Opis:
In experiment, the activity of plant extracts: macerations, infusions and decoctions, on the vitality and healthiness of Vicia faba L. and Vicia sativa L seeds were examined. The materials under investigation were extracts made from different morphological parts of 40 plant species. The experiment was performed using a filter paper test [1] with the purpose of the estimation of the following parameters: the germination viability, the germination capacity and the seeds infestation. The significance of correlation coefficients at P=95% were designed with a mark "*" and at P = 99% with two marks "**". The response of the examined Vicia species to the plant extracts used was different in general. The plant extracts most strongly stimula-ting lupine seeds capacities were as follows: V. faba: macerations from H. officinalis, L. usitatissimum, R. nigrum; infusions from H. officinalis, A. officinalis, L. usitatissimum, A. absinthiun, V .thapsiforme; decoctions from C. oxyacantha, L. officinale, M .officinalis, Z. mays, F. alnus; V. sativa: macerations from R. nigrum, V. thapsiforme, A. sativum; infusions from L. officinale, H. officinalis, C. sativum, and respectively the lupine contamination was strongly reduced as follows: V. faba: macerations from L. vera, O. majorana, regia, R. nigrum, Q. robur, S. alba and S. purpurea; infusions from O. majorana, J. regia, Q. robur, L. vera, A. officinalis, S. alba and S. purpurea; decoctiopns from C. oxyacantha, F. alnus, M officinalis, L. officinalis, Z. mays, chamomilla, T. officinale, E. arvense; V. sativa: macerations from F. alnus, E. arvense, R. nigrum, M chamomilla; infusions from F. alnus, M vulgaris, R. nigrum, Z. mays; decoctions from M vulgaris, F. alnus, J. communis, T. officinale. It was observed as well, that the more the examined decoctions reduced a cereal seed contamination, the higher vitality occurred (V. faba: r (infestation x vitality) = -0,867**; V. sativa: r (infestation x vitality) = -0,646**).

The experiment was performed using a filter paper test [1] with the purpose of the estimation of the following parameters: the germination viability, the germination capacity and the seeds infestation. The significance of correlation coefficients at P = 95% were designed with a mark "*" and at P = 99% with two marks "**". The response of the examined lupine crops to the plant extracts used was different in general. The plant extracts most strongly stimula-ting a lupine seeds capacity were as follows: bitter lupine: decoctions from S. hortensis, S. nigra, A. sativum, R. canina: infusions from C. oxyacantha, Z. mays, T. officinale and macerations from R. nigrum, C. oxyacantha, R. canina. sweet lupine: macerations from Q. robur, L. officinale, C. sativum, L. vera; infusions from L. officinale, Q. robur, C. sativum and decoctions from S. hortensis, M chamomilla, C. sativum, E. arvense. and respectively the lupine contamination was strongly reduced as follows: bitter lupine: macerations from C. oxyacantha, M chamomilla, bark of A. hippocastanum, R. canina, F. alnus; infusions from C. oxyacantha, R. canina, M chamomilla, I. helenium; decoctions from bark of A. hippocastanum, S. hortensis, H. officinalis, B. verrucosa; sweet lupine: macerations from C. sativum, L. officinale; infusions from L. usitatissimum, C. sativum, L. officinale, P. sylvestris, decoctions from I. helenium, M officinalis, B. verrucosa, C. sativum, M vulgare.
