    Web sites over time turn into complex, content-presenting and informative content with additional functionalities that facilitate interaction with the user by allowing him to either comment or access content regardless of the device on which the user is working.Communication efficiency and popularity are built with new content presentation technologies and a whole range of attributes and functionality offered by these technologies.In this article I will try to present how schools handle the adaptation of the whole range of availabletools. I will point out places that the school seems to ignore or skip. User-oriented design,usability and accessibility are the criteria by which we are happy to visit websites and we come back to them.The question we can ask whether the school can use the potential of new technologies?

    Opis:
    The school institution has always been subject to social criticism. The negative image of the school was not always fully justified and true. It happened that the words of criticism contributed to the improvement of school’s image. The school is one of the most important social institutions, it is therefore essential that its assessment be objective and the difficulties encountered / shortcomings have become an impulse for discussion, dialogue, and then for correction and supplementation. This text is an attempt to indicate the role of the art that presents selected areas of the functioning of the school. In the text, I refer to historical examples of art involvement in the educational and upbringing process at school, thus trying to signal that art was already an important element of education in the past. It was creating the image of the school. Today we can notice a similar practice. On the one hand, the presence of art in school creates its image, and on the other hand, art that works outside also creates its image. In the text, I present a number of examples of how school is perceived in an artistic image of fine arts, film and theater.
    Instytucja szkoły od zawsze poddawana była krytyce społecznej. Negatywny obraz szkoły nie zawsze był w pełni uzasadniony i prawdziwy. Bywało, że słowa krytyki przyczyniały się do poprawy jej (szkoły) wizerunku. Szkoła to jedna z najważniejszych instytucji społecznych, dlatego tak istotne jest by jej ocena była obiektywna, a pojawiające się trudności/ niedostatki stały się impulsem do dyskusji, dialogu, a dalej do korekty i uzupełnienia. Niniejszy tekst jest próbą wskazania roli sztuki, która swoją twórczością prezentuje wybrane obszary funkcjonowania szkoły. W tekście odwołuję się do historycznych przykładów zaangażowania sztuki, zwłaszcza muzyki, plastyki i sztuki teatralnej w szkolny proces dydaktyczno-wychowawczy, pragnąc tym samym zasygnalizować, że sztuka już w przeszłości edukacyjnej była ważnym elementem nauczania. Swoją obecnością już wówczas tworzyła wizerunek szkoły. Współcześnie obserwujemy podobną praktykę. Z jednej strony obecność sztuki w szkole kreuje jej wizerunek, z drugiej sztuka funkcjonująca na zewnątrz także tworzy swój wizerunek. W tekście prezentuję kilka przykładów postrzegania szkoły w artystycznym obrazie plastyki, filmu i sztuki teatralnej.

    Opis:
    The paper attempts to analyse the international success of the Danish televisual series Rita (TV2 Denmark - Netflix, 2012-2020). It places the production in a wider cultural and historical context and treats it as an exemplification of, what the author deems, a recent shift in representations of teachers in visual media narratives. The author’s argumentation is premised on three principal assumptions. First, Rita demonstrates that after the genre’s decline at the turn of the twentieth century, the school-centred audio-visual narratives are back in favour. The trend is connected to the growth of the post-network television and the so-called over-the-top services (OTT). Second, the substantial part of Rita’s wide appeal is related to the show’s innovative application of the conventions known from the earlier Scandinavian productions and themes from serials about “difficult women”. This particularly concerns the show’s adept exploration of the resilient and anti-heroic female lead character. Third, Rita is regarded as an early indication of the shift in the ways school life and teachers are represented in the media today. The author stipulates that the show may augur the emergence of many similar complex televisual images of teachers in the near future.
    Artykuł jest próbą analizy międzynarodowego sukcesu duńskiego serialu telewizyjnego Rita (TV2 Denmark - Netflix, 2012-2020). Autorka lokuje serial w szerszym kontekście kulturowym i historycznym i traktuje go jako egzemplifikację zmiany w sposobach reprezentacji nauczycieli we współczesnych narracjach. Argumentacja autorki opiera się na trzech zasadniczych założeniach. Po pierwsze, Rita pokazuje, że po spadku popularności gatunku na przełomie XIX i XX wieku do łask wracają narracje audiowizualne skoncentrowane na szkole. Trend ten związany jest z rozwojem telewizji “post-internetowej” i platform Over the Top (OTT). Po drugie, atrakcyjność Rity wiąże się z nowatorskim zastosowaniem przez producentów serialu konwencji znanych z wcześniejszych produkcji skandynawskich oraz motywów znanych z seriali o „trudnych kobietach”. Dotyczy to zwłaszcza umiejętnej eksploracji prężnej i antybohaterskiej protagonistki serialu. Po trzecie, Rita może być uważana za wczesną oznakę zmiany sposobu przedstawiania w mediach życia szkoły i nauczycieli. Autorka sugeruje, że serial Rita może zapowiadać pojawienie się w niedalekiej przyszłości wielu podobnych, wymykających się stereotypom medialnych obrazów nauczycieli.

    Zawód nauczycielski poddawany jest ustawicznej ocenie, stając się przedmiotem wielu analiz, dyskusji, a nawet sporów naukowych. Zmieniające się wymogi formułowane wobec współczesnego nauczyciela pozwalają dywagować na temat: Jaki jest, a jaki powinien być nauczyciel XXI w.? Kwestie dotyczące wizerunku, zadań i powinności współczesnego nauczyciela rodzą nowe pytania, wątpliwości, jak również wskazują, iż współczesny nauczyciel powinien być przede wszystkim profesjonalistą, stawać się osobą otwartą na problemy, o charakterze społecznym i edukacyjnym. Istotne jest również pytanie o stosunek nauczycieli do dokonujących się przeobrażeń, a także rodzaj trudności wynikających z nowych wyzwań edukacyjnych.
    The profession of a teacher is subject to constant assessment and in this way it becomes the subject of many analysis, discussion and scientific debates. Changing requirements for a contemporary teacher raise following questions: What is the teacher like in 21st century? and What should the teacher be like? The issues concerning image, tasks and obligations of contemporary teacher raise new questions, doubts and they also indicate the contemporary teacher should be above all a professional who becomes open to social and educational problems. What becomes also important is the question about teachers’ attitude towards current transformations as well as focus on difficulties resulting from new education challenges.
