    Opis:
    This paper addresses the issue of child protection in the Italian legal system from a pedagogical perspective. This viewpoint recognizes the significance of law as an integral part of the pedagogical discourse. On the one hand, legal provisions directly impact the design of educational services, defining boundaries and opportunities for educational actions and for the related pedagogical documentation. On the other hand, the legal discourse itself offers a specific standpoint on the main challenges faced by educators, teachers, and pedagogists in their work. This includes issues related to families, child protection and custody, FAPA orders, foster care and adoption, family emergencies, and the role of court consultants. In this context, the paper discusses the most relevant legal aspects concerning child protection in the Italian legal system. It provides a pedagogical commentary on both legal rules and one of the services that exemplifies the critical and fruitful relationship between law and pedagogy: Neutral Space (on supervised visitation). This service is planned and overseen by educators on behalf of the Social Services. By examining this topic, the paper explores how the legal regulations not only establish boundaries and possibilities for educational action but also contributes to a deeper understanding of the pedagogical nature of the service. By adopting this approach, the paper aims to shed light on how the juridical framework not only influences educational practices but also facilitates a more comprehensive integration of pedagogy within the service.

    The family is one of the important areas of research in the sciences of theology. Researchers consider various aspects of life in the family. They pay attention to the family as the primary educational environment. Increasingly, these issues are taken by catecheticsteachers. Analyses undertaken in this study are intended to show the family as an educational environment in terms of Polish catechetics teachers. undertaken analyses do not pretendto fully describe the research in contemporary catechetics. They are more in the nature of a sketch. This paper highlights the key thematic areas of the family as an educational environment. First the terms „family” and „educational environment” were clarified. Then the issues were described in detail. Much attention was paid to the issues related to the integral recognition of education in the family and with those responsible for education. Efforts were made at the same time see the similarities and differences in opinions of Polish catechetics teachers. The relationship between socialization and upbringing in the family, how to implement educational functions and co-operation with other family educational environments (eg. school, church) were considered significant. In this context there were given offers of further study. These included, among others, the need for dialogue of catechetics teachers with representatives of the social sciences. This will not only allow to develop a sound theory but also to conduct quantitative and qualitative research. The acquired data will enrich the catechetical study area and may contribute to the improvement of family catechesis and pastoral care.

    Artykuł porusza problematykę specyfiki pracy koordynatora rodzinnej pieczy zastępczej. Wskazuje na takie elementy jak konieczność wypełniania funkcji zarówno wspierającej, jak i kontrolującej wobec rodzin zastępczych, a także trudności wynikające z dużej samodzielności w pracy, braku standaryzacji pracy i dokumentów, a także wysokiej fluktuacji pracowników w tym zawodzie, co nie sprzyja nawiązywaniu relacji z rodzinami zastępczymi nowo zatrudnionym osobom. Autorka zajmuje się tym zagadnieniem, jako że wobec tendencji rozwoju usług społecznych i ogólnoeuropejskiego procesu deinstytucjonalizacji i planowanego wzrostu liczby rodzin zastępczych zawód koordynatora rodziny będzie zyskiwał na znaczeniu.
    The article addresses the specifics of the work of the coordinator of family foster care. It points out such elements as the need of realization of both supportive and controlling functions with regard to foster families, as well as the difficulties, which occur during the work, which assume independence from the coordinator. The author emphasizes the lack of standardization of work and documents, as well as the high turnover of employees in this profession, which is not conducive to the establishment of relationships between foster families and newly hired persons. The author addresses these issues towards the upward trends such as development of social services, processes of deinstitutionalization in Europe and planned increase of foster families. In these circumstances the profession of family coordinator will be highly important.

    This publication is an analysis of media discourse within the television advertising concerning the implementation of nursing roles in the family in the field of care for the health of loved ones. In the article under consideration is the quality of presented patterns of behavior of men and women, which can reproduce the existing stereotypes about gender or provide a contribution to the creation of emancipatory attitudes, adequate to the contemporary changes in the socio - economic. Despite the obvious social trends investing in women more equal rights over the family and professional advertising formulates messages such as: “We do not get sick, we take Vicks”, maintaining the men in the field of “non-existence” in the sphere of health care and the family.
