Opis:: The theme of the presented research is the quality of life considered in the context of the sexual life satisfaction and the relationship satisfaction. 148 persons staying in informal or formal relationship have been examined. The Quality of Life Questionnaire by Juczyński, Sexual Life Satisfaction Questionnaire by Nomejko, Dolińska-Zygmunt and Questionnaire of Well Accorded Marriage by Plopa, Rostowski have been just in the measurement. Results have revealed important links between sexual satisfaction, quality of life and marriage satisfaction. There are no differences between sexes in the quality of life. Quality of life is important for both men and women in connection with sexual satisfaction. There are differences between sexes in this area – sexual life satisfaction is not equally correlated with relationship satisfaction for both men and women.

Opis:: Sexuality is a significant pillar of a romantic relationship, and sexual satisfaction is closely related to the stability of the relationship as well as satisfaction associated with it. The aim of this paper was to briefly characterize the sex life of Poles, especially regarding safe sex, sexual assertiveness and satisfaction with sexual life. A Poland-wide on-line survey was conducted between January and March 2019. 2205 anonymous answers were analyzed. To compare the knowledge of heterosexual and non-heterosexual persons, medical students were excluded from both groups. We identified three studied populations: heterosexuals excluding medical students, non-heterosexuals excluding medical students and medical students. Participants were asked for taking a stance to a few statements. The majority of respondents declared that their sexual contacts are always as safe as they want and they can easily refuse sexual contact with another person. Furthermore, most of the respondents were also satisfied with their sex life, especially the group of medical students.

Opis:: The aim of this study was to verify whether, in the case of consensual (cohabitating) couples, metrical and psychological sexes are linked to the division of household duties and to sexual satisfaction. The study involved 46 young adults aged 21-35 (25 women and 21 men). Their psychological sex was examined using Inwentarz Płci Psychologicznej (Psychological Sex Inventory) by Kuczyńska (1992). Also, Sexual Satisfaction Scale by Deborah Davis (2006) was applied. The division of household duties was assessed using a tool constructed for the purposes of the study. The research allows concluding that neither metrical nor psychological sex can be clearly linked to taking care of the household or to sextual satisfaction. Independently of the psychological sex, housekeeping is the domain of women more frequently than of men.
Celem prezentowanego badania było sprawdzenie, czy w związkach konsensualnych (kohabitacyjnych) płeć, zarówno w wymiarze metrykalnym, jak i psychologicznym wiąże się z podziałem obowiązków domowych i satysfakcją seksualną. Badanie objęło 46 młodych dorosłych w wieku 21-35 lat (25 kobiet i 21 mężczyzn). Płeć psychologiczna była oceniana przy użyciu Inwentarza do oceny Płci Psychologicznej Alicji Kuczyńskiej (1992). Użyto również Skali Satysfakcji Seksualnej Deborah Davis (Davis i in., 2006). Podział obowiązków domowych szacowany był przy pomocy narzędzia skonstruowanego na potrzeby badania. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań można wnioskować, że płeć metrykalna i psychologiczna nie przejawia się w sposób różnicujący zachowania związane z opieką nad gospodarstwem domowym i satysfakcją seksualną. Obowiązki domowe, niezależnie od płci psychologicznej, wykonują częściej kobiety niż mężczyźni.
