W artykule przedstawiono ewolucję sytuacji demograficznej Federacji
Wschodzie, skąd ludność rosyjska emigruje, a jej miejsce szybko zajmują Chińczycy. We
powinna zapobiegać skutkom załamania demograficznego i dążyć do zwiększenia
dynamiki demograficznej, a z drugiej strony prowadzić do kontroli żywiołowego
The article presents the evolution of the demographic situation of the Russian Federation in the context of general demographic patterns and geopolitical processes that affect all spheres of social life. The author shows that the demographic catastrophe that has occurred in Russia in recent decades is a process that has not been fully elucidated so far. Despite its distinctness, the demographic situation in Russia now has many analogies with that which takes place in Western European countries - this is particularly about the rapid aging of the population and its extinction, and the mass influx of immigrants, in particular from Muslim countries. In the most vivid way it is visible in the Russian Far East, from where the Russian population emigrates, and in its place, the Chinese quickly appear. In the conclusions, the author points out the need to change the policy of the Russian authorities, which should prevent the effects of demographic decline and seek to increase demographic dynamics and, on the other hand, lead to the control of the spontaneous flow of culturally alien migrants that threatens the security of the state. The development of demographic forecasts is not supported by mutually contradictory statistics, which are most likely to be manipulated and unreliable. - Źródło:
