    Celem rozważań jest analiza roli wykorzystania nowych technologii edukacyjnych w procesach edukacyjnych realizowanych na poziomie K12. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badania wykorzystania Technologii Informacyjno-Komunikacyjnych (TIK) w szkołach. Diagnoza realizowana jest w odniesieniu do całego środowiska szkolnego obejmującego uczniów, nauczycieli, rodziców, kadrę zarządzającą oraz administrację szkolną. W artykule wykazano, iż potrzeby, oczekiwania oraz możliwości środowiska szkolnego kształtują poziom wdrożenia, wykorzystania oraz rozwoju TIK w edukacji, a każda placówka zobligowana jest do przeprowadzenia analizy własnych potrzeb, oczekiwań oraz możliwości przed podjęciem decyzji o wdrożeniu nowych technologii edukacyjnych.
    An aim of considerations is to analyse the role of the use of new educational technologies in the educational processes implemented at the K12 level. In their article, the authors presented findings of the study of the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) at schools. The diagnosis is carried out related to the entire school community comprising students, teachers, parents, the managerial staff, and the school administration. In their article, the authors revealed that the needs, expectations and possibilities of the school community form the level of implementation, use and development of ICT in education, while each institution is obliged to carry out an analysis of their own needs, expectations and possibilities prior to making the decision on implementation of new educational technologies.

    Celem artykułu jest prezentacja możliwości wdrożenia cyfrowych technologii w szkole na poziomie kształcenia K12. W artykule opisano praktyczne doświadczenia wynikające z realizacji projektu wdrożenia Strategii dla edukacji na Nowo z wykorzystaniem nowych technologii edukacyjnych. Przedstawiony przykład stanowić może wzorcowy schemat postępowania szkoły planującej wdrożenie oraz realizację zajęć z wykorzystaniem nowych technologii edukacyjnych.
    An aim of the article is to present the possibilities of implementation of digital technologies at school at the education level K12. In her article, the author described the practical experience issuing from the implementation of the project “Anew Education Strategy” with the use of new educational technologies. The presented example may be a model scheme of conduct by the school planning introduction and implementation of classes with the use of new educational technologies.

    Nowadays, the media education process begins at a very early stage of life and lasts throughout life. Older people are still in a worse position in this respect. In order to find a place in the information society, they have to master the IT and media skills and competences that allow not only to use new forms of education (e.g. e-learning, distance learning, blended learning), but also to an ever greater extent to handle everyday affairs. (e.g. making a payment, booking a ticket, settling a case at the office). The key role is played by education, computer and internet training and non-institutional support. Among the most frequently cited reasons for not using technology, researchers mention the lack of: motivation; access to media, the Internet; competence; awareness of how, for what use ICT can be used. The main obstacles in the dissemination of new technologies to the public are not hard barriers, like lack of infrastructure or financial constraints, but soft, related to the lack of: knowledge, conscious needs or skills.

    The article deals with the diagnosis of the current state in relation to responsibility in the flexible area of cyberspace which is itself hard to define, in the context of security, especially its transsectoral informative part; Polish statutory, strategic and program solutions are presented in the light of EU standards. The study includes a review of threats (mainly information and ICT infrastructure) and their scopes (systemic, economic, socio-cultural) and addressees obliged to preventive and eradication activities (primarily public authorities, but also other, e.g. commercial entities or representatives operating on the market of information society); it also touches on the substantive and institutional cooperation issues at the European level.

    This article aims to analyze the use of new technologies (ICT) in the election process in Lithuania, understood as election procedures and electronic voting. While ICT is widely used in the registration of voters, calculating voting results, or announcing election results, so far, the concept of electronic voting in Lithuania raises many concerns. However, it is anticipated that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, new regulations may be adopted, and electronic voting will contribute to the modernization of election procedures and help maintain sanitary requirements in the current crisis. Based on the analysis of legal acts, reports of international organizations, and the results of academic research, the author proves that new technologies significantly affect the operation of the broadly understood electoral apparatus. They can also increase electoral accessibility and participation, improve electoral processes in the context of new challenges, and stimulate the international visibility of the state.
    Celem artykułu jest analiza zastosowania nowych technologii (ICT) w procesie wyborczym Litwy rozumianym jako procedury wyborcze, jak i głosowanie elektroniczne. Podczas gdy ICT stosowane są szeroko podczas rejestrowania wyborców, obliczania wyników głosowania czy ogłaszania wyników wyborów, do tej pory koncepcja głosowania elektronicznego na Litwie wywołuje wiele obaw. Przewiduje się jednak, że ze względu na pandemię Covid-19 przyjęte mogą być nowe regulacje, a głosowanie elektroniczne przyczyni się do modernizacji procedur wyborczych i pomoże zachować wymogi sanitarne w obecnej sytuacji kryzysowej. Wykorzystując analizę aktów prawnych, raporty organizacji międzynarodowych i rezultaty badań naukowych, autorka dowodzi, że nowe technologie znacząco wpływają na działalność szeroko rozumianego aparatu wyborczego, mogą zwiększać dostępność i uczestnictwo wyborcze, usprawniać procesy wyborcze w kontekście nowych wyzwań, a także stymulować międzynarodową widoczność państwa.

    The use of new information and communications technology (ICT) by young children is a source of controversy in many countries. It is extremely important to understand the impact of new digital devices (i.e., tablets) on child development. This article explores the occurrence of ICT in the context of child development, learning, and socialization. Specifically, this article focuses on technologies used in early childhood education, including how these new technologies are defined, in what ways they shape childhood (opportunities and threats), their role and potential in early childhood education, as well as the skills that children gain through ICT use. To this end, this article examines both Polish and international literature in the field of psychology and pedagogy regarding the complexity of ICT, the protection of children from the threats of ICT use, and the practical implications of ICT use for parents, teachers, and policy makers.
    Powszechne używanie przez małe dzieci nowych technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych wywołuje kontrowersje w wielu krajach. Niezwykle istotne wydaje się zrozumienie wpływu nowych urządzeń cyfrowych, takich jak np. tablety na rozwój dziecka. Celem rozważań jest analiza zjawiska nowych technologii (TIK) jako kontekstu rozwoju, uczenia się i socjalizacji małego dziecka. W artykule skoncentrowano się na technologiach używanych we wczesnej edukacji: jak są definiowane, w jaki sposób wpływają na dzieciństwo (możliwości i zagrożenia), jaka jest rola i potencjał TIK we wczesnej edukacji, jakie nowe kompetencje zdobywają dzieci w kontakcie z TIK. Artykuł jest przeglądem polskiej i zagranicznej literatury psychologicznej i pedagogicznej, wskazano w nim na kompleksowość roli TIK i ochrony dzieci przed zagrożeniami, zawiera także implikacje praktyczne dla rodziców, nauczycieli i decydentów.
