    Opis:
    The paper presents selected financial benefits for organizations resulting from the use of outsourcing in logistics services. The research conducted in the organization indicated that conducting transport services on their own requires significant cash outlays related to: the employment of employees, purchase and maintenance of means of transport, insurance, purchase of fuel, etc. Estimated costs were compared with expenses incurred by the hypermarket as a result of employing an outsourcing company. The results of the research have confirmed the importance of using outsourcing in the analyzed organization. The aim of the study is to compare the costs that the organization would incur without excluding transportation services and the outsourcing costs of the aforementioned services, the profit of a company can have from using outsourced services is estimated in the paper.

    The steady increase in public sector spending on the purchase of goods and services in public procurement is more noticeable. The aim of this article is to present the possibility of optimization of the public logistic and to show its potential areas of application. The examples of the application of public logistics presented in this paper show its great importance and justify its rapid growth. The development of the public logistics is a consequence of the increase in range of public duties realized by local authorities and the growth private sector involvement in this sphere of activity.

W niniejszym artykule określono, czym jest outsourcing w logistyce oraz jaki jest podział usług logistycznych, które zostają przekazane firmom zewnętrznym. Omówiono również jeden z rodzajów usług świadczonych na rynku logistycznym, jakim jest logistyka kontraktowa.
    Theoretical basis for this article is to define the concept of outsourcing and the benefits and risks associated with its use. This article sets out what is outsourcing in logistics and what is the division of logistics services, which are given to outside companies. It also discusses one of the types of services provided in the logistics marketwhich is the contract logistics.

    Zaprezentowano zagadnienia obsługi serwisowej pojazdów rolniczych oraz wymagania stawiane wobec zaplecza technicznego rolnictwa. Omówiono system logistyczny umożliwiający realizację zleceń zakupu części zamiennych potrzebnych do wykonania naprawy ciągników rolniczych. Przedstawiono wyniki badań oraz ich analizę w odniesieniu do napraw pogwarancyjnych ciągników rolniczych marki JOHN DEERE. Miejscem zrealizowanych badań był autoryzowany Dział Serwisu ciągników rolniczych wytwarzanych przez koncern DEERE & Company. Cykl wykonanych badań obejmował lata 2003-2005. Wyniki badań opracowano metodą statystyczną wyznaczając wartość indeksów sezonowych. Strukturę napraw pogwarancyjnych na przestrzeni kolejnych miesięcy poddano analizie w aspekcie terminów zabiegów agrotechnicznych zalecanych dla upraw krajowych.
    The paper presents the issues of service support for farm vehicles and requirements for technical base for agriculture. The authors discuss a logistic system allowing to complete purchase orders for spare parts needed to perform repairs of farm tractors. The paper shows research results and their analysis with reference to after-warranty repairs of JOHN DEERE farm tractors. The research was completed at an authorised Service Department for farm tractors manufactured by DEERE & Company concern. The cycle of completed research covered years 2003-2005. Research results were prepared using a statistic method so as to determine the values of seasonal indexes. The structure of after-warranty repairs over the next months were put to analysis in the aspect of dates for agrotechnical operations recommended for Polish crops.

    The aim of this paper is to elaborate whether there are any needs and possibilities of quality measurement in logistic services provided for the Polish Armed Forces. In order to answer this problem firstly the Polish Armed Forces Logistic System has been described as a logistic services provider. Then the quality areas of the logistic services provided for the armed forces have been identified. Subsequently the author tried to evaluate already implemented solutions for logistic services quality assurance in the light of service quality measurement methods. Finally there has been an attempt made to propose the choice of proper quality measurement methods for selected logistic services provided for the Polish Armed Forces.
    Celem niniejszego artykułu jest ocena potrzeb i możliwości pomiaru jakości usług logistycznych świadczonych Siłom Zbrojnym Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej (SZ RP). W pierwszej kolejności opisano system funkcjonalny logistyki SZ RP jako usługodawcę. Następnie zidentyfikowano płaszczyzny jakościowe usług logistycznych dostarczanych wojskom. Autor dokonał również próby oceny stosowanych obecnie systemowych rozwiązań zapewnienia jakości w świetle metod pomiaru jakości usług. Na koniec zaproponowano wariant doboru metod pomiaru jakości dla wybranych usług logistycznych świadczonych dla SZ RP.
