    Price subject to analyze the impact of the quality of the management of the banking organization will always be one of the most important aspects that support the proper functioning of the organization in the XXI century. This article aims to analyze the impact of quality management organizations banking. This paper presents a definition of quality along with examples. Discusses the determinants of the quality of banking services with the criterion spoken by customers. Attempt to analyze some aspects of the quality of the division four into panels discussed more fully in the development. The topicality of the subject matter of analysing the influence of the quality on managing the bank organization will always be one of important aspects supporting correct functioning of organization in the 21st century. Making analysis of the influence of the quality on managing is a purpose of the article with bank organization. In hereby drawing up a definition of the quality was presented along with examples. Indicators of the quality of the banking service were discussed along with the criterion customers are using which an attempt of analysis of quality selected aspects was made with the division into four panel discussions discussed more widely in the study.

    The main objective of the study was to determine whether the fact that the chairpersons of the boards of cooperative banks in Poland are women, it affects the financial performance of these banks. The study used data for the years 2010-2014 from 40 cooperative banks in Poland. In the course of the study, it was found that the banks managed by women are significantly smaller than men’s managed banks, and hence the financial result is generally lower. However, the financial performance ratios in these banks were generally higher. Smaller banks are generally in rural areas, and banks with a larger total balance sheet are usually located in urban areas.
    Celem głównym badań było ustalenie, czy fakt, że prezesami zarządów banków spółdzielczych w Polsce są kobiety, wpływa na efektywność finansową tych banków. W badaniu wykorzystano dane za lata 2010-2014 z 40 banków spółdzielczych w Polsce. W toku badań ustalono, że banki zarządzane przez kobiety są zdecydowanie mniejsze niż banki zarządzane przez mężczyzn, stąd i wynik finansowy jest na ogół mniejszy. Jednak wskaźniki efektywności finansowej w tych bankach były na ogół wyższe. Mniejsze banki znajdują się zazwyczaj na terenach typowo wiejskich, a banki o większej sumie bilansowej mają siedzibę na terenach miejskich.

    The present paper provides a literature review on the concepts of organizational culture and a brief history of its development. Scientific views are analyzed according to the superficial, internal and deep levels of organizational culture. Every organization has a certain structure of its organizational culture, basic values and the values that determine its viability in everyday life. Organizational culture is a complex phenomenon and represents a pressing scientific problem, which at the moment of our research has not been properly studied in Georgia. Considering such limitations, we use the single case study method in our research, which allows us to provide an in-depth analysis of current events in a real context, to identify causal connections in the research phenomenon. This paper presents a case of a successful culture based on the example of the Bank of Georgia. The case examines the values of the organizational culture at different levels, showing how a strong, unified culture is formed in the company and how culture impacts the company’s activities. The study of the documentation depicting the functioning of the Bank of Georgia showed us that the organizational culture determines the image and reputation of the bank, ensures employee and customer satisfaction, and strengthens the reputation of the bank as the best employer.
    W artykule dokonano przeglądu literatury dotyczącej koncepcji kultury organizacyjnej oraz krótkiej historii jej rozwoju. Poglądy naukowe analizuje się według: powierzchownych, wewnętrznych i głębokich poziomów kultury organizacyjnej. Każda organizacja ma określoną strukturę swojej kultury organizacyjnej, podstawowe wartości i te, które decydują o jej przetrwaniu w życiu codziennym. Kultura organizacyjna jest zjawiskiem złożonym i stanowi palący problem naukowy, który w chwili naszych badań nie został należycie zbadany w Gruzji. Mając na uwadze takie ograniczenia, w naszych badaniach stosujemy metodę pojedynczego przypadku, która pozwala na pogłębioną analizę bieżących wydarzeń w realnym kontekście, aby zidentyfikować powiązania przyczynowe w badanym zjawisku. W artykule przedstawiono przypadek kultury sukcesu na przykładzie Banku Gruzji na różnych poziomach, pokazując, jak w firmie kształtuje się silna, jednolita kultura i jak kultura wpływa na działalność firmy. Badanie dokumentacji obrazującej funkcjonowanie Banku Gruzji wykazało, że kultura organizacyjna determinuje wizerunek, zapewnia satysfakcję pracowników i klientów oraz wzmacnia reputację banku jako najlepszego pracodawcy.

    Eleven years after the last financial crisis, many banks are still working out their organisational backlogs and severe financial losses. Apart from the expansionary monetary policy and faulty financial inno- vations, the lack of proper supervision of the financial sector is considered one of the main sources of the global economic crisis. The expectations of shareholders led banks to take more courageous risks, more leverage and more speculation. Ownership supervision failed as a result, as virtually no bank was prepared for the imminent catastrophe. To prevent a similar scenario in the future, reforms in the financial sector were considered necessary, and above all the strengthening of corporate governance was considered necessary. Although the co-operative banks operating in Poland are small entities with a local character, they have also to some extent been affected by the global crisis. This has been delayed, and on a somewhat smaller scale, but has worsened the performance of many banks. Given numerous proposals for additional corporate governance regulations, in addition to the existing national laws and codes of good practice, regulations were implemented at the European level, and the national supervisor, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, introduced additional guidelines - corporate governance rules.

The article describes his insurgent activity, imprisonment in a labor camp during the Stalinist era, return to study and work in a bank, at the Polish Academy of Sciences, at the University of Warsaw, at Quebeck University in Canada, at the Kozminski University, and the UN’s expert activity in African countries.
