    Opis:
    The purpose of the article is to present the issue of the use by the episcopal conferences of optional norms of the Code of Canon Law in the scope of the munus docendi of the Church. The Code obliges or enables episcopal conferences to issue norms complementary to the Code of Canon Law, among others regarding the teaching office of the Church. In three cases, the Code provides for the issuance of possible arrangements for an episcopal conference regarding the munus docendi of the Church (canon 755 § 2, 766, 804 § 1). The author presented and evaluated the provisions of selected episcopal conferences in the field of the teaching office of the Church. The whole article concludes with a summary and bibliography.

    Obowiązek odmawiania liturgii godzin przez diakonów stałych (kan. 276 § 2 nr 3) Celem artykułu jest ukazanie zagadnienia odmawiania liturgii godzin przez diakonów stałych. Kodeks zobowiązuje diakonów stałych do odmawiania części liturgii godzin, określonej przez konferencję episkopatu. W pierwszej części artykułu przedstawiono kwestię kształtowania się obowiązku sprawowania liturgii godzin w Kościele. W drugiej części ukazano liturgię godzin diakonów stałych według obowiązującego prawa kanonicznego, natomiast część trzecia została poświęcona normom komplementarnym konferencji episkopatów odnośnie do liturgii godzin diakonów stałych. Całość artykułu zamyka podsumowanie i bibliografia.
    Obligation to recite the liturgy of hours by permanent deacons (kan. 276 § 2 nr 3) The aim of the article is to show the issue of the permanent deacons saying the liturgy of hours. The Code obliges permanent deacons to say part of the liturgy of the hours, as determined by the episcopal conference. The first part of the article presents the issue of shaping the obligation to celebrate the liturgy of the hours in the Church. The second part presents the liturgy of the hours of permanent deacons according to current canon law, while the third part was devoted to the complementary norms of episcopal conferences regarding the liturgy of the hours of permanent deacons. The whole article concludes with a summary and bibliography.

    Opis:
    This article presents the library of the theological seminary in canonical terms. The library of the seminary is an institution which collects, processes and offers readers the collections owned by the seminary. The first part of this article shows the necessity for the seminary library. It then describes the collection of the seminary library, which should contain primarily works in the field of Christian philosophy, psychology, theological sciences and materials necessary for learning foreign languages. It is emphasized that the seminary library is not only a book collection, but also the entire infrastructure, the aim of which is to serve the functioning of the library. The paper also presents those people who are in charge of the seminary library: a diocesan bishop, the rector of the seminary and a librarian, as well as other library staff, both full-time ones and volunteers

    The purpose of the article is to present the issue of the use by the episcopal conferences of obligatory norms of the Code of Canon Law within the purview of the munus docendi of the Church. The Code obliges or enables episcopal conferences to issue norms complementary to the CCL, among others regarding the Magisterium of the Church. In three cases, the Code obliges episcopal conferences to make arrangements regarding the munus docendi of the Church (can. 772 § 2, 788 § 3, 831 § 2). The author presented and evaluated the provisions of selected episcopal conferences in the field of the teaching task of the Church.
    Celem artykułu jest ukazanie zagadnienia wykorzystania przez konferencje episkopatów norm obligatoryjnych Kodeksu Prawa Kanonicznego w zakresie munus docendi Kościoła. Kodeks zobowiązuje albo umożliwia konferencjom biskupim wydanie norm komplementarnych do KPK m.in. w zakresie zadania nauczycielskiego Kościoła. W trzech przypadkach Kodeks zobowiązuje konferencje biskupie do wydania ustaleń w zakresie munus docendi Kościoła (kan. 772 § 2, 788 § 3, 831 § 2). Autor przedstawił i ocenił przepisy wybranych konferencji episkopatów w dziedzinie nauczycielskiego zadania Kościoła.
