    Opis:
    In the paper author introduced meaning of sustainable transport in modern economy based on sustainable development. In this issue the most important is strategy concept including rules, parameters and factors, which allow to achieve competitive advantage on transport service market. Formulating and introducing strategic policy in enterprises is a long-term process and it can be successful only when very-well qualified management staff understands mechanisms of the market as well as can predict future. The European Union is interested in transport problems and especially in sustainable transport for many years. Transport companies as well as their customers all around the world should consider environment protection issues during decision making process. The purpose of the paper is to underline the idea of sustainable transport, due to the fact of clean environment of our planet at present and in the future.

    Opis:
    The introduction of energy conservation and resource conservation measures has a positive impact on the environment and is one of the components of sustainable development at the macro level. In turn, at the micro level, such measures lead to a systematic decrease in the production costs of companies and thereby expand their economic and financial security. This article is devoted to the development of methodological tools for modeling the environmental and economic effect of added value created in the energy service market. For this, the peculiarities and components of the energy service contract have been identified. It has been established that one of the indicators of the conclusion of such a contract is the indicator of energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of measures in the structure of the added value of an energy service company. An analysis of existing models of added value created in the energy service market is carried out. A model of economic value added is taken as the basis for modeling the ecological and economic effect of added value created in the energy service market. The rationale is that such value-added is a modification of the economic profit indicator, which measures the financial result of a company, considering not only accounting costs but also the opportunity costs of invested capital for energy efficiency and environmental measures.
    Wprowadzenie zasad służących oszczędzaniu energii i zasobów ma pozytywny wpływ na środowisko i jest jednym z elementów zrównoważonego rozwoju na poziomie makro. Z kolei na poziomie mikro takie działania prowadzą do systematycznego obniżania kosztów produkcji firm, a tym samym poszerzają obszar ich bezpieczeństwa ekonomicznego i finansowego. Ten artykuł poświęcony jest opracowaniu metodologii służącej modelowaniu efektu środowiskowego i ekonomicznego na wartość dodaną na rynku usług energetycznych. Aby to było możliwe, omówiono specyfikę i elementy umowy o świadczenie usług energetycznych. Ustalono, że jednym ze wskaźników takiej umowy jest wskaźnik efektywności energetycznej i ekologiczności działań przedsiębiorstwa usług energetycznych mający wpływ na wartość kontraktu. Przeprowadzano analizę istniejących modeli wartości dodanej funkcjonujących na rynku usług energetycznych. Model ekonomicznej wartości dodanej jest podstawą do modelowania efektu ekologicznego i ekonomicznego. Uzasadnienie jest takie, że taką wartością dodaną jest modyfikacja wskaźnika zysku ekonomicznego, który mierzy wynik finansowy przedsiębiorstwa, biorąc pod uwagę nie tylko koszty księgowe, ale także koszty alternatywne zainwestowanego kapitału na działania w zakresie efektywności energetycznej i ochrony środowiska.

    Opis:
    Prioritizing the development of public transit and enhancing its attractiveness is an important way to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion and achieve sustainable development. To improve the service quality and overall operational efficiency of urban public transit, an evaluation index system related to the comprehensive experience of passengers, service supply quality of public transit enterprises, and supervision of management departments was introduced from both the demand and the supply of public transit travel services. Based on the data distribution characteristics of the boxplot in statistics, the evaluation level and corresponding value range of each index were determined, and the comprehensive weight of the index was determined using the linear weighting method combining the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method, so as to reduce the influence of single weighting method on the evaluation results of comprehensive service quality of public transit. An evaluation method of public transit comprehensive service quality based on the extension cloud model was established. The evaluation results of the model were obtained by calculating the cloud affiliation and comprehensive certainty, and a reliability factor was used to test the evaluation results, which solved the problem of randomness and fuzziness in the process of comprehensive service quality evaluation of public transportation and made the evaluation results closer to the reality. Finally, the established comprehensive evaluation model was applied to a city for example analysis, and the corresponding evaluation level was obtained as good. The value of the reliability factor in the model was less than 0.01, indicating that the model has good applicability and a certain application value for the comprehensive service quality evaluation of public transit. The evaluation method fully considered a variety of evaluation indicators, specified the evaluation level of comprehensive service quality of public transit, and the evaluation results provide a theoretical basis for public transport enterprise to make targeted improvement measures.

    Zrównoważony rozwój to koncepcja opierająca się na zachowaniu równowagi między trzema ładami: ekologicznym, społecznym i gospodarczym. Jednym z nowych narzędzi pomiaru tej idei jest norma ISO 37120 Zrównoważony rozwój społeczny – wskaźniki usług miejskich i jakości życia, która koncentruje się na efektywności funkcjonowania miasta. W ramach 100 wskaźników podzielonych na 17 kategorii władze miasta mogą dokonać pomiaru jakości życia i usług miejskich. W Polsce certyfikat zgodności ISO 37120 otrzymały Gdynia, Gdańsk oraz Kielce. Władze tych miast dostrzegają przydatność normy ISO 37120 w zarządzaniu miastem oraz chcą stosować ją w celu prowadzenia zrównoważonego rozwoju miasta. Norma ISO 37120 jest narzędziem dla miast identyfikujących się z ideą smart city, chcących prowadzić swoje działania w sposób inteligentny.
    Sustainable development is a concept based on keeping the balance among three pillars: environmental, social and economic. After numerous meetings goals and basis of sustainable development have been created. One of new tools measuring the concept is standard ISO 37120 Sustainable development of communities – Indicators for city services and quality of life which focus on efficiency of city activities. City authorities can measure the quality of life and city services within 100 indicators divided into 17 categories. In Poland, a certificate of compliance with ISO 37120 standard was given to Gdynia, Gdansk and Kielce. Authorities of these cities see the usefulness of ISO 37120 standard in city governance and they are willing to use it to provide sustainable development of the city. ISO 37120 standard is a tool for cities which identify with the idea of smart city and want to function in an intelligent way.
