    If we observe the market, where there are translocation processes you will notice the following trend: the strong stream of mass-production goods, where customers want to get the goods in the "Home to home" or "door to door" system; in connection with increasing production specialization, in logistic operators the demand for supplying small parcels (packages) grows; customers want to know the time of delivery, the quality of all delivery processes and they want to pay low prices; the demand for all full services provided by logistic operators increases.     W artykule omówiona została ogólna koncepcja outsourcingu, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem outsourcingu w obszarze transportu. Zwrócona została uwaga na istotę podejmowania właściwych decyzji o sposobie funkcjonowania transportu głównie w firmach produkcyjnych, a także kryteria, którymi przedsiębiorstwa kierują się podejmując decyzje o zlecaniu części swoich procesów do realizacji firmom zewnętrznym. W artykule poza licznymi zaletami outsourcingu, wskazano ograniczenia z nim związane oraz podkreślone zostały pozytywne aspekty z wykorzystaniem własnego taboru do realizacji zadań transportowych.
    The article discusses the general concept of outsourcing, with particular emphasis on outsourcing in the area of logistics. The attention was paid to the essence of making the right decisions about the mode of transport operation mainly in manufacturing companies. It also presents the reasons that cause, that enterprises make decisions to outsource some of their processes to external companies. In addition to the numerous advantages of outsourcing, the article highlights the positive aspects of using your own rolling stock to carry out transport tasks and any restrictions associated with it.

    The aim of the article is to present and analyze major groups of factors that are considered by companies when selecting a logistic operator, and to demonstrate how a given factor influences the quality of performed tasks.     Theoretical basis for this article is to define the concept of outsourcing and the benefits and risks associated with its use. This article sets out what is outsourcing in logistics and what is the division of logistics services, which are given to outside companies. It also discusses one of the types of services provided in the logistics marketwhich is the contract logistics.

Celem artykułu jest przegląd obecnie stosowanych koncepcji budowania relacji na rynku oraz przedstawienie możliwości wykorzystania kontraktu Vested jako narzędzia do transformacji relacji biznesowych.

    The paper presents selected financial benefits for organizations resulting from the use of outsourcing in logistics services. The research conducted in the organization indicated that conducting transport services on their own requires significant cash outlays related to: the employment of employees, purchase and maintenance of means of transport, insurance, purchase of fuel, etc. Estimated costs were compared with expenses incurred by the hypermarket as a result of employing an outsourcing company. The results of the research have confirmed the importance of using outsourcing in the analyzed organization. The aim of the study is to compare the costs that the organization would incur without excluding transportation services and the outsourcing costs of the aforementioned services, the profit of a company can have from using outsourced services is estimated in the paper.
