 1. The relationship between marking system and characterictics/parameters of insulation system has been shown, basing on results of diagnostic tests of armature windings' insulation of dc generator rated at 4150 kW; 730 V; 500 rpm (Figs.2-6). Table 2 gives the marks for technical assessment of insulation of 20 machines tested in 2000 and 2005. If the marks for 2005 are higher than for 2000, then it means that the machines have been rewound.

Opis:: The article presents short history (2001-2006) of diagnostic of insulation using dc-voltage method. The diagnostic was made on the middle voltage AC-motors. The paper describes method of DC-voltage and shows criterion of estimation. The paper presents results of diagnostics and trends of changes proseed in insulation of mantiend motors for e few years. Authors shows that is possible to predict the damage of the motor and reduce the costs of repairs.
