Opis:: W procesie rekrutacji właściwy opis wymagań oraz stworzenie profilu osobowego kandydata przyczynia się do zainteresowania wakatem osób, które potencjalnie mogą spełniać oczekiwania pracodawcy. Ustalenie w początkowym etapie kryteriów oceny kandydata pozwala w jasny i obiektywny sposób przeprowadzić rekrutację. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie modelu, który umożliwia ocenę na podstawie ustalonych kryteriów w formie lingwistycznej bazy wiedzy oraz zweryfikowanie wyników w odniesieniu do kryterium liniowego.
In the recruitment process, the proper description of requirements and creating a candidate’s profile contribute to arousing interest in the vacant post in people potentially fulfilling the employer’s requirements. Establishing the criteria of a candidate’s evaluation in the initial stage makes the recruitment process clear and objective. The aim of this work is to present a model, which provides an evaluation on the basis of set criteria in the form of a linguistic data-base, verifying the outcomes with reference to a linear criterion.

Opis:: The article presents the assessment of companies efficiency, the idea based on the fuzzy set theory and fuzzy logic. Relevant financial measures are selected by experts and auditors. Variables of the proposed fuzzy model are expressed as linguistic variables and their correlations are defined by If-Then fuzzy rules of conclusion. The theoretical modeling is then followed by numerical examples. There is further extension of model toward assessment and comparison for enterprises of different size and various business branches.

Opis:: W pracy przedstawiono nowe podejście do rozmytej metody SAW w której wykorzystano rozmytą entropię. The paper presents a new approach to the fuzzy SAW method, which uses fuzzy entropy. It allows to identify the best alternative by the application FSAW method if decision makers use fuzzy numbers or linguistic variables. Moreover, the presented method allows to avoid subjectivity and imprecision caused by incomplete knowledge, judgments, opinions and preferences of decision makers.

Opis:: Przejście przez ograniczony rejon żeglugowy wiąże się z wyborem trasy lub też z decyzją o opóźnieniu czasu przejścia. Jest to decyzyjny wielokryterialny problem. Wśród ważnych subiektywnych parametrów są warunki, jakie statek spotyka w rejonach skrzyżowań lub połączeń tras. Prognoza dla konkretnego rejonu wymaga posługiwania się przybliżonymi ocenami oraz korzystania z wartości rozmytych. Arytmetyka wartości rozmytych to zbiór operacji na przedziałach. Oprócz typowych działań jak dodawanie czy mnożenie, dostępne są metody porównywania takich wielkości. Pozwala to na wykorzystanie rozszerzonych wersji popularnych środowisk budowy hierarchii.
Passing a restricted area the ship's master has to select one of the alternative routes or decide on a delayed passage. Among important imprecise and subjective values are congestions encountered within the regions including route crossings or junctions. To foresee traffic within a confined area the decision maker has to cope with imprecision and to use fuzzy numbers. Fuzziness is expressed by intervals. Interval arithmetic embraces typical operations such as addition or multiplication, but also enables the selection of possibility level as well as the comparison of such values. Consequently, extended popular hierarchy builders can be used for the selection of the best option.

Opis:: The paper continues the study of the same authors, who previously proposed a method of risk assessment in inland navigation. In the literature there is a gap in the research area of a risk management of transportation systems, especially: inland navigation. The authors carried out interdisciplinary research and presented the results related to the identification of risk factors present in the systems of inland navigation. The paper presents inland navigation risk analysis, conducted using the linguistic variables and the FMEA method, taking into account technical, economic and social aspects. The aim of the article is to present a procedure for the assessment of risk in inland waterways transport, and carry out risk analysis for transport companies. In paper the proposal of behavior scenarios, methods of preventing and minimizing effects of pointed risks are shown.
