    W artykule opisano sposób obsługi zmian w dokumentacji technicznej wykorzystując teorię obsługi masowej. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na zagadnienia dotyczące nanoszenia zmian na rysunkach i powiadamianie o zmianach. Opisany sposób postępowania może usprawnić realizację przedsięwzięć budowlanych oraz ułatwić wdrożenie normy PN-ISO10006:2002, w której główną uwagę zwraca się na proces zarządzania zmianą.
    This paper describes the method of handling changes in technical documentation, using the theory of mass handling. Particular attention is drawn to issues relating to the making of changes to drawings, and to the giving of notification of changes. The procedure described may improve the efficient execution of building projects and facilitate implementation of the PN-ISO10006:2002 standard, in which the key focus is on the process of change management.

    Opis:
    By an ordinance of 25 August 1950, the Minister of Culture and Arts created the State Studios for Conservation of Cultural Property (PP PKZ) based in Warsaw. The company carried out conservation works of monuments, prepared technical documentation of historic buildings and conducted architectural and conservation supervision during various works. One of the first branches of the Enterprise was the Branch of PP PKZ in Gdańsk, established in March 1951. Its territorial coverage extended across the area of northern Poland from Szczecin to Olsztyn. It was subordinated to the branches of “Works Group Management” in Szczecin and Koszalin (1958), Toruń and Elbląg (1959), Malbork (1960), and Słupsk (1977). From 1961, there was a branch in Olsztyn: PP PKZ Branch in Gdańsk, Olsztyn Department. This operated in the then Olsztyn Province and partly in the neighbouring provinces (Suwałki, Elbląg and Ciechanów). In 1980, the General Director of PP PKZ in Warsaw created PP PKZ Branch in Olsztyn, which began work from 1 January 1981. Its main task was to prepare technical and historical documentation needed for the conservation of monuments, exercise architectural and conservation management during the implementation of works, the conservation of monuments, perform security works, ongoing repairs, the repair, reconstruction and adaptation of monuments, and to perform specialised situational - height and inventory measurements. The Olsztyn branch ended its operations in 1990. Its functions were taken over by a company established after privatisation under the name the Polish Labs for the Preservation of Monuments Sp. z o.o. in Olsztyn.

    Opis:
    Technical support and management over sales process in enterprise oriented on customer particular technical demands, require new approach in current economic environment. In the face of strong competition and tendency for costs reductions of offered technical solutions, especially with low materials value - the key task is reducing cost of technical support and sales service. It is possible by reduction of time spent by specialist working out typical, simple but time consuming the most popular queries from the customers. To this end, in existing enterprise proper project was undertaken aimed at developing a computer system integrating modules of technical knowledge data base of offered solutions as well sales and customer relationship management. The subject of the paper is the company information structure-oriented integrated system of conscious resource management. Prototype version of system was developed and is running, up to full operational stage of the system, information about exact worked solution are prohibited for publishing. Worked solution is unique on the market in the range of fixing systems what a reason to limit outgoing detailed information is. Achieved prototypes generates impressive output, with reduction of 70 [%] of time necessary to designs the same solutions with traditional tools. Quantity of mistakes on product list is almost gone, and quality of designed solutions also is significantly improved with very precise and detailed drawings. Initial results allow confirming that commence of this project it was right decision.

    Podziemne zgazowanie węgla (PZW) jest technologią, która może stanowić szansę dla innego niż dotychczas wykorzystania potencjału w postaci dość bogatych zasobów węgla. Obowiązujące przepisy w zasadzie nie pozwalają na komercyjne prowadzenie tego procesu, jak również nie mamy doświadczeń w zakresie dokumentowania przebiegu tego typu procesu. Eksperymentalne przedsięwzięcie w KHW S.A. KWK „Wieczorek”. wymusiło potrzebę zrealizowania całego cyklu prac projektowo-dokumentacyjnych, dla spełnienia wymogów obowiązujących przepisów, co powinno zapewnić bezpieczeństwo prowadzenia ruchu. Opis potrzeby zaprojektowania planowanego przebiegu tego procesu, jak również sposób jego udokumentowania, jest przedmiotem rozważań niniejszego artykułu.
    Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) is a technology which may give the opportunity for the use of potential from quite a rich coal resource, differently than so far. According to the provisions in force, it is not legal to commercially apply this process and, on the other hand, there is too little experience available for keeping records of the process. The experiment in “Wieczorek” mine led to the need for implementation of a full cycle project and documentation works to comply with the requirements of the law in force which may ensure safety of operating the mine.

    This article is a proposition to use modern CAD (Computer Aided Design) solutions to design industrial infrastructure, and show many benefits of their practical use, avoiding numerously mistakes while the investment process, at the same time increasing the quality of created products during reducing the costs associated with their production. The paper proposes a method of stocktaking of the current state and methods of spatial layout analysis of planned investment using smart databases to configure the individual manufacture slots. The method of material flow analysis in the virtual model of the production line was presented, tools for the analysis of the production line were indicated, especially focused on collision identification, work schedule creation and parametric analysis of designed installations.

Cykle przepływu materiałów i wyrobów odbywają się podczas realizacji harmonogramu procesu produkcyjnego, a przepływ taki musi być kontrolowany i w miarę konieczności korygowany, czyli powinien być sterowany.

    This text is an attempt to draw attention to the records related to rural and suburban housing construction in the 19. and early 20. c. that can be found in archival fonds containing businesses and estate papers. The records preserved in the Central Archives of Historical Records in Warsaw, fond The Wilanów Economic Archives, section XX "Office of the Wilanów estate’s governor” were analyzed as an example. The fond contains cartographic records, documentation of construction and repair as well as lists and descriptions of buildings located in the Wilanow estate. This main subject of the article was preceded by a brief characterization of tasks and responsibilities of governors goods.

    The paper analyzes the possibilities of further and fuller use of geometric models of empirical systems, including agriculture, created at the level of AutoCAD. The analysis focuses primarily on opportunities for better mapping of existing links between graphic elements, unreadable or impossible to present at the level of digital technical documentation in the form of a graph structures offered by Neo4j. Information technologies, recognized and presented as necessary to achieve that objective were subsequently used to design and produce an application as a plug-in for AutoCAD. This application allows generating and management of created connections between geometric objects and their visualization both in the AutoCAD and available client software integrated with Neo4j platform.
    Przeanalizowano możliwości dalszego, pełniejszego wykorzystania modeli geometrycznych systemów empirycznych, w tym dotyczących rolnictwa, tworzonych na poziomie AutoCAD-a. Analiza dotyczyła w głównej mierze możliwości pełniejszego odwzorowania istniejących powiązań pomiędzy elementami graficznymi, nieczytelnymi bądź niemożliwymi do przedstawienia na poziomie cyfrowej dokumentacji technicznej w formie struktur grafowych oferowanych przez Neo4j. Rozpoznano i przedstawiono niezbędne do realizacji tego celu technologie informatyczne, które następnie wykorzystano do zaprojektowania i wytworzenia aplikacji w formie plug-in dla AutoCAD. Aplikacja ta pozwala na generowanie, a następnie na zarządzanie utworzonymi powiązaniami pomiędzy obiektami geometrycznymi oraz ich wizualizację zarówno po stronie AutoCAD-a, jak i dostępnego programu klienckiego zintegrowanego z platformą Neo4j.

    The aim of the paper is to analyse a terminological mechanism applied in choosing English words and phrases which are the basis for professional communication between airport aircraft mechanics of various nationalities. Correctly applied terminology facilitates successful communication and can contribute to reducing incidents arising from errors made during aircraft pre-flight preparation. Aircraft mechanics communicate not only by means of specialised terms and acronyms, but also by AECMA/ASD1 standardised Simplified Technical English for technical documentation purposes. Due to frequent text comprehension problems, common specific words have been selected according to the rule “one word – one meaning.” Furthermore, English grammar has been simplified for successful international communication between aircraft mechanics. Thus, a specific communication tool has been created and is currently in global use, which indirectly contributes to flight safety. The author presents common trends applied in the process of terms selection in the working environment. She also emphasises the necessity of using clear and concise terminology in aviation communication. The author’s observations can support aircraft mechanics’ language training, and terminological as well as translation work. The article familiarises the reader with some key concepts of aircraft maintenance terminology.

    Proces inwestycyjny jest ciągiem działań uporządkowanych pod względem technicznym, prawnym i organizacyjnym. W budownictwie efektem końcowym procesu inwestycyjnego są zrealizowane obiekty budowlane bądź roboty budowlane. Każdy proces inwestycyjny przebiega w ściśle określonych fazach i etapach i obejmuje szereg powiązanych ze sobą działań. W artykule przedstawiono analizę przebiegu procesu inwestycyjnego dla wybranej inwestycji budowlanej finansowanej ze środków publicznych. Zdefiniowano i opisano zakłócenia powstałe w trakcie realizacji i ich wpływ na czas realizacji. Opisana sytuacja dotyczy etapu przygotowania i projektowania obiektu użyteczności publicznej.
    An investment process is a series of operations ordered in terms of the technical, legal and organizational aspects. In the construction industry the final result of the investment process is the completion of a structure or construction works. Each investment process takes place according to predetermined stages and involves a series of operations related to each other. The article presents an analysis of the course of an investment process concerning an investment financed from public funds. The disruptions which occurred during the realization of the investment have been defined and their influence on the completion date described. The situation described in the article concerns the preparation and design stages of the construction of a public building.

    Artykuł ma na celu prezentację wykorzystania metodyki BIM (z ang. Building Information Modelling), czyli budowania modelu informacyjnego, w procesie inwentaryzacji oraz tworzenia wirtualnej bazy danych dla zabytkowego budynku mieszczącego placówkę Ambasady Norwegii w Moskwie. Autor skupił się na narzędziach oraz metodach służących odtworzeniu precyzyjnej dokumentacji architektoniczno-budowlanej, mogącej służyć jako podstawa ewentualnych prac projektowych oraz w procesie eksploatacji i zarządzania obiektem. Zaprezentowany przykład pokazuje bardzo prostą implementację precyzyjnych metod pomiarowych na bazie narzędzi LIDAR oraz modelowania bazy danych w oparciu o metodykę BIM, przy użyciu oprogramowania Autodesk Revit.
    The article aims to present the use of BIM methodology (Building Information Modelling), in the process of inventorying and creating a virtual database for a historical building housing the Embassy of Norway in Moscow. The author has focused on tools and methods serving to reconstruct precise architectural and constructional documentation, which may be useful as a base for possible designing works as well as in the process of exploitation and management of the facility. The presented example shows a very simple implementation of precise measurement methods based on LIDAR tools and database modeling based on BIM methodology, using the Autodesk Revit software.

    W artykule przedstawiono dobre praktyki oraz zasady związane z wykonywaniem ekspertyz zawilgocenia przegród pionowych kondygnacji podziemnych oraz parterów (w przypadku budynków niepodpiwniczonych). W sposób uporządkowany omówiono kolejne etapy sporządzania opracowania (ekspertyzy, opinii, oceny) oraz uzupełniono je o praktyczne wskazówki. Niniejsza praca może być cennym wsparciem dla inżynierów trudniących się na co dzień sporządzeniem opracowań eksperckich.
    The article presents good practices and principles related to the performance of expert opinions on the dampness of vertical partitions of underground floors and ground floors (in the case of buildings without a basement). The subsequent stages of the preparation of the study (expertise, opinion, evaluation) were discussed in an orderly manner and supplemented with practical tips. This work can be a valuable support for engineers who deal with the preparation of expert studies on a daily basis.
