Opis:
Theoretical analysis of the various conditions (ways) of the filtration process was conducted. Analysis was based mainly on assumption of constant pressure of process (delta p = constans). In such case velocity of the filtration and also volumetric flow V decrease during process. Obviously constant flow V can be maintained in certain range of duration of the filtration, but then because of increase of filtration resistances, it is necessary to increase filtration pressure also gradually. Often in practice there are such cases of filtration, when simultaneously pressure of filtration drops, velocity of filtration decreases, and in the case of filtration with simultaneous deposit growth and colmatation of porous bed, then also porosity of the bed also drops and porosity of deposit may decrease when it is compressible and under large pressure. Such case may be described, as for filtration variant defined by equation (21) (filtration net, porous bed with colmatation, filtration deposit on the bed), with differential notation in partial derivatives against duration time of filtration - equation (22). Of course problem of solution of such differential equation described for example by partial derivatives is still open. It also has to be noticed, that those equations, being the result of transformation of classic equations of liquid flow through porous bed, do not contain essential factor size of grains creating porous bed against size of grains being solid phase of suspension inflowing to filtration process. Such model investigations may be conducted e.g. for the narrow grain classes of solid phase of suspension directed to the process against certain, assumed diameter of grains of the porous bed, but they will always be far from the real engineer's practice. In real life in most cases the range of size of grains being solod phase of suspension directed to filtration process is very wide. Also grain size of porous bed is also wide. Often they are not equal, and are considerably diverse (at most they are approximate in certain possible narrow range of diameters of grains). That is why analytical-empirical equations constructed on the basis of the results of investigations carried out using real suspension (suspension wastewater) are more useful in engineer's applications. And the most important resulting variables are water content in filtration cake (transportation feature) and efficiency [25, 29, 30, 35÷39, 48, 49]. Many examples of application of such equations can be found.
