    The paper is intended as preparation for a detailed analysis of Zbigniew Herbert’s reflection on ontology and epistemology. An initial assumption is that the poet tries to evoke the sensual dimension of experience in his poetry. The main focus of the analysis is the metaphor of touch that “sees”. It is conceivablethat through this metaphor Herbertexpresses a connection between touch and sight.

    The article shows how the 'touch' concept is presented in culture and communication. This phenomenon has not been the subject of lingual studies yet, however it has been only a few articles about this. The sense of touch plays an important role in contemporary world. It comes to be the most important way to build doctor-patient relation. The purpose of this text is to show the material extracted from old medical guides (ninetieth/twentieth centuries) which presents ‘tactile’ communication between doctor and patient, techniques and ways of cure, describes the doctor-patient contact, and analysis of this material. Cognitive classification of speech acts was helpful in to show, which directive acts are present in old medical guides (e.g. prohibitions, commands, manual procedure). First of all there are obliging acts in the pragmalingual analysis. It is worth noting that in the material show directive acts too. These acts cause pressure to recipient and have to get to do something by him (e.g. a lot of prohibitions, commands and also manual procedure of touch of the patient).

    Today, the concept of dramaturgy refers primarily to the space of theater or, more broadly, to performative arts. But as the concept of drama has passed into the scientific discourse of sociology, anthropology or literary studies, so is it with dramaturgy. The understanding that appears here refers to its meaning as a special tension on the level of sensually experienced and perceived artistic events. The subject of interest here is the dramatic aesthetics of experience in the field of performing and visual arts. The aesthetic categories related to the senses are often of a physical origin and amorphous in nature. The roughness and harshness of the title in their origin are physical categories that can be experienced primarily through the sense of touch. In this intertwining of senses, we are talking about their dramaturgy, because they cannot usually be separated from each other and various works appeal to touch and other senses at the same time. The process of creating a work and its reception is an action, process, meeting, the playwright of which is both the creator / creator and the recipient. The considerations concern changes in the perception of the senses, from the glorification of the sense of sight to the ennoblement of the “lower” senses, the place and function of the classical and interactive museum and haptic art, as well as the polysensory and immersive reception designed in performance and theater.

    Ludzie odwzorowują doświadczenia swojego poznania w słowach, które łączą w kompleksy znaczeniowe. Zbiór kategorii semantycznych, opisujący określony zakres ludzkiej aktywności, nosi nazwę ramy semantycznej. Za pomocą tej metody jest możliwe opisanie również doświadczenia ludzkiej percepcji. Celem artykułu jest wskazanie kategorii, które opisują poznanie zmysłu dotyku. Wyróżnia się tu cztery główne kategorie semantyczne. Są to ‘podmiot percepcji’, ‘percepcja’, ‘bodziec’ oraz ‘postrzeżenie dotyku’. Kategoria ‘percepcja’ i ‘bodziec’ mają rozbudowaną strukturę w postaci kilku podkategorii.
    People reproduce the experiences of their cognition in words that one combines into meaning complexes. A collection of semantic categories that describe a specific range of human activity is called a semantic framework. With this method, it is possible to describe the experience of human perception. The purpose of this article is to identify categories that describe knowing the sense of touch. There are four main semantic categories. These are ‚experiencer’, ‚perception’, ‚stimulus’ and ‚perception of touch’. The category ‚perception’ and ‚stimulus’ have a well-developed structure in the form of several subcategories.
