Artykuł zawiera rozważania na temat infrastruktury informacji przestrzennej. Celem publikacji jest wskazanie, w jakim stopniu wdrożono przepisy unijne w zakresie infrastruktury informacji przestrzennej w Polsce. W zasadzie wszystkie obszary działalności administracji publicznej na szczeblu krajowym, jak i samorządowym wiążą się w mniejszym lub większym stopniu z wykorzystaniem danych przestrzennych. W artykule omówiono pojęcia: dane przestrzenne, system informacji przestrzennej. Ponadto zwrócono uwagę na prace Unii Europejskiej nad zwiększeniem integracji systemów informacji przestrzennej, a także dokonano analizy polskich przepisów prawnych w tym zakresie. Przedstawiono i oceniono stan obecny w zakresie wdrażania infrastruktury informacji przestrzennej.
The subject of this article is the discussion of infrastructure for spatial information. The main aim of this paper is to identify how EU regulations in the field of infrastructure for spatial information have been implemented in Poland. All areas of public administration activities at the national and local government level are more or less related to the use of spatial data. The article discusses the concepts of: spatial data, spatial information system. The article focuses on the work of the European Union on increasing the integration of spatial information systems, and analyzes national legal provisions in this area. This paper presents and assesses the current state of implementation of infrastructure for spatial information. - Źródło:
