    W artykule dokonano syntezy wyników systematycznego przeglądu literatury z zakresu wpływu pokoleń na pracę oraz dzielących je różnic w kontekście zespołów wirtualnych. Artykuł składa się z czterech części. W pierwszej z nich dokonano przeglądu literatury. Następnie zaprezentowano procedurę badawczą (tj. cel, metodę i zakres badania), w części trzeciej przedstawiono natomiast rezultaty przeprowadzonych badań. Analizie poddano 33 artykuły polsko- i anglojęzyczne opublikowane w latach 2013–2023, wyłonione z baz Scopus, Ebsco i Web of Science. Wybrane artykuły na podstawie analizy merytorycznej podzielono na pięć obszarów: (1) wyzwania, (2) doświadczenia, perspektywy i preferencje, (3) dzielenie się wiedzą, (4) równowaga między życiem zawodowym a prywatnym oraz (5) motywacja i przywództwo. W podsumowaniu artykułu przedstawiono wnioski z przeprowadzonego badania wraz z towarzyszącymi mu ograniczeniami oraz wskazano główne nurty badawcze, które mogą stanowić przyczynek do podjęcia dalszych badań w tym obszarze.
    The article synthesizes the outcomes of a systematic literature review on the influence of generations on work in virtual teams and differences between generations in the context of virtual teams. The article consists of four parts. The first one contains a review of the literature. The second part presents the research procedure (purpose, method, and scope of the study), while in the third part the results of the research are discussed. The analysis involved 33 Polish and English-language articles published in 2013–2023 and selected from the Scopus, Ebsco, and Web of Science databases. The analyzed papers were divided into 6 areas based on content analysis: (1) challenges, (2) experiences, perspectives, and preferences, (3) knowledge sharing, (4) work-life balance, and (5) motivation and leadership. The article ends with the conclusions and limitations, including implications for future research.

    Research background: The concept of the university entrepreneurship ecosystem is nowadays a part of the current trends in researching the determinants of support for commercialization of research results. The subject is relatively new, because the first papers in this topic are dated to 2009, and in fact it has only been in the last 3 years that the interest of researchers in this subject has increased. Purpose of the article: The purpose of this study is to analyze the state of research on the issue of the university ecosystem of academic entrepreneurship and to identify the main research trends related to this topic. Methods: The article was based on a systematic review of the literature (SLR), which included the selection of basic literature and selection of publications, mayor researchers, bibliometric analysis and content analysis. Findings & Value added: The results of the conducted research indicate that the study of the university ecosystem of academic entrepreneurship is still a new issue, poorly recognized in literature, without a solid methodological foundation and which may constitute a current and interesting research area. Our paper adds to existing research in four important ways. We provide a holistic review of university entrepreneurial ecosystem. We also identify the challenges identified in this area and suggest how they may be developed.  Third, our results are also policy-relevant. For policy-makers, it is important to know whether academic engagement is driven by mechanisms existing in academic ecosystem or affected by factors that may not be activated by it.

    The article presents the results of literature research in the field of Technology Assessment (TA). In particular, the attention was focused on searching for trends determining the directions of development of this research area. Research gaps constituting the basis for undertaking new cognitive challenges were identified. As a research method, a systematic review of literature was adopted, the methodology of which was described in the first part of the article. The analysis includes a total of 1788 TA-related scientific articles available in Google Scholar and BazTech databases. The practical part of the article presents fragments of literature research and an attempt to define the concepts of Technology Assessment on their basis. The collected research material showed a high degree of variation in the scope of definitions and the research area covered by TA. This indicates the need to conduct further research in this area for the purpose of clarifying the research area which TA deals with. It is legitimate to say that the development of research in this area is necessary due to the increasing impact of technology on society.

    The aim of the article is to identify and assess the state of knowledge in the field of using and supporting Industry 4.0 technologies for the development of companies' strategic agility. In particular, it is of keen interest how the individual Industry 4.0 technologies selected by the authors support the attributes that contribute to strategic agility. The article uses a systematic literature review (SLR), and strives in a rigorous and reliable manner to organize knowledge of the use of Industry 4.0 technology in the development of strategic agility. The systematic review research procedure consists of a five-stage approach, including: formulation of the research questions and determination of the research objective, selection of the literature sample, evaluation of the identified papers, data analysis and synthesis, and reporting on the results. The applied research method allowed for synthesis and consolidation of the existing scientific achievements in the field of supporting Industry 4.0 technologies in the development of strategic agility in companies, as well as indication of the most desirable directions for further research. Simultaneously, the research results allowed a reasonable context for future research to be defined. The literature clearly indicates a scarcity of papers in the field of linking Industry 4.0 with the agility of companies, as well as a lack of information on the state of research in this area, both in theoretical and empirical terms. There is a noticeable shortage of studies identifying which Industry 4.0 technologies support the development of strategic agility, to what extent and in what aspects.

    Objectives of the research: This study investigates art education as a means of cultivating cultural values and aims to address questions regarding the methodologies employed in previous research on cultural values. The research presented herein constitutes a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on cultural education, utilizing the PRISM method adopted in 2020. Research methods: This article conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on cultural education using the PRISM method adopted in 2020. The search was conducted using Perish or Publish (PoP) for Scopus-indexed international journals and the Garuda portal from the Ministry of Education and Culture, focusing on journals indexed in Sinta. Contextual Background: Because the cultural processes continually evolve in response to the forces that influence culture, cultural acculturation serves as a foundation for arts and cultural workers’ efforts to inculcate the values of local wisdom within educational settings. Research findings: Data collection spanned from 2010 to 2022, resulting in the retrieval of 14 international articles and 16 national articles based on their titles and abstracts, totaling 30 articles. These articles originated from various countries, including Belgium, the Czech Republic, Germany, Korea, Poland, Taiwan, China, Istanbul, Slovenia, Turkey, Estonia, and Indonesia. Analysis of the articles revealed that music arts education constituted 27%, arts and culture 33%, local wisdom 14%, dance education 17%, art education 3%, and theatre education 3%. In terms of research methodologies, the study identified action research at 5%, Research and Development at 10%, quantitative research at 10%, qualitative case study research at 7%, literature review at 7%, and qualitative research at 56%. Conclusions and recommendations: Through this SLR, the researcher aims to pave the way for future in-depth research in arts and culture education or for exploring novel approaches.

    The aim of the paper is to present the state of research in the field of experiential marketing in Poland. The concepts of the experience economy and experiential marketing have emerged in the Western countries in late 90-ties, while in Poland they started attracting researchers’ attention in the last 10 years. Still, the systematic literature review presented in this paper reveals that a number of empirical studies in this field is low and most of the papers present case studies. The directions for future research include measuring customer experience in different contexts with special emphasis on online and mobile customer experiences. The unexplored paths are also connected with co-creation of experiences and understanding and measuring the experience concept and its relation to value for customer.
    Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie koncepcji gospodarki doświadczeń i marketingu doświadczeń oraz stanu badań w dziedzinie marketing doświadczeń w Polsce. Podczas, gdy rozważania na temat gospodarki doświadczeń i marketingu doświadczeń w zachodnim piśmiennictwie pojawiły się już pod koniec lat 90., w Polsce zyskały zainteresowanie dopiero w ciągu ostatniej dekady. Przeprowadzony systematyczny przegląd literatury wskazuje na niewielką liczbę badan empirycznych, wśród których dominują studia przypadku. Zidentyfikowano następujące kierunki przyszłych badań: pomiar doświadczeń konsumentów, ze szczególnym naciskiem na środowisko online i mobile, zjawisko współtworzenia doświadczenia oraz pogłębione zrozumienie związku doświadczenia konsumenta i wartości.

    The goal of this research paper is to explore logistics strategy as a competitive tool for firm performance; the moderating effect of effectiveness of customer service: by presenting academic and practical advantages by explaining the preceding and suggesting a forward-looking research agenda based on a conceptual framework for competitiveness in logistics strategy. For support today's logistics managers and scholars, a literature review is established for scrutinize what was previously studied and what needs to be examined. From a focal firm perspective, the research expands the understanding of logistics strategy as a competitive tool while linking customer service effectiveness and the limitations for eventual research.

    The increasing level of urbanisation and traffic congestion promotes the concept of urban air mobility (UAM), which has become a thriving topic in engineering and neighbouring disciplines. The development of a suitable ground-based infrastructure is necessary to supply these innovative vehicles, which mainly includes networks of take-off and landing sites, facilities for maintenance, energy supply, and navigation and communication capabilities. Further requirements comprise robust business and operating models for emerging service providers and regulatory frameworks, particularly regarding safety, liability and noise emissions. The objective of this study is to provide an overview of the current results and developments in the field of UAM ground-based infrastructure by conducting a systematic literature review (SLR) and to identify the most relevant research gaps in the field. For the systematic literature analysis, our search string contains vertiports and the equivalents, UAM and equivalents, and search phrases for the individual domains. In the final analysis 64 articles were included, finding a strong focus on simulations and vertiport networks, while specific case studies and related aspects like automated MRO and urban planning appear less frequently. Therefore, this article provides insights for a more holistic perspective on challenges and necessities of future UAM.

    Мета роботи – виявити в науковій літературі види основної діяльності соціального сільського господарства і розробити легко розуміється методологію управління ними. Дизайн/Метод/Підхід дослідження – системний огляд літератури. Результати дослідження. Сформульовано розуміння методології для оцінки та управління існуючими видами діяльності соціального сільського господарства за допомогою опису системи. Теоретичне значення дослідження. Спеціалізовані господарства по догляду – це найбільш інноваційне вираз багатофункціонального сільського господарства. За допомогою розробки взаємодоповнюючих заходів, пов'язаних з виробництвом продовольства, вони представляють собою можливість виявити незліченні ресурси сільських районів світу. Оцінка системи діяльності спеціалізованих господарств по догляду дозволяє виробити чітке визначення послуг для громадян. Практичне значення дослідження. Люди можуть використовувати соціальне сільське господарство як один із способів подолати стрес, пов'язаний з роботою. Компанії, місцеві та національні органи влади повинні оцінювати, підтримувати і управляти соціальним сільським господарством. Оригінальність/Цінність/Наукова новизна дослідження. Зроблено висновок про те, що сільська місцевість і сільськогосподарський процес представляють фактори, які сприяють соціальній інтеграції в громадах. Тому оцінка системи соціального сільського господарства набуває більшого значення як для підвищення значущості фермера, так і для збільшення підтримки соціальної політики в районах з невеликою сільськогосподарською цінністю. Перспективи подальших досліджень – вивчення діяльності з оцінки соціального сільського господарства; інструменти для поліпшення процесу прийняття рішень про майбутні сценарії для суспільства процесів з догляду; поліпшення обслуговування з метою уникнення погіршення стану здоров'я населення та, таким чином, поліпшення визначення соціальної політики. Тип статті – теоретична.
    Цель работы – выявить в научной литературе виды основной деятельности социального сельского хозяйства и разработать легко понимаемую методологию управления ими. Дизайн/Метод/Подход исследования – системный обзор литературы. Результаты исследования. Сформулировано понимание методологии для оценки и управления существующими видами деятельности социального сельского хозяйства посредством описания системы. Теоретическое значение исследования. Специализированные хозяйства по уходу – это наиболее инновационное выражение многофункционального сельского хозяйства. Посредством разработки взаимодополняющих мероприятий, связанных с производством продовольствия, они представляют собой возможность обнаружить несметные ресурсы сельских районов мира. Оценка системы деятельности специализированных хозяйств по уходу позволяет выработать четкое определение услуг для граждан. Практическое значение исследования. Люди могут использовать социальное сельское хозяйство как один из способов преодолеть стресс, связанный с работой. Компании, местные и национальные органы власти должны оценивать, поддерживать и управлять социальным сельским хозяйством. Оригинальность/Ценность/Научная новизна исследования. Сделан вывод о том, что сельская местность и сельскохозяйственный процесс представляют факторы, которые содействуют социальной интеграции в общинах. Поэтому оценка системы социального сельского хозяйства приобретает большое значение как для повышения значимости фермера, так и для увеличения поддержки социальной политики в районах с небольшой сельскохозяйственной ценностью. Перспективы дальнейших исследований – изучение деятельности по оценке социального сельского хозяйства; инструменты для улучшения процесса принятия решений о будущих сценариях процессов по уходу для общества; улучшение обслуживания во избежание ухудшения состояния здоровья населения и, таким образом, улучшение процесса определения социальной политики. Тип статьи – теоретическая.
    Purpose – to identify in the literature the main activities of Social Agriculture and elaborate a framework easily readable to manage them. Design/Method/Approach –systematic literature review. Findings. Formulation of an interpretative framework for evaluation and management of the existing Social Agriculture actions trough a system-describing pattern. Theoretical implications. Care farms are the most innovative expressions of the agriculture multifunctional. Through the development of complementary activities related to the production of food, they represent an opportunity to discover the innumerable resources of the rural world. An assessment system of the care farming activities, allows for reaching a clear definition of the services for the citizens. Practical implications. Individuals can use Social Agriculture as a way out of job-related stress. Firms, local, and national authorities should evaluate, support, and manage Social Agriculture. Originality/Value. This study for the first time concludes that the rural context and agricultural process are the drivers to promote social integration in the communities. Therefore, the meaning of the Social Agriculture assessment systems obtaining a great importance both for the value' increase of the farmer and for the increase of support for social policies in marginal areas. Future research. The prospects for further studies are: future research about measures to evaluate Social Agriculture activities; tools to improve the decision-making process about future scenarios of the care processes for the society; improved services to avoid the worsening of population health status and thus, improving the process of defining social policies.
