Opis:: The positivity of fractional descriptor linear continuous-time systems is investigated. The solution to the state equation of the systems is derived. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the positivity of fractional descriptor linear continuous-time systems are established. The considerations are illustrated by numerical examples.

Opis:: The Lagrange-Sylvester formula is applied to the computation of the solutions of state equations of fractional continuous-time and discrete-time linear systems. The solutions are given as finite sums with their numbers of components equal to the degrees of the minimal characteristics polynomials of state matrices of the systems. Procedures for computations of the solutions are given and illustrated by numerical examples of continuous-time and discrete-time fractional linear systems.

Opis:: W artykule przedstawiono analizę efektywności systemów logistycznych służących do kompletacji wykorzystywanych w nowoczesnych magazynach. Opracowanie zostało wykonane na podstawie systemów, które oferuje firma LUCA Logistic Solution. Badania do artykułu zostały przeprowadzone w Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowe Systemów Logistycznych na Wydziale Inżynierii Produkcji i Logistyki Politechniki Opolskiej. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie czasów trwania kompletacji poszczególnych metod. W pierwszej części występuje opis teoretyczny systemów logistycznych, w drugiej natomiast wyniki badań oraz ich interpretacja.
The article presents an analysis of the efficiency of logistic systems used for picking process implemented in modern warehouses. The study was based on the systems offered by LUCA Logistic Solution. The research for the article was carried out at the Research and Development Center of Logistic Systems at the Faculty of Production Engineering and Logistics at the Opole University of Technology. The aim of the work is to present the completion times of individual methods. The first part contains a theoretical description of the logistic systems, the second part presents the results of research and their interpretation.

Every public building as well as at our’s fireside more often use suspended ceilings. Their main function is decorative and acoustic aspect, an excellent way to reduce the floor area as well as an ieal method to hide the installation. Many companies on the market have a lot of solutions that are designed to reduce the time of finishing works related to the housing ceiling surface. In this article the latest systems and materials used in the construction of suspended ceilings are presented.
