- The issue of customer service is very complex and it is impossible to refer it in a short paper. The fact is that service importance growing, since its level translates directly into stakes sales, profits and companies competitive positions. Quality of customer service allows to compete in an increasingly demanding markets, both domestic and international. To be competitive on the market the companies must remember to collect systematically the information about their customers, as well as continually analyze the available resources and expertise. Only the knowledge gained in this way may give rise to the development outlook for further growth.
