Opis:: The knowledge of the dynamic stat and structure of the system allows desercribing its behaviour, and allows creating prognosis models of the system behaviour in the function of dynamic evolution time, based on the model of the technical state symptoms growth. Most often, however, there are no known equations describing behaviours of the system in the function of dynamic evolution time, which accounts for the need to apply new tools to examine the dynamic state. There is, therefore, the requirement to experimentally verify analytical technical models as the proper one is a model which is verified in practice. An experiment is, therefore, often only an inspiration for further researches leading to the optimization of the construction. In this work presented are chosen problems of machines technical state diagnosis with the use of identification and technical diagnostics methods. Relations between methods of dynamic state evaluation and methods of technical state evaluation were indicated. Example modal analysis results illustrate the complexity of projecting dynamic state researches into diagnostic researches of machine state evaluation.

Opis:: Ship large-power steam boiler may serve as an example of complex critical technical system. A basis for rational control of operation of such system is knowledge on its capability of fulfilling the tasks to which it was intended. In order to make it possible to apply computer aiding to operational decision-making the capability should be described analytically. In this paper it was proposed to express the capability of ship steam boiler ( considered a complex system) to perform service tasks, by calculating components of its usability potential in a given instant t. To this end , was distinguished a set of steam boiler fundamental features which formulate space of its technical states. Values and characteristic intervals of the features were defined and this way sub-spaces of serviceability and non-serviceability states of the object in question were determined. Next, in the considered space, technical state of the boiler and its usability potential was determined. Owing to this it become possible to quantitatively express the steam boiler functioning capability which served as a basis for elaborating an algorithm for controlling the operational processes of a complex technical system under action. In this paper is also described a way of application of the presented method to calculation of ship steam boiler usability potential, which may be especially instrumental in the case of operational control of the boilers of the kind , equipped with interstage reheaters, i.e. those operating with high values of operational parameters.

Opis:: The multidimensional monitoring of symptoms applied to railway systems allow to detect and locate the sections of the track (straight and curved) that generate the decrement of the safety and comfort of the passengers. It also evaluates the technical state of the rail-vehicle interface. In addition, it allows observing, evaluating, and controlling the reliability and availability of the system. The objective of the study is to propose an alternative to evaluate the condition of the technical state of railway systems from a dynamical point of view that guarantees the safety and comfort of the passengers. One looks for diminishing the operative costs of maintenance, improving the use of equipment for tasks of maintenance for the track, vehicle and auxiliary equipment, optimizing the time of the maintenance personal, the maintenance frequencies (corrective, preventive, etc.). It also aims to identify the variables related to maintenance actions that have a high influence on the technical state of the system. This paper presents the results obtained when applying a modelling of this type to a railway system, being cantered mainly in the application of SVD theory to the technical diagnosis of systems.

Opis:: The destruction processes of technical systems extort need the changes of supervising their technical state. Modern technical diagnostics methods are the tool of diagnosing their technical state what is the basis undertaken the decision. The technical diagnostics, he is one from basic sciences about the rational exploitation of objects next to tribology, reliability, safety and exploitation theory. The acquaintance of physical phenomena drawing ahead while functioning machine engine makes possible the qualification of qualitative relationships between destructive processes and the machine engine condition. The great dispersion of the initial properties of machine, how and undeterminancy and the continuity of aging and the cells processes and the tasks of the diagnostics machine which has to work out the specific gathering of diagnosing clearly use up outline methods. The important problems of the article enclose: modelling the machine engines dynamics in the aspect of diagnostics, multidimentions and her the various ways of solving SVD, PCA, Date Fusion, diagnostics integrated with the object, artificial intelligence, diagnostic agent and system solutions of folded objects diagnostics.
Procesy destrukcji systemów technicznych wymuszają potrzebę nadzorowania zmian ich stanu technicznego. Metody diagnostyki technicznej są narzędziem diagnozowania ich stanu technicznego, co jest podstawą podejmowanych decyzji. Diagnostyka techniczna, obok tribologii, niezawodności, teorii bezpieczeństwa i teorii eksploatacji jest jedną z podstawowych nauk o racjonalnej eksploatacji obiektów. Poznanie zjawisk fizycznych zachodzących w czasie funkcjonowania maszyny umożliwia określenie związków jakościowych między zachodzącymi procesami destrukcyjnymi a stanem maszyny. Duży rozrzut własności początkowych maszyny, jak i nieoznaczoność i ciągłość procesów starzenia i zużyć wyraźnie zakreślają cele i zadania diagnostyki maszyn, która musi wypracować sobie specyficzny zbiór metod i środków diagnozowania. Ważne problemy tego referatu obejmują: modelowanie dynamiki maszyn w aspekcie diagnostyki, wielowymiarowość i jej różne sposoby rozwiązywania, SVD, PCA, Data Fusion, diagnostyka zintegrowana z obiektem, sztuczna inteligencja, agent diagnostyczny oraz systemowe rozwiązania diagnostyki obiektów złożonych.

Some problems of troubleshooting relating to the technical state of machines by methods of identification and diagnosis are introduced. Relationships are shown between methods of dynamic state evaluation and methods of operating state evaluation. Examples of the modal analysis show the complexity of problems of representing the evaluation of machine dynamic state in diagnostic examination of machine technical state.

Opis:: In this article it's present the results obtained during the implementation of a portable diagnosis system to the maintenance routines of the passengers vehicles and permanent track of the Metro de Medellín Ltda. Company, that allowed to evaluate the aspects as: safety, comfort and technical condition of the track-vehicle interphase.The reports given in of this evaluation allowed to identify and to arrange the track sections according to its technical condition, associating in this way the track condition parameters and the vehicle with the estimators associated to the passengers vehicles dynamics.
W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań prowadzące do konstrukcji przenośnego urządzenia diagnostycznego dla potrzeb utrzymania zdatności pociągów Metra w Medellin - Kolumbia. Badania obejmują zagadnienia z zakresu bezpieczeństwa jazdy, komfortu i zmian stanu na granicy tor - pojazd.

Opis:: W pracy omówiono wybrane i nowe problemy eksploatacji złożonych maszyn, wspomaganej metodami diagnostyki technicznej i monitorowania stanu. Dotyczy to coraz częściej systemów wymian profilaktycznych, zagadnień doskonalących skuteczność metod diagnozowania, nowych rozwiązań oprogramowania na etapie uzgadniania decyzji (jedno- i wielowymiarowej), jak i dedykowanych systemów diagnozowania w inżynierii diagnostyki. Przedstawiona problematyka tego opracowania znajduje swoje uzasadnienie w procesach destrukcji maszyn, towarzyszących każdej maszynie tuż po jej wytworzeniu aż do likwidacji. Kształtowanie się kosztów eksploatacji maszyn i różnorodność działań organizacyjnych w tym obszarze różnicują możliwości stosowania znanych strategii eksploatacji. Rozwijająca się diagnostyka techniczna daje podstawy do racjonalnej eksploatacji maszyn w nowo tworzonych lub doskonalonych diagnostycznych systemach eksploatacji.
The article presents both selected and new problems connected with the maintenance of complex machinery which can be addressed and solved with the use of methods of technical diagnostics and monitoring of the state of the devices in question. This often concerns the systems of preventive replacements, issues of improving the effectiveness of the applied methods of diagnostics, new software solutions supporting the stages of single and complex decision making, and dedicated systems of diagnostics in diagnostic engineering. The problems this article deals with particularly concern machine destruction processes that can be noticed in the case of each and every machine from the very moment it is produced up to the moment it is scrapped. The varying costs of operation and maintenance of machines, together with a variety of organizational actions undertaken in that field decide on the operational strategies to be selected and applied. The developing technical diagnostics forms the basis for rational exploitation of machines in newly created or established, but improved, diagnostic operational systems.
