    The traditional family model is becoming blurred and for this reason it is no longer valid. Thus, in this changing reality it is worth making an attempt to understand those changes in order to be able to promote appropriately the values which are still most important for the proper functioning of family. The family has always been and will be the central category of social life, around which processes, social phenomena or religious norms are cumulated, but the changing conditions of life of families are generating a necessity to monitor the quality of life of families and look at them as a whole and individually.

    Opis:
    The paper presents findings of the comparative study on relationships between remembrance story-telling and the transitional reconstruction of political identities. It identifies in which areas and fields of impact governments tend to use interpretations of the past to promote new leadership visions of society. Moreover, it verifies theoretical hypotheses related to the politicised remembrance and its role as a political asset during transformations, as well as it considers the theoretical framework of democracy-building (and a common prediction of its universal character). As a result, the study offers a detailed picture of the way remembrance narratives are transformed into explanations, justifications or legitimisation of new, post-authoritarian identities based on qualitative-to-quantitative analysis of the intensity of story-telling and its links with transitional identity politics. In the conclusion, the Authors present their consideration of research findings, and they discuss it with reference to the nature of transitional government’s remembrance policy as a sphere of social influence.

Zebrany materiał zarysowuje tradycyjne uwarunkowania i sposoby postrzegania wspólnoty życia rodzinnego oraz podkreśla charakter przemian, silnie wybrzmiewający na przestrzeni ostatnich dekad. W publikacji autorka prezentuje następujące zagadnienia: 1. Rodzina jako wspólnota życia społecznego. 2. Kierunki przemian życia rodzinnego. 3. Instytucja życia rodzinnego na rozdrożu współczesności.

    Tekst stanowi próbę analizy cech tytułowego konceptu, jakim jest szkoła myślenia, która wyłania się w toku uczestnictwa w sytuacjach sprzyjających uwspólnianiu doświadczenia. Tworzenie tak rozumianej szkoły myślenia jest procesem relacyjnym, tak więc w tym kontekście namysł nad relacją społeczną stał się kluczowym zadaniem. Jest także wyrazem kultury praktyki podzielanej przez uczestników aktywności i tworzonej przez nich. W rezultacie tak rozumiana szkoła myślenia stanowi splot relacji, poglądów, stanowisk, które ukierunkowują aktywność, orientują ją. W tym kontekście omawiane są relacyjne procesy trwania i transformacji szkoły myślenia, ujmowanej w licznych wymiarach.  
    This article is an attempt to analyze the features of the titular concept of the school of thought, which occurs through participation in situations that encourage the sharing of experience. The formation of a school of thought is understood as a relational process; therefore, in this context, a consideration of social relationships becomes a key task. It is also an expression of the culture of practice shared by participants in the activity and created by them. As a result, a school of thought is understood as an interweaving of relationships, opinions, and positions which direct and orient the activity. Relational processes are examined from this perspective, i.e. the processes of the lasting existence and transformation of a school of thought, presented in their many different dimensions.

    Along with the economic growth the needs of society, demands and expectations towards public administration, as well as its rules and activities, are changing. The author defines the concept of public administration, public management (Public Administration Management) as a social innovation and a sub-discipline of management sciences, regulating processes in public and civil organizations sectors, which fill the market gap. New Public Management is building a modern state-citizen relationship in the area of social policy, functioning of public administration, judiciary authorities and active citizenship within the programme of participatory (civil) budgets.
