    The article describes and highlights the function of parents and teachers in media education of children who are the youngest users of media. There are goals and tasks of media education and teachers media competences presented in the article. Referring to the core curriculum the author presents the content of media education at nursery and primary schools. Solutions for media literacy in family and school proposed by the literature are presented in the article. There is a great need of teaching children the rational and proper way of using media and practicing media education at school and in family house as they are two environments closest for children.

    Troska o wychowanie młodego pokolenia jest zawsze sprawą kluczową. Aby człowiek mógł przetrwać w świecie, potrzebuje nieustannie się rozwijać. Chęć inwestowania w siebie jednocześnie pokrywa się z zaangażowaniem na polu edukacji i wychowania. Współpraca międzypokoleniowa wytwarza bowiem odpowiedni potencjał, który służy całemu społeczeństwu. Działalnością pedagogiczną na różnych szczeblach przestrzeni edukacyjnej zajmował się o. Leon Dehon. On to w wyniku okoliczności społecznych i kulturowych oraz za przyczyną zawierzenia Sercu Jezusa wynikającego z łaski wiary zorganizował w Saint-Quentin apostolat wychowawczy. Biorąc pod uwagę trudne czasy, w których żył, z odwagą podejmował inicjatywy, które miały szczególny wpływ na ukształtowanie się nowego porządku społecznego, kulturalnego i religijnego. Dzięki swojemu wykształceniu i dobrym relacjom interpersonalnym założył szkołę, w której kształciły się przyszłe elity społeczne Francji, oraz dał początek nowemu zgromadzeniu zakonnemu organizującemu głównie formację kapłańską. Celem tego artykułu jest przedstawienie modelu dehoniańskiej pedagogiki, która dała nowy impuls zarówno środowisku kościelnemu, jak i robotniczej społeczności francuskiej żyjącej w XIX wieku. Ze względu na owocność tego dzieła, które propagowało ideał miłości i sprawiedliwości społecznej, również dziś warto czerpać ze skarbca doświadczeń o. Leona Dehona. Próba odwołania się do jego myśli pozwala odnaleźć współczesne zapotrzebowanie na wychowanie i formację mające na celu prowadzenie człowieka ku świętości.
    Care for the upbringing of youth has always been a key issue. For people to survive in the world, they need to constantly develop. The inclination to invest in oneself coincides at the same time with the commitment in the field of education and upbringing. The inter-generational co-operation creates an adequate potential, which serves the whole society. One of those who devoted themselves to pedagogical activity was Father Leon Dehon. He, due to social and cultural circumstances, as well as motivated to confide in the Heart of Jesus brought forth by his faith, organised an educational apostolate in Saint-Quentin. Considering the difficult times in which he lived, he undertook with courage initiatives that particularly influenced the shaping of new social, cultural and religious order. Thanks to his education and good interpersonal skills he established a school which trained France’s future social elites, as well as gave rise to a new religious congregation, organising mainly priestly formation. The aim of this article is to present a model of Dehonian education, which gave a new impulse to both the ecclesial environment and the working-class society of the 19th-century France. Due to the fruitfulness of his work, which promulgated an ideal of charity and social equality, today we also want to peruse the treasures of Father Dehon’s experiences. An attempt to invoke his thought allows us to rediscover the contemporary demand for education and formation aiming to guide humanity to holiness.

    Artykuł przedstawia wybrane zagadnienia podejmowane w tekstach opublikowanych w czasopiśmie „Problemy Opiekuńczo Wychowawcze” w latach 1961 – 2021. Analizą objęto następujące tematy: ideologia socjalistyczna i ideały wychowania, hasło/program „o jednolity front” wychowania, edukacji i opieki w socjalizmie, a także problemy: pedagogika opiekuńczo-wychowawcza, działalność instytucji pedagogicznych, projekt „zamknijmy domy dziecka”, wychowanie i szkoła, doskonalenie opieki nad dzieckiem.
    The article presents the selected issues discussed in the articles published in Polish journal entitled “Issues in Childhood Care and Education” in the years 1961–2021. The analysis included: the socialist ideology and upbringing ideals, the slogan/program “for united front” of upbringing, education and care in socialism, as well as the following problems: care and educational pedagogy, activities of pedagogical institutions, the “let's close orphanages” program, upbringing and school, improving childcare.

    Tekst ma na celu prezentację doświadczeń zebranych podczas realizacji modułu fakultatywnego pt. Pedagogika przygody, w którym uczestniczyli studenci pedagogiki na Wydziale Pedagogiki i Psychologii Uniwersytetu Śląskiego. Zaprezentowane zostaną również wyniki pilotażowych badań ankietowych dotyczących pedagogiki przygody i gier terenowych, przeprowadzonych wśród studentów. W tekście znajdzie się także odniesienie do metody pracy o nazwie live action role-playing (larp). Zaprezentowane zostaną wyniki badań pilotażowych z zastosowaniem larpów, przeprowadzonych w klasie pierwszej szkoły podstawowej w Piekarach Śląskich. Głównym celem badań była weryfikacja założenia, że gra fabularna w postaci live action role-playing, oparta na autorskim scenariuszu, wpływa na integracje dzieci w wieku wczesnoszkolnym. Zastosowano metodę quasi-eksperymentu pedagogicznego oraz studium przypadku. Podjęte działania polegały na poprowadzeniu larpa z grupą dzieci, które są na etapie wzajemnego poznawania się. Zastosowano technikę obserwacji skategoryzowanej. Studium przypadku zostało uzupełnione swobodną rozmową z poszczególnymi dziećmi. Do przeprowadzenia badań skonstruowano autorskie narzędzie pt. Arkusz obserwacji integracji grupowej oraz autorski scenariusz live action role-playing pt. W Baśniowej Krainie. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań można stwierdzić, że live action role-playing w pracy z grupą pomagają odpowiednio zbudować jej strukturę i wspierają kształtowanie się pozytywnych relacji w grupie. Larp umożliwia przeżywanie, doświadczenie i poznanie, co z kolei pozwoliło uczestnikom gry zacieśnić istniejące między nimi relacje.
    The objective of the following paper is to present the experiences gathered during the execution of The Adventure Pedagogy elective module attended by the students of pedagogy of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of the University of Silesia. Another issue introduced therein are the results of trial surveys concerning adventure pedagogy and field games conducted among students. The paper also includes a reference to the work method called live action role-playing (LARP). The results of trial surveys, wherein LARPs were applied, conducted in the first grade of a primary school in Piekary Śląskie, can also be found in the paper. The main objective of the research was to verify the premise that a role-playing game in the form of live action role-playing, based on an original script, influences the integration of children at their early school age. The applied methods included a quasi-experiment and a case study. The undertaken activities consisted in performing LARP with a group of children who were only starting to get to know one another. The technique of categorized observation was employed here. The case study was complemented with a casual conversation with particular children. An original tool called “The Group Integration Observation Sheet” was constructed, as well as an original script of live action role-playing written – “In a Fairytale Land” in order to conduct this research. The conclusion, based on the findings, is that live action role-playing applied in group activities helps in building the group’s proper structure and fostering positive relations within it. LARP makes it possible to experience and learn, which in turn facilitates participant bonding.

    Artykuł stanowi próbę zarysu wzorca wychowawcy w pedagogice Zgromadzenia Zmartwychwstania Pana Naszego Jezusa Chrystusa. Z analizy pism, listów i kazań wybitnych założycieli i członków zgromadzenia wynika, iż nauczyciel powinien świadczyć przykładem, być stale obecny w życiu wychowanków, darzyć ich zaufaniem i szacunkiem, unikać surowości i karcenia, jak również nie przymuszać do nauki, lecz motywować. Wzorzec doskonałego nauczyciela wychowawcy jawi się nie tylko jak uniwersalny, lecz także ponadczasowy: może być wykorzystany w instytucjach edukacyjnych niezależnie od ich usytuowania geograficznego, przynależności kulturowej i wyznaniowej oraz czasów, gdyż nie straci na aktualności. Poznanie go pozwala też zrozumieć stanowisko kategorycznego sprzeciwu, jaki zgromadzenie zajęło wobec nadużyć seksualnych wobec nieletnich.
    Questo articolo è un tentativo di delineare il modello dell’educatore nella pedagogia dei Resurrezionisti. L’analisi degli scritti, delle lettere e dei sermoni dei suoi fondatori e membri più importanti mostra che questa figura deve dare l’esempio, interagire con gli studenti, avere rispetto e fiducia in loro, evitare la severità e i rimproveri, e non forzarli nell’apprendimento, ma motivarli. Questo concetto di educatore appare non solo universale, ma anche intramontabile. Può essere utilizzato nelle istituzioni educative indipendentemente dalla loro ubicazione geografica, dall’appartenenza culturale e religiosa e dai tempi, perché non perderà la sua attualità. La conoscenza di questo aspetto ci permette anche di comprendere la posizione di categorica opposizione che la Congregazione ha assunto nei confronti degli abusi sessuali sui minori.
    This article is an attempt to outline the model of an educator in the pedagogy of the Resurrectionists. The analysis of the writings, letters and sermons of its outstanding founders and members show that this figure should lead by example, interact with students, trust and respect them, avoid severity and scolding, and not force them into learning, but motivate them. This concept of the educator appears not only as universal, but also timeless. It can be used in educational institutions regardless of their geographical location, cultural and religious affiliation, and times, because it will not lose its relevance. Knowing this also allows us to understand the position of categorical opposition that the Congregation took to sexual abuse against minors.
