- The project shows innovative methods of human resource management of the Generation Y. The core differences between individual generations, which have influence on work, have been shown. Three most important generations that currently dominate on the market have been characterized precisely with detailing strengths and weaknesses affecting businesses. Then the four management fields, which are highly relevant in contacts with the Generation Y, have been put forward. The ways of implementing and examples of usage of these fields in the real world have been presented too. The project ends with the summary based on possible benefits for the enterprise from chosen methods of resource management.
