- This article shows the results of narrative interviews and the analysis of the phenomenon diffusion of responsibility. It deals with small and medium sized newspaper companies and their problems regarding the market transformations, shrinking customers, responsibility problems and the digi- talization. The research shows that Newspaper CEO ́s spread responsibility pluralistic within their companies and don ́t have a focus on the right management, to solve the old and the foreseeable problems. This article is further a psychological and an economic research work with latest points of view.
