Opis:
Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle, which he announced in 1927, grow out of his attempts to explain some of the quantum mechanics peculiari- ties. This principle holds that it is impossible to determine simultaneously, with any certainty, the position, and the particle’s momentum, the more accurately the investigator determines one,the less accurate by he can know the other, according to the metric expression: ∆x ⋅ ∆px ≥ h . On this article I aim the philosophical certainty of Quantum Mechanics, because one effect of Heisenberg’s research was to transform some physical laws into probability’s statements.

Meanwhile I clarify the quantum extent of this constant in your epistemological influence and also demonstrate by the Quantum Physic where M.Planck goes to solve the ontological and gnoseological questions of scientific objects postulated by the Nature ́s Laws.

As a natural science interested in the study of our home, ecology shows a clear relationship with the need to approach it from the perspective of ethics. The discipline of philosophy in charge of discerning morality in our behavior has much to say about the way we interact and modify the medium. So, the objective of this study is to take a walk through ecology from the perspective of ethics and philosophy, because we speak of science, man and universe. in this way, we will analyze it as a discipline of science with a recent history, as well as its interdisciplinarity. When analyzing it from ethics, and with other authors as a referen- ce, we postulate the need for this ecological ethics, as well as reviewing our responsibility in this milestone. To end with the world of social movements, for we will also review the need for this ecological reason or ecological ethics.

Following the thought of Ricoeur, humanization of health lies between virtue and duty. The first observation is to emphasize the effort. Ricoeur focuses the articulation that the author makes the teleological tradition, embodied especially in Aristotle, with the deontological tradition, with attention mainly Kant. Noting that each tradition has its share of truth, since the moral life is looking good and obedience to rules, Paul Ricoeur seeks to articulate the two traditions: the search for the good life must pass the scrutiny of the rules, that the tradition cultural consecrated. In this articulation, the first set as a criterion of the moral demand of the good, the good life, the life fulfilled life. Meanwhile, Ricoeur gives primacy to the Aristotelian tradition

Opis:
To understand the Socratic assertion that it is better to suffer injustice than to practice it, we must bear in mind that this was said against the Sophists. One of the interlocutors of Socrates had planned as an ideal the life of a tyrant, that is, of someone who can do what he wants, without any other consideration, and nothing can contradict him. For this sophist it is inconceivable that there are those who do not wish to be able to suffer others, as is possible. It would be unthinkable if he could impose his interests on others if he did not know. Hu- man excellence consists in your life, being without hindrance. Socrates considers that the sophist was mistaken about the tre nature of happiness, since the life of a tyrant is a miserable life, which nothing in his judgment should desire. A tyrant can not trust anything or anything. His life is based on power over others, and not receive from them a true recognition, not being able to expect any friendship. Rather you should take a lot of precautions to enter into a “likeness” relationship. The mutual reciprocity of friendship would shake the invulnerable core of his position. The tyrant can not and should not configure something like a confidence towards the world. For Socrates, justice is a kind of relationship with the world that enables mutual trust and abandonment. From here we can say that injustice causes discord and hatred, while justice brings harmony and friendship. Thus, not even the tyrant can be confident in himself. The will to live according to his desires makes him a slave to these desires, preventing him from acquiring a stable relationship with himself and thus makes it impossible for him to live as a friend of himself, that is, as a person who respects and protects Own well-understood interest. Ordinary life is for Plato the place of true happiness, where he can only be friends with himself, who is capable of being friends with others. But the friendship of others is only within reach of those who behave generally - in the face of those who are not friends - in such a way that they cultivate the form of a potentially friendly tract with others. Justice is that virtue that guides action in this common way of life. That is why Socrates can say that it is better to suffer injustice than to commit it. He who commits injustice destroys the foundations of his happiness, while the sufferer, in spite of adversity, does not lose the goals to achieve happiness. Here begins the sense of vulnerability, from ontology to phenomenology, through ethics.

Bioethics and Philosophical Foundations
Opis:
Eugenics is a science that aims to promote and develop the innate qualities of the human species using the laws of genetic inheritance, making artificial selections of physical and mental traits, maintaining positive traits or removing those considered negative. In this paper we will illustrate the history of eugenics by touching on several points, from Plato’s early ideas to Galton’s founding of modern eu- genics, to the ideas of American proogressivism at the beginning of the 20th century, to the euge- nic programme implemented by Nazi Germany (AktionT4) during the Second World War, up to the present day with the development of genetic engineering technologies. The new eugenics, although based on science, continues to pursue the same goal as the old eugenics, the development of a superior individual and the elimination of those considered inferior.

Recombinant DNA
prothology and onthology
Opis:
The nature of biotechnology was forever changed by the development of recombinant DNA technology. Genetic engineering provided the means to create highly productive strains, Microorganisms and eukaryotic cells could be used as biological factories for the production of insuline, interferon growth hormone, viral antigens, and a wide range of other proteins. Recombinant DNA technology could also be used to facilitate the biological production of large amounts of useful small molecular weight compounds and macromolecules that occur naturally in miniscule quantities. Plants and animals became natural bioreactors producing new or altered gene products could never have been created either by mutagenesis and selection or by crossbreeding. Finally, this new technology facilitated the development of radically new radical therapies and diagnostic systems. There is the insertion of a gene into a DNA vector – often a plasmid – to form a new DNA molecule, that can be perpetuated in a host cell. Also called recombinat DNA technology, genetic engineering, gene slicing, gene transplantation or molecular cloning. On this article, I explain the prothological word of God and the philosophical and ethical foundation about genetic engineering.

Unconditional hospitality is not only exposure to the coming of that coming, which is welcomed. It will be a hospitality that gives what she has, what has not as its own. Thus, it is hospitality as impossible. Does the impossible and is not only impossible, as an invitation to do what is impossible. Therefore, the absolute hospitality requires that I open in “chez moi” and that gives me not only abroad, but also the absolute Other, unknown, anonymous, and I give place, that lets you come, come and let have a place in the place that offers you, without asking reciprocity, not even your name. The law of unconditional hospitality commands unconditionally, without power over the visitor arrives or absolute. This form of hospitality, Derrida means of hospitality for visitors, as opposed to normative or conditional hospitality, which follows the logic of the call. Hospitality is deconstruction and deconstruction is hospitality. The pure and unconditional hospitality, hospitality itself opens, is open to the advance which is neither expected nor invited, who arrives as absolutely foreign visitor in arriving unidentifiable and unpredictable, as absolutely other. Call it the hospitality of visitation. Derrida refers to conditional hospitality such as that offered by the law, politics, sociology, etc. There is, indeed, on a hospitality and ad extra, which is narrated by an exemplary and provocative tale of favor in the way according to the Good Samaritan. The hospitality consists in welcoming the Other, strange, under the same roof, and be vulnerable at home, as Martha welcomed Jesus into his home. Meanwhile, the hospitality is set on a background aretologic and can set up a trust relationship between the guest and host. Hospitality is the output of the proper place to seek the stranger-Other accepted.

The humanization in health lives between the “responsibility of identity” (έρος), represented in the Priest and the Levite where there is concern for the Torah, according to the times of Christ, and the “responsibility of alterity” (agapic commitment) symbolized in the Samaritan. The true humanization resides in the paradigm of alterity, which has a metaphor in the Samaritan and is based on an “agapic responsibility” due to the “commotion of the viscera”. Both identity and otherness responsibility are experienced in “poietic responsibility”. One will be a “doing” in a commitment of interest (juridicalpolitical) and the other is summed up in the commitment of dis-interest and “forgetting oneself” (vergeben sich), inexorably giving oneself to the Destitute on the Path. Jesus, in the parable, did not reproach the Priest and the Levite, as they fulfilled and carried out the other face of “poietic responsibility” (acting with identity). But the Samaritan went further and, by carrying out the “agapic responsibility”, he elevated the poietic responsibility in its positive form to the sense of merciful “doing”.
