    The article presents the state of dialectological documentation for the area of today’s Gniezno County. The author statistically summarized Adam Tomaszewski’s pre-war materials, providing the number of index cards, and listed the research points and hours of recordings for the Atlas of the language and folk culture of Wielkopolska. Then the author cited statistics for contemporary materials, interpreted as field explorations after 2000, deposited in the audio library of the Dialectology Laboratory of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Explorations related to the development of dictionaries as part of the Wielkopolska Regional Dictionary series have been distinguished, which extend the source database many times in relation to its existing content. This situation proves the need to conduct field research, e.g. using the educational project method.

    The article focuses on lexicographic means and methods used in the 19th century dialectal lexicography. Zygmunt Gloger in Tykocin Dictionary refers not only to dialect but also to other sources, which makes his work unique. It contains numerous references, especially to literary and historical texts, but also specialised papers. They serve either to prove the presence of a particular word/phrase in the Polish language in the past or in the times of Gloger, or to document the use of selected units in various syntactic and semantic contexts. Scientific references enable to define and to deepen etymology of selected words, or to provide an alternative variation. Referring to various sources in order to show historically or/and geographically determined phonetic, morphological and semantic-lexical forms that differ from forms in Tykocin Dictionary is rare.

    Opis:
    New approaches to lexicographical processing of modern speech lexis of residents of a separate village are suggested in this article. The dialect of the Stryhantsi village of Tysmenytsya district in the Ivano-Frankivsk region was chosen as a research topic. The Stryhantsi village dialect is a south-west representation of the Naddnistrianshchyna dialect. The article discusses lexemes beginning with І and Ї letters. Each dictionary entry provides transcription, all known meanings of the lexeme and the maximum number of example quotations in the vernacular dialectal speech, in particularly, in the meanings which can diff er from the meanings of the given lexeme in the literary language. Onyms along with appellative lexis are introduced into the vocabulary (surnames, street nicknames, and microtoponyms). Common phrases are also presented in addition to idioms. Some lexemes are of a considerable interest for those researching historical grammar of the Ukrainian language.

    Opis:
    Dialekt wielkopolski jest jednym z najsłabiej opracowanych w Polsce pod względem leksykograficznym. Istnieją słowniki amatorskie oraz rozpoczęto wydawanie słowników tematycznych z poszczególnych części dialektu, brak jednak opracowania leksyki dotyczącego całej Wielkopolski właściwej. Publikacja tego typu będzie zatem wypełnieniem owej luki. Ponadto dzięki istnieniu słowników (lub pracom nad nimi) z innych regionów możliwe będą badania porównawcze oraz o charakterze ogólnogwarowym. Niniejszy tekst nie jest studium o charakterze materiałowym, analitycznym czy syntetycznym, lecz opracowaniem koncepcyjnym. Jego zadaniem jest przybliżenie pomysłu słownika ogólnowielkopolskiego.
    The Greater Polish dialect is one of the least developed ones in Poland in terms of lexicography. There are amateur dictionaries available and thematic dictionaries on individual parts of the dialect have been published, but there is no lexicographic study covering the entire Greater Poland proper. A publication of this type will therefore fill this gap. Moreover, the existence of dictionaries (or works on them) from other regions will enable comparative and general dialectal studies. This text is a conceptual rather than a material, analytical, or synthetic study. Its objective is to present the idea of a dictionary covering the whole Greater Poland.

Matešić, Ž. Fink-Arsovski made the largest contribution to the Croatian phraseology as authors of phrasebooks and many dissertations. Nowadays studies are conducted by the members of Phraseology School of Zagreb. The article shows their achievements from creation to the present day in the following areas: dialect phraseology, history of phraseology, theory of (theoretical) phraseology, comparative phraseology, synchronous phraseology and lexicography.
