Der Artikel stellt die Problematik des Beitritts der Bräutigame zum Sakrament der Buße und der Heiligsten Eucharistie vor als Bedingung der fruchtbringenden Annahme des Ehesakraments. Zuerst stellte man die enge Verbindung von Buße und Eucharistie mit der Annahme des Ehesakraments vor. Wiederum zeigte man die dringende Empfehlung des Beitritts der Brautleute zur Beichte und zum Heiligen Abendmahl im Kodex des Kanonischen Rechtes aus dem Jahre 1983, um sich endlich auf der besprochenen Problematik zu konzentrieren, wie sie sich in den Vorschriften polnischer Kirchenversammlungen offenbart, die nach dem Jahre 1983 stattgefunden haben.

Wedle przekonania Kościoła małżeństwo chrześcijan jest sakramentem. Od momentu zawarcia małżeństwa sakramentalnego wszystkie inne więzi są mniej ważne od więzi z małżonkiem. Jedność i nierozerwalność małżeństwa płynąca z miłości oblubieńczej Chrystusa do Kościoła czyni także małżeństwo znakiem sakramentalnym. Szczęśliwe małżeństwo i trwała rodzina to zdecydowanie najlepsze, najbardziej korzystne, miejsce na tej ziemi dla dzielenia się miłością, dla tworzenia klimatu bezpieczeństwa, dla radosnego wychowania dzieci, dla wspólnego dorastania do świętości.
According to the teaching of the Church, Christian marriage is a sacrament - spouses approach the covenant with God, offered in the Sacrament of Matrimony, who transforms their conjugal love in and through Christ in it. That is why since entering in marriage no other bond is as important for the spouses as the marital bond. Unity and irrevocability which originate from Christ’s love for his Church make every Catholic marriage a sign of this sacrament. The community of love which is formed in marriage is one of the deepest sources of happiness in human life. In such a perspective, marriage seems to be the best environment, conducive to fostering human love and bringing up the resultant offspring. Marriage also signifies collaboration in the salvation of the beloved, i.e. supernaturally transfigured conjugal love aims at the eternal welfare of the marital partner and is the way to sanctify each of the spouses.

Love is an important integrating factor of the marital-family life. It is not a legal entity; however, it plays a very important role in the life of man. Without love spouses are deprived of stimuli which contribute greatly and enable to achieve goals set for the marriage. When there is no love between fiancées, one of them might become alienated, they may also be unwilling to get married as result, which in turn would lead to declaring their marriage invalid in both cases. Marital love is crucial to ensure the expression of ma-rital harmony between husband and wife properly and to perform conjugal and parental duties in a responsible way. The Roman Catholic Church, from the beginning of its apostolic activity, has protected the value of marriage and family with constant prayer, special concern and the blessing. Marital love has a primary importance in the entire community of life of a mar-ried couple. It is essential for their mutual and full development. Love is an important integrating factor of the marital life. Marital love facilitates the execution of tasks that spouses and then parents have to do. Excluding the above-mentioned goals set for the marriage as well as defects in the agreement between the spouses result in the fact the marriage is invalid. Responsible marriage is inseparable of love, which should be the basis for the conjugal life of the couple. There is no denying that love of the spouses, whose desire is to live together, contributes greatly to the marital harmony between husband and wife and stimulates mutual devotion and acceptance of the couple.

Zasadnicza problematyka artykułu została ujęta w trzech punktach: źródła świętości małżeństwa, sposób rozumienia świętości małżeńskiej, współczesne rozumienie świętości małżeńskiej.

This text discusses the relationship between the sacrament of marriage and the Eucharist. The motive undertake this relationship was the last Synod of Bishops on the role of marriage and family in the world. The biggest controversy has raised the issue of “irregular” situation and therefore granting of the Holy Communion to persons who are in the second unity. In the first part, the author of the text presents the arguments of supporters and opponents granting of Holy Communion for such persons. Without going into comment regarding direct to each of the reasons, the author considers as essential the question of how one and the second option understands the current state of reflection as “impasse” and how much of a “impetus”. In one and the other can to hide the real danger of the ideological thinking, leading to an impasse, and the chance to view something further and wider, and so the impetus for deeper and more responsible reflections. These are the issues of mercy, sin, the law of growth and analysis of specific experiences. In the second part of the text, the author draws a theological horizon to link theology of creation with science of salvation (sacramentology) and, consequently, more theological than ever juridically-legalistic way to justify the sacramentality. It’s about deeper showing into symbolism of the sacrament of marriage as a medium of the saving content. Also presents the four dimensions of the correlation between the marriage and the Eucharist: spousal, spiritual, communial and covenant. They are crucial to the renewal of the theology of the sacrament of marriage.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza motywu małżeństwa sakramentalnego w twórczości literackiej szwajcarskiego duchownego rzymskokatolickiego, Heinricha Federera (1866-1928). Nie do uniknięcia są przy tym pytania o ideę promowania wartości chrześcijańskich poprzez dzieło literackie. Uwzględniony zostanie wpływ na twórczość Federera czasopisma kulturowego „Hochland” oraz odniesienia do propagowanej przezeń idei odrodzenia literatury czerpiącej swoje inspiracje z tradycji katolickiej. Utwory Federera czytane poza macierzystym kontekstem (i niezależnie od pierwotnej recepcji) mogłyby zostać potraktowane jako małowartościowa proza obyczajowa, stąd nie bez znaczenia są odwoływania w niniejszym artykule do ówczesnego kontekstu kulturowo-religijnego.
This article presents an analysis of the motive of marriage in the literary works by the Swiss Roman-Catholic priest Heinrich Federer (1866-1928). Inescapably, this raises questions concerning the very idea of being a writer, his public role, and the concept of promoting Christian values by literary work. The work of Federer reveals the significantly influence on its author by the cultural journal of “Hochland”, which propagated the idea of a revival of literature getting its inspiration from Catholic tradition. If read unrelatedly to the original context and reception, the works by Federer might be perceived as inferior Christian devotional literature. Therefore, this article carefully considers the contemporary cultural and religious context.

Małżeństwo to wspólnota mężczyzny i kobiety, związanych ze sobą specyficzną, charakterystyczną dla nich więzią, polegającą na wolnym i nieodwołalnym darze z siebie. Wspólnota ta jest trwała, zobiektywizowana oraz otwarta na przekazywanie życia. Jest ona dziełem i darem Boga. To dzięki Jego zamysłowi małżeństwo i rodzina ma transcendentną z Nim relację. Dokonuje się to w czasie zawierania sakramentalnego przymierza małżeńskiego. To wówczas małżonkowie zapraszają Boga do swojego życia, co skutkuje działaniem Ducha Świętego w duszach nowożeńców oraz jest szczególnym zaproszeniem ze strony Jezusa do Jego naśladowania, tak by życie małżeńskie dojrzewało do świętości w codzienności. Małżeństwo sakramentalne ma głęboki sens i znaczenie dla jakości życia małżonków, dla wspólnoty Kościoła, jak również dla społeczeństwa. Stąd też wydaje się niezwykle istotne odkrywanie na nowo bogactwa sakramentu małżeństwa i proklamowanie go.
Marriage is the communion of a man and a woman who are united by a specific bond that is unique to them and consists in a free and irrevocable gift of oneself. This communion is constant, objective and open to the transmission of life. This communion is the work and gift of God. Thanks to His intention marriage and the family are in a transcendent relation to Him established when the sacramental marriage covenant is made. It is then that the spouses invite God into their lives and the Holy Spirit acts in the souls of the newlyweds. It is also an invitation from Jesus to follow him so that the married couple can mature to holiness in everyday life. Sacramental marriage has a deep sense and meaning for the quality of life of the spouses, for the community of the Church and for the society. That is why it seems extremely important to discover in a new way the richness of the sacrament of marriage and proclaim it.

Celem prezentowanego artykułu pt. „Dojrzali czy niedojrzali? Dojrzałość nupturientów do zawarcia sakramentalnego związku na podstawie badań pilotażowych w Archidiecezji poznańskiej” było przedstawienie wyników badań dotyczących poziomu dojrzałości narzeczonych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wymagań stawianych kandydatom przygotowującym się do zawarcia sakramentalnego małżeństwa w Kościele katolickim. Do opisu kondycji nupturientów zastosowano metodę analityczno-syntetyczną treści, dotyczącej dojrzałości do małżeństwa oraz przeprowadzono badania ankietowe wśród osób uczestniczących w katechezach przedmałżeńskich w wybranych ośrodkach Archidiecezji Poznańskiej. Tekst zwraca uwagę na różne aspekty dojrzałości, takie jak dojrzałość prawna, fizyczna, psychologiczna i religijna. Przedstawione analizy wykazały, że większość badanych narzeczonych posiadała poziom dojrzałości umożliwiający zawarcie sakramentalnego małżeństwa, zgodnie z wymaganiami prawa kanonicznego. Jednocześnie duża grupa badanych wykazywała duże deficyty w dojrzałości osobowej i religijnej. Opisana sytuacja może rzutować na późniejsze relacje małżeńskie i jakość małżeńskiego dobrostanu. Prezentowany tekst stanowi podwaliny pod rozwój duszpasterstwa nupturientów - wskazuje na obszary wymagające szczególnej uwagi ze strony duszpasterzy, takie jak rozwijanie poziomu dojrzałości religijnej, co może pomóc narzeczonym w budowaniu mocnych i trwałych małżeństw, opartych na wartościach sakramentalnych oraz wsparcie ich o pomoc kompetentnych ekspertów z dziedziny psychologii i życia rodzinnego. Treści zawarte w artykule stanowią ważny wkład w dyskusję na temat dojrzałości narzeczonych do zawarcia sakramentalnego związku oraz roli Kościoła katolickiego i duszpasterzy w kształtowaniu poziomu dojrzałości narzeczonych.
The goal of the presented article entitled “Mature or immature? Maturity of nupturients for sacramental union on the basis of pilot studies in the Archdiocese of Poznan” was to present the results of research concerning the level of maturity of fiancées, with particular emphasis on the requirements for candidates preparing for sacramental marriage in the Catholic Church. The analytical-synthetic method of content, concerning maturity for marriage, was used to describe the condition of nupturients, and a survey was conducted among those participating in premarital catechesis in selected centers of the Archdiocese of Poznan. The text highlights various aspects of maturity, such as legal, physical, psychological and religious maturity. The analyses presented showed that most of the fiancées surveyed had a level of maturity that would allow them to enter into sacramental marriage, as required by canon law. At the same time, a large group of respondents showed large deficits in personal and religious maturity. The described situation can affect later marital relations and the quality of marital well-being. The presented text lays the groundwork for the development of the pastoral care of nupturients – it points out areas that require special attention on the part of pastors, such as developing the level of religious maturity, which can help fi ancées build strong and lasting marriages, based on sacramental values, and supporting them with the help of competent experts in the field of psychology and family life. The content of the article is an important contribution to the discussion of the maturity of fiancées for sacramental union and the role of the Catholic Church and pastors in shaping the level of maturity of fiancées.

In the years 2015-2016 in Katowice took place II Archdiocesan Synod. After its completion declarations and decrees was issued. Some of these concern issues related to the sacraments. Synodal norms raise very important pastoral problems of baptism, confirmation, Eucharist, penance, anointing of the sick, sacrament of order and marriage. Many of decrees concern preparation for the reception sacraments. This publication shows archdiocesan synodal law and interprets it.

The subject of the annual, latest – as it turned out – speech of Benedict XVI to the Tribunal of the Roman Rota dated 26 January 2013 pertains to the relationship between faith and marriage, in the context of the Year of Faith. It takes into consideration the current crisis of the faith, which is affecting the contemporary human being, bringing with it a crisis of the conjugal society. The Holy Father refers to i.e. John Paul II and explains that the faith of the party who is baptised is not necessary for contracting sacramental marriage. It requires from those engaged to be married the true intention to contract the marriage according to the natural reality of matrimony. At the same time Benedict XVI pays attention to the fact, that lack of faith may cause the simulation of consent, i.e. according to the bonum coniugum.

Contemporary theology emphasizes the personalistic dimension of sacraments as visible and tangible signs of closeness and presence of God, signs and tools of communication and communion. This also applies to the sacrament of marriage. Based on the Bible and the teachings of the Church can easily be shown that the sacrament of marriage is communicative activity in the service of communion. In this way this sacrament becomes the sacrament of conjugal and familial service of communion.

Opis:
Powołanie do świętości jest dla ochrzczonych darem i zadaniem. Jest to wspaniały dar nieskończonej miłości Boga, poprzez które Chrystus dał samego siebie jako ofiarę przebłagalną za grzechy ludzi. W Nim Kościół staje się święty. Przejawia się to w uświęceniu jego członków. Kościół grzeszników staje się Kościółem świętych.W sposób szczególny, sakramentalni małżonkowie uczestniczą w miłości Chrystusa. Są Oni zaproszeni do wzięcia udziału w tej "wielkiej tajemnicy" miłości "aż do końca". Uczestniczą w nim i co stają się one w sposób zamierzony przez samego Stwórcę. Pomocą na ich drodze jest regularne doświadczenie sakramentu pokuty w połączeniu z kierownictwem duchowym.
The call to holiness is for the baptized the gift and task. It is a marvelous gift of God's infinite love, by which Christ gave Himself as a sacrifice of expiation for people's sins. Though Him the Church becomes holy. This is manifested in the sanctification of its members. The Church of sinners becomes the Church of saints by the persistent undertaking of conversion.In a particular way, sacramental spouses are participants in the love of Christ. They are invited to participate in this „great mystery". If you truly love and „to the end" - they participate in it and what they become as intended by the Creator himself. The help they get on their way is regular experience of the sacrament of penance combined with spiritual direction.
