    Opis:
    The paper presents the size and structure of raw materials and commodities flow in agricultural farms from the aspect of production simplification. The assumed aim was carried out based on the research conducted in 80 farms of Southern Poland. Facilities for research were divided according to a simplification degree. The highest I° degree of simplification includes only one group of plants. Subsequent degrees of simplification respond to an increasing number of plants, since the number of cultivated groups of technological plants decides on the simplification degree. As a result of the research which was carried out, the size and structure of raw materials and goods flows was assessed within 3 main areas of logistics - supply, production and distribution. The final effect of the research was development of raw materials and commodities flow in the researched groups of farms.
    W pracy przedstawiono wielkość i strukturę przepływów surowcowo-towarowych w gospodarstwach rolnych w aspekcie uproszczenia produkcji. Założony cel został zrealizowany na podstawie badań przeprowadzonych w 80 gospodarstwach Polski Południowej. Obiekty do badań zostały podzielone według stopnia uproszczenia. Najwyższy I° stopień uproszczenia obejmuje tylko jedną grupę roślin. Kolejne stopnie uproszczenia odpowiadają zwiększającej się liczbie roślin, bowiem to liczba uprawianych grup roślin technologicznych decyduje o stopniu uproszczenia. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań dokonano oceny wielkości i struktury przepływów surowcowo-towarowych w 3 głównych obszarach logistyki - zaopatrzenia, produkcji, dystrybucji. Końcowym efektem przeprowadzonych badań było stworzenie modeli przepływów surowcowo-towarowych w badanych grupach gospodarstwach.

    A multi-floor manufacturing in residential districts of huge city promotes decongestion of urban traffic and satisfy the population’s demand for essential goods. City manufacturing and its supply chain entail several challenges related to the sustainable development of a large agglomeration. Environmental problems impose significant constraints on such manufacturing activities and production waste in the urban environment poses a real problem that needs to be addressed by special research. This paper discusses integrated sustainable production waste management for a city multi-floor manufacturing cluster, consisting of a group of production buildings and a supporting logistics node. In line with the theory of integrated sustainable waste management, three key components are addressed: waste management stakeholders, components of the waste management system, and the technical, environmental and legal aspects of a city multi-floor manufacturing cluster. The goal of the paper is to develop a concept for a model of environmental sustainable waste management in a city multi-floor manufacturing cluster, aimed at ensuring the system safety: human - technical facility - environment. This model can serve as a basis for the development of appropriate logistics chains for production waste management considering their hazardousness indicator. The versatility of the model will allow it to be widely used, and when its stages and working principles are embedded in the practice of city multi-floor manufacturing, proper control over the waste management process can be achieved. The application of the proposed model of integrated sustainable production waste management in the practice of the city multi-floor manufacturing clusters will contribute to the environmental sustainability of its operation.

    The aim of the paper is to analyse contemporary trends in distributed manufacturing (DM) research and to present a concept to develop and test some task allocation, planning and scheduling algorithms for DM network organisations. Some concepts to identify key factor criteria and reasoning policies and rules for production/manufacturing decision support system are also undertaken. And finally, an aim is to draw a proposal for a development of a prototype decision support system with necessary communication and knowledge oriented modules to be implemented in an example of dynamic, DM and logistics network structure, particularly for very popular dynamic cluster forms in Poland. The developed concept of the organization of a multi-entity DM network will enable business-effective use of the system, supporting manufacturing decision making, consulting and offering information services in the control centre (the so-called Competence Centre) by constructing virtual reality and access to services in a distributed network of cloud computing type. Integration of the whole system into one information system will enable analysis and network resource optimization of manufacturing and logistics processes, new analytical functions, reduction of delays in the manufacturing system, management of changes and risks, and visualization of the current state of the DM system.

    The subject of the article is comparative analysis of the technocratic and humanistic models of production management. The negative tendencies in contemporary organisations occur as a result of technocratic culture. To improve this situation, it is necessary to change the technocratic model of production management to a humanistic one. The paper presents the humanistic form of work as a concept leading to high economic efficiency and employee satisfaction.
    Przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza porównawcza chnokratycznego i humanistycznego modelu zarządzania produkcją. We spółczesnych organizacjach występują negatywne tendencje technokratyczne. Aby poprawić tę sytuację, konieczna jest zmiana technokratycznego modelu zarządzania produkcją na humanistyczny. W artykule przedstawiono humanistyczną formę zarządzania jako koncepcję prowadzącą do wysokiej efektywność ekonomicznej i zadowolenia pracowników.

    Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wad i zalet metody ABC/XYZ wykorzystywanej w procesie zarządzania zapasami. W artykule, na podstawie otrzymanych danych, została przeprowadzona analiza ABC, XYZ oraz stworzona macierz ABC/XYZ i Kraljica. Celem przedstawionej analizy jest usprawnienie pracy działu zajmującego się wytwarzaniem oraz magazynowaniem asortymentu poprzez określenie strategii zakupu dla poszczególnych grup. W wyniku klasyfikacji otrzymano podział towarów na grupy asortymentowe wraz ze wskazaniem strategii uzupełniania niedoborów.
    The aim of presented work is indicate the importance and function of classification ABC/XYZ used in inventory management process and determining the impact of the discussed concept on the functioning of the enterprise. Based on the received data, the ABC and XYZ analyzes were carried out. The ABC analysis was aimed at improving the work of the department involved in the production and storage of the assortment by defining a purchase strategy for individual groups. In addition, it allows to focus attention on sensitive elements. As a result of the ABC/XYZ classification, the division of goods into product groups was obtained along with the shortage strategy.

    The results of statistical testing of beer bottling line in aspect of season consumer demand were presented. The beer bottling line of Krones in separated seasons of production was the objective of the study.
