Opis:: The necessity of deep democratization of state influence on the system of social education has been analyzed. The reasons for contradictions between the development needs of the new educational system and the existing administrative practice have been revealed. The paper indicates the need for state structural and functional compliance, the education system and its partners on the part of civil society and the market. Purpose: Our task is to identify the role of agents of the external and internal educational environment, which are participants in the decentralization of state influence on the education system. The author focuses on the peculiarities of students as the main client, payer and consumer of education services. Organizational interaction is fully executed only if there is a constant feedback in the management of the education system, which can be provided by civil society and its government bodies involved in the management of the education system. Methods: To characterize the main provisions we take into account the interdisciplinary approach and the general scientific principles of objectivity and systematicity as well as logical-semantic, systemic and prognostic approaches in studying and generalizing the problem. Results. The study reveals contradictions between the needs for developing a new education system and existing administrative practices. Democratization is seen as a mechanism to weaken the state's influence on the development of university autonomy.

Opis:: In the context of democratic discourse, civil society is given a decisive role in the formation of power and influence on power. However, between the authorities (state and self-governing) and public organizations, as representatives of the interests of civil society, mostly subject-object relations are established, where the subject is the government. The article is devoted to finding an answer to the question: can the model of subject-subject relations between the government and civil society, where both social institutions are equal participants in the political process, have practical application? Analysis of social changes in Western Europe and Ukraine gives grounds to support the point of view of those scholars who consider civil society the basis of the state, a factor that gives a specific character to each state formation, regardless of the generality of democratic processes. At the same time, attention is drawn to the heterogeneity of civil society, which is a barrier to its consolidation and strengthening of subjectivity. There is a noticeable increase in competition between the state and civil society in terms of influencing society, as well as the manipulation of public movements by public authorities to achieve political goals. However, a fairly high level of public confidence in public organizations and the potential for their advocacy allow the use of public influence to activate the population and strengthen the position of civil society in relations with the authorities.

Opis:: Niniejszy artykuł stara się przedstawić wiedzę na temat uwarunkowań politycznych i społecznych podmiotowości obywatela w społeczeństwie obywatelskim we współczesnej Polsce, co w pełni potwierdza tezę główną, to jest fakt, iż podmiotowość obywatela nie jest decydująca w zakresie kształtowania systemu instytucji i prawa we współczesnej Polsce, zaś systemy prawa, system polityczny mają służyć obywatelowi, co jest zgodne z tradycją rzymską. Inaczej jest w kulturze bizantyjskiej, gdzie bierze się pod uwagę grupę, państwo, system, czy ideologię. I to właśnie z tej perspektywy oraz uwarunkowań politycznych i społecznych, należy stwierdzić, że to obywatele wpływają na jakość państwa, to znaczy jeśli jest silne społeczeństwo obywatelskie, to wówczas i państwo jest silne. W ten sposób uzyskuje swoją jakość poprzez obywateli, którzy potrafią wymagać i współtworzyć to państwo. Jeśli obywatele są nieliczni, to znaczy jeśli społeczeństwo obywatelskie jest słabe, to oczywistą rzeczą jest, że państwo zaczyna się rozrastać, i to właśnie obserwujemy.
This article tried to present knowledge about the political and social determinants of citizen subjectivity in civil society in contemporary Poland which fully confirmed the main thesis, it is the fact that the new paradigm of human rights sources in the 21st century has become a lack of respect for the dignity of the individual and at the same time its self-limitation. The new paradigm of human rights sources in the 21st century was the result of a completely different approach to the genesis, development and evolution of human rights that resulted from the individual's discovery of her freedom. Meanwhile, the new model, supplemented by the doctrine of power in the neoliberal state, led to a tragic impact on the subjectivity of the citizen in civil society in contemporary Poland. This model assumes, among others, very high wages for employers, astronomical profits of listed companies and behavior of enterprises, which often through lobbying pressure and often the dismissal of employees achieved their economic success by maximizing profits, violating the basic right, which is the dignity and subjectivity of the individual, which led to opposition employees against the greed of the new economy.

Opis:: The aim of this paper is to present the presumptions of democracy and liberalism, and then to show the possible existence of liberal democracy. The paper consists of three parts. In the first part the author presents democracy as a political system, where power is exercised by all people directly or indirectly. Four main principles of democracy are discussed: participation of all citizens in the exercise of power, equality, freedom of individuals and a majority stake in decision-making. The author also mentions many of its advantages: human freedom, protection of minorities, development of each individual, the individuals’ possibility to participate in power and influence on lawmaking. In the second part the author presents liberalism, which can be understood in different ways (e.g. spiritual attitude, set of rules, institutions, philosophical system). He presents the main features of contemporary liberalism and distinguishes its different types (political, social and economic; individualistic and community; American and European). He emphasizes its advantages (civil society) and defects (lack of a coherent conception of the state and solid intellectual base). In the third part the author shows liberal democracy as an initially problematic phenomenon. He pays attention to its characteristics (emphasis on the role of the individual, human rights, sovereignty of the people, representative system, neutral character of the state, focus on the technical issues of the functioning of the political mechanism and consensus as the basis of functioning of the state).
