Changes of modern financial market result from liberalization, globalization of market and growth of the risk, have determined the direction of banks development. Banks which don't want to lose the leadership position on financial market are still functioning as financial intermediary and also dedicate themselves for management in area of rendering accessible distinctly which is increasingly moving in the direction of the liquidity management of their customers, both in the provision of a capital and investment surpluses.
