Opis:
Opracowano nową metodę określania złożoności części stosowaną do ich kwalifikacji do obróbki w elastycznym systemie obróbkowych (ESP) bez konieczności opracowywania procesów technologicznych. Na podstawie złożoności części i złożoności granicznej systemu można określić w jakim systemie elastycznym czy konwencjonalnym części powinny być wytwarzane. Opracowaną metodę zweryfikowano na przykładzie kół zębatych wytwarzanych w Kombinacie Przmysłowym Huta Stalowa Wola.
The new method for defining the complexity of machine parts which can be applied for their qualification for machining in Reconfigurable Manufacturing System (RMS) without necessity of designing the technological processes. Basing on the complexity of part and boundary complexity of the manufacturing system it can help defining which system (reconfigurable or conventional) should be used for manufacturing. The developed method was verified using toothed wheels manufacturing in "Huta Stalowa Wola" Steel Mill.

Opis:
The aim of the article is to present a new methodology of computer aided FMS machine tools selection. Flexible manufacturing systems (FMSs) are systems which allows manufacturing parts in small lot sizes keeping high level of productivity and low costs of production. Despite the fact applied research on designing FMS systems have been continued for several years there are no methodical solution that can help design engineers to select machine tools for FMS in a optimal way. This article shows the main algorithm and stages of the methodology which is based on computer database systems, algorithms of elimination and method of multicriteria optimisation.

It presents the pre-implementation analysis with the consideration for the specific character of the production company. The paper also presents information related to the possibilities of the management of the project of the practical implementation of the computer system and the example of the practical implementation of the system in a Metals Processing Center KOMECH.

Opracowano sposób korekty ustawienia układu technologicznego obrabiarki polegający na wprowadzeniu do układu sterowania dodatkowego dodatniego sprzężenia zwrotnego względem siły skrawania. Zastosowane sterowanie adaptacyjne posuwem wzdłużnym oraz dodatkowymi oddziaływaniami siłowymi, wywołującymi stan sprężyście-odkształcalny, umożliwia wyeliminowanie błędów statycznych oddziaływania sterującego oraz zakłócającego przy sterowaniu parametrami dokładności obróbki części o małej sztywności w stanie sprężyście-odkształcalnym.
The authors developed a method of correction consisting in the introduction, in the control system, of an additional positive feedback relative to the force of milling. Adaptive control was applied for axial feed and for additional force actions causing the elastic-deformable state, which permits the elimination of static errors of control effects and interference in the control of quality parameters.

Przedstawiono model matematyczny funkcjonowania synchronicznej elastycznej linii produkcyjnej (SELP) z obrabiarek wielozadaniowych CNC, w skład której wchodzi maszyna technologiczna rezerwowa. Maszyna technologiczna rezerwowa może przejmować funkcje każdej z obrabiarek SELP. Przedstawiono graf stanu SELP, zależności, równania do obliczania niezawodności i wydajności SELP. Opracowano program obliczeń niezawodności i wydajności (Maple) oraz zaprezentowano wyniki modelowania i optymalizacji ilości obrabiarek.
The paper introduces a mathematical model of operation of a flexible synchronous production line (FSPL) of multifunctional CNC machines that includes one redundant multifunctional CNC machine which can take over the functions of every FSPL machine. The graph of FSPL state, relations and equations used to calculate reliability and productivity are shown. Maple, the software used for reliability and productivity calculations and modelling, as well as the mathematical results are presented.

The aim of the article is to develop a new metodology of analysis and evaluation of Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) machine tool subsystem design configurations. It examines the use an integrated, systemic, global and user oriented approach for the complex problem of selecting among several configuration alternatives the most suitable for a specific case. The paper presents a computer program developed for the determination of the basic dynamic characteristics of the process of machining, numerical simulations of the dynamic system of the process of machining, and graphic presentations of the numerical simulations performed. Results of simulations of the runs of time and frequency characteristics of the process of machining with variable machining parameters are presented. High goodness-of-fit of the model with the actual process of turning was achieved.

The specification of the low rigidity parts machining process is consider by introducing suitable equations of constrains, which describe additional elastic deformations in one of equations describing the force controlling influence. This paper introduces general and detailed mathematical models of the DS of turning the longitudinal, low rigidity shafts. Research results and examples of their approximation were introduced. Some method of synthesis and examples structure of regulator P were shown for one detailed model of DS under received approximated operational transmittance of DS. The way of controlling the accuracy of shafts turning in the elastic deformable condition and controlling system was described.

The paper present the various aspects of the process of testing of the ERP system’s dependability .This process has been systematized using the procedures taken from the Polish Standards and adopted for purposes of the ERP system. Thanks to an introduction of same normalization and the unification of terminology, the testing of the systems dependability under different conditions, as well as for different systems, will be possible. A review of MS Axapta system in relation to the dependability of the functioning of its particular elements, has also been carried out. This was based on previously presented instructions of the dependability test.

The paper presents a method combining the processes of straightening and thermal treatment. Technological processes with axial strain were considered, for the case of heated material and without its heating. The essence of the process in the case of heated material consisted in the fact that if under tension all longitudinal forces in the first approximation are uniform - the same strains are generated. The presented technological approach, aimed at reducing the curvature of axial-symmetrical parts, is acceptable as the process of rough, preliminary machining, in the case of shafts with the ratio L/D≤100 (L – shaft length, d – shaft diameter) and without a tendency of strengthening. To improve the accuracy and stability of geometric form of low-rigidity parts, a method was developed that combines the processes of straightening and heat treatment. The method consists in that axial strain – tension, is applied to the shaft during heating, and during cooling the product is fixed in a fixture, the cooling rate of the shaft being several-fold greater than that of the fixture. A device is presented for the realisation of the method of controlling the process of plastic deformation of low-rigidity shafts. In the case of the presented device and the adopted calculation scheme, a method was developed that permits the determination of the length of shaft section and of the time of its cooling.
