    Opis:
    W niniejszej pracy zdefiniowano pojęcie logistyki produkcji oraz scharakteryzowano procesy przygotowania produkcji w warunkach mało i wielkoseryjnej produkcji. Ponadto określono tendencje rozwoju metod projektowania przepływów zasobów wewnątrz przedsiębiorstwa. Przedstawiono również współczesne metody modelowania i symulacji procesów logistycznych, a także podano przykłady projektowania działań logistycznych na drodze wizualizacji przebiegów procesów produkcyjnych. Określono również możliwości zastosowania podanego toku postępowania w praktyce produkcyjnej.
    In this work the concept of production logistics was defined. There were characterized production preparation processes in conditions of small-lot and mass production as well as development trends in the design methods of resources flow within the enterprise. The work presents modern methods of modelling and simulation of logistic processes. There were given examples of logistics activities design on the way of visualization of production processes runs. The possibility of applying the specified course of the proceedings in the production practice was given.

W takim ujęciu pojawia się problem badawczy polegający na ustaleniu, które parametry i charakterystyczne cechy procesów logistycznych są najbardziej istotne z punktu widzenia idei Przemysł 4.0. Dodatkowo należy ustalić wzajemne związki pomiędzy tymi parametrami. W artykule do oceny tych charakterystyk wykorzystano analizę wielokryterialną. Artykuł może być użyteczny dla osób zainteresowanych nowoczesnymi rozwiązaniami w branży produkcyjnej i logistycznej.
    The article presents the issues covering the transformation of logistics within the currently developed concept of Industry 4.0. In this approach, a research problem arises which determines which parameters and characteristics of logistic processes are most important from the point of view of the idea of Industry 4.0. In addition, mutual relationships between these parameters should be established. In the article, multi-criteria analysis was used to assess these characteristics. The article can be useful for people interested in modern solutions in the production and logistics industry.

    Opis:
    The aim of the article is to present the results of the productivity research of a manufacturing company with particular emphasis on logistics processes. The article presents another example of verification of the developed proprietary productivity method, with particular emphasis on logistic processes. An author’s method is used to select indicators, measure productivity and development of processes improvement. The productivity research was carried out in a company in the automotive industry dealing in the production of semi-trailers. A productivity research procedure was developed for the company, it was measured and recommended for improvement of the selected process. The selection of the process to be improved was made on the basis of the forecasted values of the tested productivity indicators, also using econometric modelling. The results of the productivity indicators after the implementation of the improvement were also presented, which confirmed the validity of the applied method and the right choice of process improvement in the company.

    Opis:
    The aim of the article was to present two ways to share indicators of productivity including logistic processes. The growing importance of logistics management in enterprises has prompted the authors to take up the topic of productivity of logistic processes. After introduction about productivity and author’s model analysis productivity of logistic processes in manufacturing companies has presented two ways of sharing indicators of productivity. The first way of division indicators concerned due to the resources used in production and then due to logistic processes. A second method divides the indicators inversely, that is immediately implemented due to logistic processes and then due to the resources used in production. Whereas the productivity of logistic processes by opting for the second method the division after the appointment of the first 4 partial indicators can be inferred about the effectiveness of the resources used for the implementation of logistic processes. The first method does not give right away that option. It is necessary to set a more specific indicators. As indicators of partial productivity due to resources used in production appointed productivity of: energy, labor, materials and capital. In this article has been analyzing such logistic processes as warehousing process, distribution, production logistic processes and procurement. The article is an example for manufacturing company in the food industry. For the first way of dividing it turned out that the use of energy in a company should be subject to a detailed assessment. Specific expression analysis indicated the need to examine the warehouse processes. The second way division after the appointment of the first four indicators allowed to conclude that should be explored in detail the processes of distribution and warehouse. The results are presented as graphs and tables.
